Villa is clean and nice, friendly concierge and housekeeping staff also. Just close the balcony door to avoid flies getting in.

Our stay at Himmapana Villas - Terraces in Phuket was truly a slice of heaven on earth! From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for an exceptional experience. The villas are nestled in a lush tropical setting, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape and the sparkling Andaman Sea. The villa itself was stunning, with elegant Thai-inspired architecture, lavish furnishings, and every modern amenity imaginable. The private pool and outdoor terrace were the perfect spots to relax and soak up the sun, while the plush bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms ensured a restful night's sleep. But what truly sets Himmapana Villas apart is the exceptional service and attention to detail. The staff were warm, friendly, and went above and beyond to cater to our every need, from arranging island excursions to preparing delicious local cuisine in the comfort of our own villa. The location was a little secluded, but the villa did provide shuttle bus to the beach, vibrant markets, and scenic attractions just 10-15min away. The villa's secluded setting provided a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the island. In short, our experience at Himmapana Villas - Terraces was nothing short of phenomenal. If you're seeking a luxurious, relaxing, and unforgettable getaway in Phuket, look no further. We can't wait to return and experience the magic again!

We had a wonderful experience staying at the villa. It’s clean and the facilities are new relatively. Staffs were friendly and helpful. The check-in was smooth even we arrived the villa at midnight. We also requested for the airport pickup service and private chef service at the villa with extra reasonable charges. Staffs were nice and patient and responded to our queries well. We are satisfied with great services provided. One drawback would be coz the villa is located at the hillsides, it would be more convenient if one rented a car. Free shuttle is provided by the villa though. Last but not least, there is a cute cat. I hope the cat will be fed and well taken care of. To sum up, it is highly recommended.

Great villa to stay in for a great holiday! The pool is great, the view is great, the service is great, really nothing to complain about. If have to find something which is not perfect, it is the location. Some taxis couldn't get to the villa and sometimes got lost. Lucky, the hotel provides a free shuttle to the town centre.

呢間Villa真係好得，雖然個地點難搵啲😂個路牌唔清晰，太細，雖然職員又比到短片我哋，但係都睇得唔係好清楚，呢個係佢不足嘅地方 房間同客廳都好乾淨，入到去冇異味，佢哋仲準備咗20幾支水俾我哋，但係我哋每日都可以清咗一半😂 我地6人一共住左5晚，每日都會有人嚟幫我哋清潔，我哋買咗食物每日都會喺villa度整早餐，個開放式廚房我最鍾意😍 下次再嚟布吉一定會搵返呢間住😆

差！！！沒有之一。特別要説一個男管家叫Jack的。第一天到手了我的小費，大概嫌少，就再也沒有出現過。問他問題永遠不回答。之後換了管家，我住了10天，3號房間空調是壞的。10天沒有冷氣。也沒有來處理。這個女管家也沒有出現過。前車之鑒，千萬不能選擇這種別墅酒店。後悔不已！！！！因為信任攜程，但是這次攜程真心沒有處理好。退房這天微信付款寶都不能付款。一定要現金。差到極點！！！！ 設施：差 衞生：差 環境：差 服務：差中之差！

房子很漂亮，泳池無可挑剔，環境不錯就是有點不方便坡度太高，就是這個服務基本沒服務，住了3晚都沒有人打掃🧹，毛巾也不換，還好我們自己帶了洗臉巾

這露台別墅酒店很不錯，廳很大，面對泳池海景，歎茶聊天很舒服，沒有包早餐，但可以叫酒店送，價格合理份量很足，味道也不錯。訂這個別墅是三房，這樣的環境價格真不貴，大家都很滿意👍唯一不方便是交通不便，最好是租車自駕，否則靠酒店幫忙叫車出行就有點不方便了。

房間真的很棒，跟幾個朋友住得很開心。一次愉快的旅行。

性價比高，新淨，每個房間都有浴室，泳池夠大，也乾淨，廚師費用也不貴，還有獨立停車位，適合自駕遊或者包車旅遊

十分十分滿意的一次體驗，一家很多口都很開心，服務好，找人很快就到，安全性高，再來還是會再入住！謝謝所有安排。
