Stayed here for 4 x days on way to Oz… ( couple plus 21 year old) remarkable tranquil feel within the hotel; delightful friendly staff; unique setting of access to water/ pools from ALL rooms ( which were superbly clean spacious & comfy) swim up to bars fun & delicious cocktails! .. plus of course the picturesque boat delivery of room service via the waterways! truly remarkable place. Outside, it is bustling street life,markets, stunning beaches, fantastic location for Walks to beaches( Karon, Patong, Kata) or easy taxi.. restaurants a plenty. Boat trip to PhiPhi island an absolute must. Unfortunately we left an iPad ( with students uni assignment on!) in a taxi to airport… staff here went above & beyond in communications secured the return of iPad to hotel,(remarkable in itself!) held on to it, .. packaged it…so we could courier it home to UK.. it arrived today!! Could not be more grateful for the amazing support and kindness by the staff… we are so so enormously grateful and highly recommend staying here to experience all it offered us..and more! Stunning on so many levels. Do not hesitate to book if you are looking!!

It's actually pretty good!

Overall good for those who have their own transportation. A bit far to Patong beach but near to Karon beach and have 2 times shuttle to Karon beach.

My wife and I really liked this hotel. The pool was clean, the room was tidy, and we especially loved the service; everyone was very polite. Apart from the slightly dated facilities, everything else was great. The environment was fantastic, and the breakfast was delicious. Waking up every day was a joy! 😁

Terrible value for money! It's far from the beach, actually, it's far from everything! I booked a slightly more upscale pool room, and it was directly facing the trash area? There were flies in the pool that wouldn't go away. I suspect they discriminated against Chinese guests by giving us a room at the very end of the hall. Plus, I've never seen a hotel charge for mosquito repellent before.

We loved our pool access room, it felt most of the time like having our own private pool! The outdoor space for the room is great to chill out in. Our room was on the side away from the bars/big pool which made it feel more peaceful. Though, the ends of our pool were usually full of debris whatever the time, so probably need more regula cleaning. The walk to and from the beach looks easier than it is (note: you cannot cut through past The Old Phuket Hotel!) especially in the heat, which is a shame but it’s easy enough to get taxis. The hotel’s taxi service was a little pricier than the apps but often not by much, so is sometimes more convenient. The breakfast is not particularly tasty but the egg station is great. We had a papaya salad from the restaurant which was good but pricy. The outdoor communal areas were a little messy and we never saw anyone working in the Blue Bar, despite it being open. It would also be good if this area was open in the evening to play pool or darts! Overall I imagine your experience will depend on where your room is in relation to other things, and how much you enjoy the Karon area (we didn’t).

It’s a beautiful and cozy resort, some of the rooms are doing renovation work now. The pool access is so convenient and we enjoyed it a lot. But the roof of the balcony is slightly leaky, but that’s ok, it’s raining season in Phuket now. I would love to revisit again my next time in Phuket. It’s near to Karon beach, about 10mins walk, but we rented a bike, so it was like 3 mins ride. The beauty of staying at Karon area is that is near to Kata beach as well, and less expensive and less crowded compared to Patong beach. If ride to Patong beach, that about 15-20mins.

A comfortable stay with good service from staff filled with local hospitality, the location is nearby Karon Beach and 15 mins of ride to Patong Beach. Overall stay experience is satisfying with the right weather!

The staying there was just wonderful! The pool was clean, the room were cleaned up everyday, rooms in good condition, the staff was so kind! And the food was just delicious! Good buffet for breakfast. I highly recommend this resort. It was an 10/10 for me!! The pictures of the resort page are as it is in reality.

Very nice room with swim up pool. They had maintenance going on one day for there electricity but they kept us informed. breakfast was good but the same thing everyday. Location was good by about 25min cab ride to the main nightlife

Resort was good, rooms were spacious and clean, pool access was amazing. Location wise it is not at beach though near to beach, 15 min walk or 5min drive. Couple of issues what we saw was, breakfast options were very limited, back alley was having caterpillar, frog and saw snails also. Probably because of monsoon.

We liked a lot the swimming pool and restaurant. Even though it is not very one-step close to the beach, it’s a walkable distance that allows you on the other hand to have a good sleep. The other places are just too near to the crowds and noise. Also there is in front a very good restaurant, and washing machines.

What an amazing resort to stay at. Beautiful staff beautiful ammenities. The only negative is how small the bar fridge is in the room

Great for a relaxing vacation. The service was good, and cleanliness was acceptable, but the facilities were just average.
