The hotel is located in the busiest area yet it's incredibly quiet, and the service is excellent! The breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes that change daily, and the taste is fantastic! The decor is luxurious, and the rooftop infinity pool offers breathtaking sunset views. The room is spacious, with a small balcony where you can smoke, and it's cleaned promptly! Staying in such a great hotel for less than 300 yuan a night during the off-season is incredible value for money! The only minor issue is that the drainage is a bit slow in the toilet, shower, and sink, but it's not a major problem. I wholeheartedly recommend it!!!

This is by far the best value-for-money accommodation in Phuket. I would definitely stay here again next time. The breakfast is just okay, but with an infinity pool and all, it would be a shame to ask for more at this price. For 50,000 won, it's an absolute must-book.

This was our second time staying at this hotel in August 2026, and we were once again very satisfied! The location is excellent – it's quiet within the hotel, yet close to both Bangla Road and the shopping mall. The cleaning is thorough and done daily. Breakfasts are diverse, offering chicken, beef, sometimes fish, two types of soup every day, potatoes, rice, pasta, vegetables, fruits, omelets, and more. The staff is friendly and tries to help with everything. At reception, Bow checked us in and, as per our request, gave us a room on the very top floor with a mountain view (view shown in the photo). Thank you!

My husband and I came to Phuket to celebrate my birthday. The hotel surprised us with a birthday cake. Great hospitality from the team Thank you Praw,Aod,Da Da,Siri,Mook and Beem. Clean room, nice view from rooftop pool.

This was our seventh hotel on our current trip to Thailand, and over the past few years, we've stayed in many hotels, including 3-star ones. However, this is the first time we've encountered a situation quite like this. The only positive I can mention is the convenient location – the hotel is practically in the very center of Patong. We were also checked in early, around 12 PM, which was appreciated. When booking, I requested a room on a high floor. However, we were given a room on the fourth floor with a not-so-pleasant view, despite the hotel being far from full during the low season. The room itself was quite ordinary and unremarkable. As for toiletries, there was only shampoo and hand soap – no conditioner, body lotion, or other small amenities you'd expect in a 4-star hotel. The most unpleasant situation involved the hot water. On the evening of check-in, I discovered there simply wasn't any. I called reception, but the staff member was very rude, agitated, made no attempt to understand the situation, and eventually just hung up. Later, two workers came, confirmed there was no hot water, and left, promising to return. However, no one came back, and then I was informed by phone that the issue could only be resolved the following morning. In the morning, there was still no hot water. We went to the islands and returned late in the evening – over 24 hours after my initial call, the water still hadn't appeared. It was only after I personally went down to reception and demanded either an immediate fix or a different room that the problem was resolved. Wi-Fi was very poor: there was a connection, but pages barely loaded. Breakfast was also the weakest of all seven hotels we stayed at during this trip. We even skipped one breakfast because we realized we weren't missing anything. Unfortunately, this hotel absolutely did not meet my expectations for a 4-star establishment. Its only advantage is its location. On my next visit to Patong, I will choose a different accommodation.

Good hotel, decent breakfast, close to Bangla Road but still quiet.

Lived here for 4d3n. It was a absolute terrible experience. On our second day we had cockroaches and ants coming into the room .if I can give zero for cleanlines ,I would have given zero. There was a lot of ants in the room as well. On the last day the whole room didn't have electricity. Lights couldn't be on ,no air con , couldn't use the toilet because there were no electricity. I even have to climb 7 storeys to get my grab food and climb up again to my room as there is no electricity so lift is not operating. Had to lug bag and luggage 7 storeys. When we ask the staff ,they were not apologetic. They told us all the other hotels in this area all same same. Tired to quarrel already ( too tired from climbing the stairs )

It was so clean and close to everywhere like Ceylon shopping center, bangla road. max 5 mins. you should definitely stay there. there is infinity pool, fitness room.

We had a fantastic stay at the Gig Hotel. The location is excellent - close to Jungceylon, shopping, restaurants, and everything you need. The rooms were very comfortable, clean, and well appointed. Breakfast offered a large selection of choices each morning, which was a great start to the day. One of the highlights was definitely the rooftop infinity pool. The sunset views from up there are absolutely amazing. There are also money exchange and laundry services within about 50 metres of the hotel, which made everything very convenient. The entrance ramp is a little steep, but we still found it quite accessible with both a walking stick and a motorised wheelchair. The porters were also extremely eager to assist whenever needed. What really made our stay special was the staff. From the front desk and customer service team to the cleaning and maintenance staff, everyone was always welcoming, cheerful, and willing to go out of their way to help. Their friendliness and attention to detail really stood out and made us feel genuinely valued as guests. Overall, we were extremely happy with our stay and would happily return.
