Nice hotel and great location: Patong beach, but aside from loud bars and discos (still you will hear street noise, but it was not a problem for us). The team is very friendly and helpful

The breakfast was mediocre, and our street-facing room was incredibly noisy. It was evident that the hotel staff discriminated against Chinese guests. I would advise Chinese travelers to avoid this hotel. They only assign Chinese guests to the worst rooms – street-facing or damp ground-floor rooms. Any issues are not handled properly, and the room cleaning is very perfunctory. Chinese guests receive no special treatment or service here. We booked through Trip.com and were supposed to get a 15% discount on food and beverages as a special offer. We confirmed this multiple times before ordering, but when it came time to pay, they said we couldn't use it. When we tried to explain to the staff, they became impatient and even rolled their eyes. If you're considering this place, I suggest you look for another hotel; this one is not suitable for Chinese guests.

Overall, it is located at a strategic location, still a convenient walking distance to most of the attractions and destinations in patong.

1. This hotel has 2 separated blocks, we got the old block which does not have direct access from the main lobby. So we have to walk the side driveway next to the lobby to our room every time. 2. The soundproofing in this hotel is super super super bad. Every night we get startled awake because the guests next door come back in the middle of the night. We can hear everything clearly from outside the door, knocking on doors, shouting, talking during 3am or 5am in the morning!

Everything is good except the front staffs - she destroy our new year happy moment just because of the key room cards, thats so stxpid!

Great stay at this hotel! The room is exactly as how they’ve mentioned. We had a balcony and a rooftop sundecks as well! It was an amazing stay!

We booked the Triple Room for 3 pax. A clean modern looking hotel. The beds were large, and the bathroom has a separate shower and toilet, which was brilliant. Breakfast was sumptuous, I enjoyed the Thai fish cake, raw honey and the natural peanut butter. Location is near the beach and massages.

This place is conveniently located within walking distance to Patong Beach. Workers are very friendly and well mannered. Amenities are also great, we opted for the breakfast buffet as well. Will definitely be back here again in the future.

The room is spacious and huge, assigned on the first floor of the annex building, a short walk from the main building where breakfast is served. It’s a quiet and pleasant place to stay, and the breakfast is decent as well.

We loved our stay at NAP Patong in 2024 so we rebooked in 2025 and will probably stay again in 2026. The staff are exceptional and so friendly and accommodating and the accommodation and food is awesome. Our whole experience was beyond expectations 🥰

Service was great and friendly. Room with weird smell and bed with quacking noise. Location was great.

Everything was great, but the WiFi was a bit slow, and the room felt a bit damp because of the humidity from the bathroom.

Surprisingly good! Just make sure not to pay more then like 100-150 USD per night
