An older hotel with refurbished rooms which were quite good. We had swim up room but the pool was only 1.1m deep x 7m long x 3m wide and serviced 5 rooms. Staff were very helpful and had reasonable English and of course Thai. The beach straight across the road and plenty of restaurants, massage shops, 711 etc and the beach has serviced sun lounges and umbrellas all within a 100m walk. There is also a small shaped pool on the ground floor and viewing area and small bar on the roof. All in all a 3star hotel moving to a 4 star when the refurbishment is complete.

So so bad service, the air conditioning not work , the room have so much Insects . I will not there again.

The location is nice. I don't recommend the hotel for married people. I always saw men coming. The cleaning was not bad. The pool is very bad. It has rusty irons. The leaves in the pool are not cleaned.

I changed the room after because I can’t stay anymore with noise and smell of room

It was a mere 3 star hotel per google.com. however trip.com falsely label it as 4 star. Overall it was kinda dirty hotel. Regret booking it.

I booked the hotel for my Phuket trip, but I saw the reviews and I’m super disappointed and anxious. So I immediately cancel the booking on the very day but I can’t get the refund which is so upsetting. I hope the hotel can do something about it, ungraded the environment, improve on the cleanliness and better cancelation modes (users like all of us couldn’t do much other than a cancel button). not recommended afterall, I blame myself too for not reading the reviews before making a booking.

Absolutely terrible, the garden view was a carpark, the pool was a paddling pool at best with a hole in, there was a whole In ceiling covered by a sheet it smelt feisty definitely not a 4 star, felt more like a hostel. The breakfast was terrible we ended up going out. The reception staff were helpful.

I booked the room with private access to the pool and loved it. The bed was nice, AC works very well and the bathroom is fine too. The room has a safe and a refrigerator. The hotel is right next to the beach and to restaurants and stores. Great stay.

The location is pretty good. You’re within 5 minutes walk to the main area of patong beach, and about 10 minutes walk to the main clubbing street! It is an okay hotel considering the location and how easy it is to get around.

We arrived at this hotel late at night. The reception checked us in fast and efficiently. He then took us to our room and explained everything about the TV and beach towels etc. It was a super warm welcome. The hotel is right across the beach. There's no need to take a taxi as everything is within walking distance. Great food and shopping around. The only issue was no free late check out. We had a late night flight and had to pay for each hour that we overstayed. I think if late check out can be considered it will be a huge plus. More so, because check in is only from 3pm and the hotel wasn't fully booked at the time so I felt they were just being unnecessary in charging for late check out. Especially if there are kids involved. Other than late check out, everything was amazing and highly recommended.

good friendly service - although over all I felt a bit disappointed - the photos I saw online looked nice and new , but the place was in need of maintenance . Rust all around the pool, towels were old - I heard a water pump next to my room starting and stopping all night - breakfast was very basic - for the price I paid i was dissatisfied.

It was great, the service is really nice. They help you if you need anything. The location is perfect. It was one of the best places I stayed. I would stay here again.

Great little find of a hotel on the beach front road great buss restaurants and bars all the way into walking street Pillows and beds ok and staff very friendly and helpful I would stay again because so so cheap great value Need a drink to get to sleep tho because it’s party time all the time…. Busy busy road plus 7-11 around the corner really enjoyed the feel of it and buzz of Patong

Worst hotel ever stayed at. The hotel is over priced with small rooms, bad moldy and funky odor. Rooms look really outdated and faded paint. Cleaning staff come in without knocking and really rude. Will never stay at this place because there’s nothing modern about it.
