My second stay. I confirm my previous review: the hotel is nice and the room are generally spacious and clean with a nice view. A lot of stairs and a steep walk to the city. The shuttle bus runs only every hour and it’s just 5 minutes ride. The real issue is the service attitude: never really supportive the front desk during check ins en check out: I booked a superior sea view room (2 beds and high floor) but they assigned me a normal room (lowest floor, one bed only), maybe due to my past review :-) when I pointed at the difference in standard they didn’t listen nor offered anything. There are constructions all around so lowest floor is very noisy and next to the road.

This resort is nestled on a quiet hillside near Karon Beach, offering a peaceful escape (about a 15-minute walk from Karon Circle, with a shuttle available hourly to Karon Beach). Built into the mountain, it boasts beautiful views. There are eight buildings, each four stories high, ensuring every room has a great view. While the hillside is steep, there's an elevator for convenience. The hotel service is excellent, and the staff are very friendly. The food at the restaurant is delicious. The water quality at the hotel is good, so there's no need for an additional filter shower head. Overall, it's a fantastic resort for families and couples! I'll definitely be back!

Pretty good, nice scenery. Excellent for watching the sunset. Just a bit of a walk back to the room.

stayed at the family room next to the pool, great view, and environment, lovely staff, easy to get in and out with an hourly shuttle despite located a bit further away from the beach. however, aging facility, average breakfast, should be improved for a premium experience.

The beautiful view comes at the cost of a little bit of driving/climbing but complaining about that like some people do here, is like complaining about wet water. Check out Google maps before complaining..It's an awesome hotel with very kind staff. Sure it's a little dated but everything is kept in shape.

The hotel is clean, and the staff respond quickly with very good service. The pool is clean and we really liked it. However, it is far from shops and restaurants, and because it is located on a hill, you need to use a taxi to go down. Overall, it feels like a good choice for people who prefer a quiet place and do not like crowds.

This hotel was genuinely terrible. First off, the front desk service was just mediocre. Breakfast wasn't included, and neither was extra drinking water. Secondly, the hotel is located on a very steep hillside. While they claim to offer shuttle service to the beach, it's only on the hour, requires reservations, and has time restrictions. The hotel's pool isn't open all day either and also has limited hours. Getting a taxi was inconvenient because the place is so rundown and remote that drivers didn't want to pick us up. We stayed for three days; one day, the gas was off, so we had no hot water and had to take cold showers. The next two days, the power went out. In 30-degree weather, without air conditioning, guests were left to suffer without any form of comfort or apology. The soundproofing in the rooms was also awful; you could constantly hear music, conversations, and chairs being moved. It was an absolute nightmare for anyone with light sleep.

a good hotel, not far from the sea, but not the first line and the hotel is located a little above the sea, you have to go down when you go to the sea from the hill, and then climb back up, hato opens a panorama of the sea. the hotel has all the amenities you need to relax. there is a clean swimming pool. the staff is friendly.

The hotel is absolutely wonderful. Everything is spotlessly clean, everything works, the staff is attentive, smiling, and welcoming. All requests are fulfilled very quickly! The hotel is located on a mountain in the forest, with a wonderful view! We really enjoyed it. The breakfasts were delicious, and the staff in the cafe were simply the sweetest, always smiling, taking care of us, and even giving my child gifts. 😍😍😍😍 They're simply the kindest people here! The elevator works! A tuk-tuk runs to the beach every hour. We'll definitely be back ♥️
