Is was good experience in here with kindness service mind the staff are friendly and the place is private and silent

This place is incredible!!! We had the best time and extended our stay for an extra 7 days!!! The monkeys stole all my beer and M&M’s everyday!!! Do itttt!!!

Pros: Good location and staff behaviour Cons: dirty rooms, spider web inside room, shabby and unclean bathroom, fridge not working, no room slippers, no tea coffee provided, balcony not clean Conclusion: Good old property however highly I'll maintenence

Lovely surroundings, but we had mice in the room during our stay. Not the experience we hoped for. Needs better maintenance…

The room is very big and cozy. I enjoyed my stay.

From all our stays in cambodia this was the most expensive and the worst. We had 2 bungalows, both old, one especially smelling after mould. The bathrooms were run down and unclean. The beach and gardens are unkept and there is no service like pool towels or hand towel and soap in the bathroom

Nice hotel and near to the beach the price is. Cheap........

Amazing view man!! Need a little work on the maintenance side BUT it is pretty decent for being on an island! If you have a gecko fear, stay AWAY haha or go and enjoy the vibey nature and waking up at 5 from monkeys jumping on your balcony! Living life!

The hotel is ideally located, within walking distance of several beaches, including white and yellow sand, a reef, and fish. The grounds are beautiful, the jungle-clad bungalows are very comfortable, and they provide daily water bottles, cleaning services, and towels upon request. There's a free boat transfer to Koh Touch Pier. We really want to come back!

Great tree houses on Koh Rong, very hospitable and helpful. Many houses are being renovated and then it will be even more fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay

Terrible. We were given the wrong room we booked, a tree house. Instead, we got a dirty kennel, a room without a category, more like a staff room, where it was dirty and we were eaten by a flock of mosquitoes all night, despite the fact that upon check-in we immediately included mosquito repellent in the vertebrae. I have never seen anything like this before, there are not as many mosquitoes outside as there are inside, they clearly live indoors and the hotel does nothing about it. We woke up at night to spray ourselves, and these mosquito bites took a long time and painfully to heal. I believe that there could be bedbugs in the bed, because the mosquito doesn’t bite me three times in the same place like it did me (I’ll leave the photo) The next day we finally got our treehouse. He didn't turn out much better. The same huge gaps in the windows and doors, the old interior, the sound of the air conditioner all night and overall audibility is maximum, and people just walking around the hotel all night, returning from parties. Yes, the view from the tree house is beautiful, but staying there was just a nightmare, bad sleep, not comfortable. The hotelier is as unfriendly as possible.
