It was the best hotel so far on my visit to Phuket. Great staff amazing food. So much to do with the kids. I would highly recommend if you have children. Location was perfect you can walk anywhere. My children cannot stop talking about the hotel

The room is pretty clean and big, the swimming pool is not big but there are a few and with some entertainments. Inconveniences: the lobby is super far,hard to walk and the hotel cars were always busy so I had to walk in this hot weather

Really awesome place to stay with kids. The fact that it has its own water pools and water slides saved us a trip to other outdoor playgrounds. The room was super clean and well kept, the staff were always friendly and the breakfast buffet had a good selection of decent food - something for everyone. Only complaint really was the inconsistent shower temp which jumps from minor scalding to freezer cold. Regardless I would stay here again, very convenient location for all excursion pickups and tons of food within walking distance. Most importantly the a/c was quite reliable and not too loud.

Overall, the hotel boasts an excellent location and offers good service with a range of amenities, including a child playroom that my daughter thoroughly enjoyed, especially the slide and pool. However, the cleanliness of the pool was lacking, and there were issues with ants in the rooms, possibly due to being located at the ends of the hotel. Despite these drawbacks, our stay was pleasant overall.

This resort has everything. We were fully entertained for all 5 days we stayed there. The water park was super fun and my kids had the best time. So while they played, we got to relax too. There is also a kid's club which was a nice surprise as we did not know there was this option. We could park our kids there for awhile while me and Mt hubby went to buy our phi phi island tour just outside the hotel. The hotel was so convenient as well. Food, shopping, massage, beach just a few steps away. This is really the best. No regrets booking this hotel. ❤️❤️ my kids are already asking when we can return again. 😅❤️

However, the majority of staff members were friendly, especially towards children, suggesting a family-friendly atmosphere. Breakfast - 8/10: The breakfast provided a good variety of food options and tasted delicious. However, it's recommended that the hotel addresses the issue of flies and mosquitoes by implementing pest control measures. Room and Facilities - 9/10: The room size was spacious, suitable for families of 3-4 people, and appeared to be well-maintained. The facilities, particularly the pool and kids' corner, were highly appreciated and contributed to the resort's family-friendly ambiance. Value - 8/10: Considering the room size and convenient location, with rates around HKD 1000 per night, Phuket Emerald Beach Resort offers good value for a family stay. This is a good resort. We recommend and will definitely return. Pros: Big room for 2 A and 2 young children. 4 bottles water provided for us each day free. Beach / pool towels 2, bath and hand towel also 2 each. Clean areas. Amazing pools with 2 adult slides and 2 kids slides, play areas and 1.3m pools for swimming. Didn’t have to travel to splash or andamanda. Maybe not too entertaining for older kids / teens / wilder adults. Good kids room with sufficient indoor playground for young kids, free activities and paid activities. Staff are generally most helpful and responsive. Bf is sufficient, ample seating. Outside roads have restaurants, eating areas and small shops. Tuk Tuk to kata / patong easy to get. Beach is just across the road. 1-for-1 cocktails at poolside. Nice service staff at poolside and kids room. Cave bar in pool is beautiful. Cons: Housekeeping took forever to come. We placed the make up room sign at 9am, called at 4pm since not done, and only made up at 7pm when we were about to leave for dinner. Because the room door was left open in the evening while cleaning, grasshoppers and mosquitoes came in. Pool some dead flies, bugs but just push them away. Bf a lot of flies on those food uncovered. Shower area clogs up fast. Seating at pool insufficient. I don’t think the resort was crowded but some were already hogging / pushing / snatching loungers. FYI, it’s about 1000 baht taxi to airport, 200 per way Tuk Tuk to kata night market, 500 baht for 1hr private Muay Thai lesson for 8 year old. Food we ate once in the hotel restaurant, was about 650 baht total for 1 big pizza, 1 kids meal, 1 drink. Kids socks for indoor playground 50 baht. Room deposit 3000 baht, 1-for-1 cocktails at 250 baht for 2 glasses. Shuttle service only twice daily to / from patong.

Amazing location, great staff, very clean, great for families the waterslides really are great for the kids. Breakfast nice selection. Only thing I can say the waterslides need to be turned on before 10am for the kids.

Highly recommended hotel to stay especially with kids travel together.Good environment.Buffet breakfast provide variety of delicious foods.Breakfast box provided if you are unable to join for their breakfast.

The hotel is great with a big balcony, it is very worthy to stay for 2 nights with breakfast, the breakfast is fantastic, the food are great with varieties, good coffee, good fruits and nice omelett. Just stay here for two nights, the bathroom is big. But the hotel did not provide daily clean up on the second day which is disappointing to me. Some facilities are still undergoing maintenance and not all facilities are ready which is also disappointing. I think the hotel is just too new and not yet ready for opening. But i still like this hotel. Overall it is great. I am looking for its improvement for services and facilities. There are nothing to do in karon beach. We cannot say this is five star hotel as it is still needing some improvements. But you can enjoy this hotel at a relative low cost comparing to others in the same area. It is hard to book this hotel too.
