Ulasan Phuket Emerald Beach Resort

Penyambut tetamu tersenyum dan mempunyai sopan santun Tempat penginapan terletak jauh. Buat secara mendalam dipisahkan menjadi bangunan Bangunan yang diterima ialah Bangunan 5. yang sangat jauh berjalan Apabila ke bilik, terdapat kereta golf disediakan. Tetapi dari bilik ke lobi Kita biasa berjalan sendiri. Kami sertakan gambar laluan pejalan kaki, atau anda boleh menghubungi kereta golf. Sekolah mempunyai kolam renang untuk keluarga yang mempunyai anak kecil Tidak ada kolam besar Di dalam bilik terdapat pengering rambut, peti keselamatan, krim mandian, dan syampu dalam botol pam. Dari pernah tinggal di pelbagai sekolah ketika pergi berenang Kita boleh pergi meminta tuala di tepi kolam, tetapi di sini mereka sudah disediakan di dalam bilik. Air disediakan 4 botol sehari. Bilik kami adalah sebuah bilik keluarga dan deluxe dengan katil yang empuk.

Perkhidmatan yang baik dari tempat letak kereta, biliknya sangat luas, air mengalir deras, terdapat taman hiburan yang cantik dan moden, kanak-kanak sangat menyukainya. Sarapan pagi adalah pelbagai. Bertentangan adalah laut, pantai yang indah, dan terdapat pasar makanan di sebelah hotel.

Lokasinya bagus, tetapi resort ini sangat kecil sehingga tidak ada ruang untuk berjalan-jalan. Kerusi matahari tidak mencukupi sehingga anda tidak boleh baring dan berehat. Terdapat ramai pelancong dari negara tertentu, dan mereka sangat biadap dan bising di tempat awam. Di bufet sarapan pagi, semua orang, tanpa mengira umur atau jantina, memasukkan makanan ke dalam beg mereka. Walaupun dikatakan dilarang merokok, orang masih menghisap rokok. Tiada kakitangan yang menghalangnya dan ia tidak diuruskan secara keseluruhan.

Apatah lagi kolam renang! sangat seronok! Anda boleh berseronok selama dua hari di hotel tanpa jemu! Laut betul-betul di luar pintu. Terdapat banyak pasar malam di sekitar hotel. Terdapat juga 711 yang terletak berhampiran. Terdapat lipas besar di dalam bilik hotel, dan tekanan air di bilik mandi tidak stabil dan panas dan sejuk!

The entire service is good and staff friendly. Request for simple birthday decorations and they managed to surprise the birthday girl😁

Absolutely loved our 3 nights stay here. Very clean resort and close by to amenities. Highly recommended. 👏🏾 Only feedback will be the children’s pool had some sharp edges and actual rocks surrounding it. If a child hits on it while playing, it can be very dangerous. Something to look at :)

It is a wonderful resort... New and the environment is clean and fresh. The staffs there are so helpful and friendly. I will definitely go again 😄kids enjoy the water paly hahah

This trip was meant to be a relaxing holiday for the family however we have experienced problems with the lack of service been provided such as booking the hotel shuttle bus only to be accused by the driver insisting we had booked the return journey of the time which wasn’t even booked. Again the amenities were not provided fully having to call up to request day after day. The room was big enough to move around. We did not like the idea when we checked out the housekeeper told us the slippers in the room were for the next customer who will be checking in and I told the front desk this is rather unhygienic for washing it after many people have been wearing it. I have never experienced the housekeeper asking us to return the slippers. This is my first time as usually after wearing the hotel slippers being provided we normally throw it away. Overall it was average as I had high expectations

Love my stay with phuket emerald. Service top notch. And location convenient. Will definitely come back again. Very nice interior too.

Misleading and false claim of 5 star property. At max a 3 star with very poor service and cleanliness. Nothing available after 9 pm, i asked for a spoon and the receptionist told us we can buy it from outside market!!!! Only upside for kids is the slide in the pool, which again is made in really shallow area. Every adult we saw there got hurt atleast once on the slides! Be careful with kids as well!!! The room floor had wooden splinters all over and will cut your foot if barefeet! On a whole, if they would call it 3 star, expetstion will be what they offer!

The location of the hotel is very convenient, you will find pharmacy, seven eleven, local restaurants, massage etc just walk out the hotel. And the pool access room is very good that we enjoy the pool time so much. The cleanliness can be better.

Great location , next to the Karon beach. Many activities for kids , friendly helpful stuff

Hotel is at a good location where eateries, 7-11 , massage and pharmacy are nearby. However housekeeping is a disappointment. Many Ants were found on the table on my first night, asked housekeeping to clean up, they left the dead ants there for us till the third day. Another thing bad was the phone kept ringing in the middle of the night . We have to hang up the phone to stop the ring tone

The service not 5 stars standard. Room quite clean but does not have all the items u need like towels. Need to call and request for it. The design of the blocks make it difficult to get through we stay at the last block and have to walk very far to get to the lobby and to the main street.. My kid will ask if the staff can send us in , the staff give my kid the buggy keys to him.. my kid will confused and ask can he drive, then the staff took back the keys and put into the drawer. Not sending us to our block. Disappointed kid have to drag his foot and slowly walk back. ( my kid stay at the other 5 stars hotel , service was great , they offer to send us to room and other places too.. kid thinks every hotel staff should be the same, Nice and friendly) Book the hotel was because of the slide and swimming pool but the slide and pool were full of small Sharp stones .. the sides of the pool have design of big rocks which are sharp.. my kid got hurt , scratches on his leg. We pick up a few sharp little stones from the pool floor. When check out.. the bell boy did not give us a tag for keeping our bags.. they say they can remember.. but when we go back for our bags, the other staff almost give us the wrong bag..
