Menyesal memilih resort. Sistem pukulan air mereka telah rosak selama 10 hari namun tiada siapa yang memaklumkan kepada kami apabila kami menempah bilik mereka. Kami telah beratur untuk mandi di ruang bersama... Sangat menyusahkan. Bilik itu dan pengudaraan teruk... Parit di situ nampak rosak. Bau di sana sangat teruk... Kakitangan di situ kelihatan tertekan dan tegang. Dan selimut didapati berbau hapak dan Noda. Tidak akan pergi ke sana lagi.

Bilik itu sangat bagus, tetapi tidak ada air panas pada hari pertama kerana masalah peralatan semasa kami mendaftar masuk. Sarapan pagi kaya dengan pelbagai.

Ia cukup bagus. . . Agak memalukan

Very good location. Airport bus stop is right outside hotel, and is 5min away from kata beach. Hote rooml is clean and spacious. Pool undergoes chemical cleaning every night. Will love to visit this hotel again!

Hotel manager was super friendly greetings all customers at the lobby and upon check out, he gifted my son a cute plushie. Staff at the restaurant also g

Good family resort. Slayer sliders are great. We had no hot water because of the severe rain few days before that’s the only thing. Staffs are friendly. Breakfast was very good. Recommended to family with kids under 10 years old especially. The location was great too.

The hotel very strict about how many people u are stay. I even bring 3 years old were charges for 300bath daily. The room is very far maybe because i take family room. The pool is very nice for kids. The breakfast should be alert about halal food. I think if no pork were serve much better.

We really enjoyed our stay, smooth check in and checkout process, good breakfast and excellent pool. There are a few flies at the open breakfast place but this is just not avoidable given the weather and open space so it’s ok

Hotel location is good. A lot of eateries nearby. Laundry and supermarket. Room is not big. Only provide slipper with one size unfortunately not suites me and mom . They don’t have room shoes. Housing keeping is nice however they left their cleaning wet cloth on toilet cover.Front desk doesn’t provide any introduction to hotel and guide. It will be good to at lease have a briefing on facility using time and directions. Need to request for additional card. It doesn’t make sense for a room to accommodate more than 1 person to issue only 1 card. To be honest front desk is not warm welcome. We expecting better.

The swimming pool and facilities are good, although a bit old. The choice of breakfast is not too much. But, taking the price into consideration, the overall is very satisfactory. There are plenty of restaurant and shops around the hotel.

It’s a very crowded hotel. A lot of people! Very busy a breakfast time. If you are looking for a quiet holiday, it may not be your choice. But it is very convenient place with massage shop, convenient shop and currency exchange stall. You need to walk for 15 mins to kata night market

the hotel has its own waterpark and waterslides which was very fun
