Ulasan Phoenix Grand Patong

i stayed 5 nights the bed was so hard and the blanket is just a bed sheet with cover and discolored to brownish i house cleaner to replace she said all the same, its suppose to be curtain blackout but not long enough so as soon as sun rise the room are so bright, i asked for room replacement but the staff so annoyed and gave me a lecture in phiosophy and claim no room avail so after few hours i went down to reception i told them am so tired being in 7 hrs flight and cant sleep i was so determined for a soloution so they gave me 2 rooms to choose (though previously said no rooms avail), the A/C works only in high and low the medium mode deactivated, there no slipper and no tea only ready made coffee with milk,the bathroom lighting not sufficient and no place to keep your soap but the floor, the sink water is cleaned (see attached foto), staff is friendly and breakfast is good.

The location is good, but the hotel equipment is quite old.

Bed sheet has some black dots might due to previous stay’s marks unable to washed by washing machine, room is big and toilet is clean, aircond sounds loud and able to hear rooms door slammed/ closes, breakfast is halal and basic, however super strategic location in patong, near to bangla road and jungceylon shopping mall

Good location. Value for money. Spacious and clean room. Short walking distance to malls and night life. Will come back again.

Beautiful place to stay very central in Patong can walk everywhere beaches maybe 10 minute walk but everything is close by Hotel and facilities were perfect. I have been there a few times and Enjoy the hotel and stuff. 

The hotel is not as the photos show. It's poorly maintained. Problems such as dirty windows, darkness, broken shower head, sewage smell coming from the bathroom,... and the breakfast is very basic.

Location is great, the hotel is far from being grand but you get what you pay for. Not bad for the price.

This hotel offers great ambiance and atmosphere. It’s new, clean and very cozy. The location is very accessible to any part of the place. The bed is soft and comfy that provides comfort during my sleep. The staffs are kind nice and accommodating and they are always smiling! I would love to stay here again when I visit Phuket in the future!

Great pool with the best view in that area. Staff could do with some retraining as our we had to go to reception to update our key cards every other day!

Room is not too bad and location was good

The Hotel room smells very bad. Whenever I charge at the socket the light twitches which is kinda scary. For the price it’s alright but the room smells really bad.

The experience was not good because when we arrived at hotel lobby and tried to check in, they told us that all the rooms are booked even though we booked two rooms ten days ago. When I asked them for proper response they told us to either get our money back or go to other hotel. Just a reminder it was 12 o clock night time. Checking in back to the hotel, the water from showers was too slow. I hope they can fix this problem and know that if the room is already booked for next week do not give it other people.
