Saya menerima tempahan untuk hotel ini, mengatakan ia akan dibuka pada 12 November, tetapi… Selepas penerbangan malam, saya pergi ke sana dan mendapati kurang yang dibina. Apabila saya memasuki tapak pengubahsuaian di mana hanya lif yang berfungsi dan hanya pintu yang dipasang, kakitangan mengatakan bahawa meja ringkas itu tidak pada tahap yang sesuai untuk menginap, jadi mereka secara paksa memindahkan saya ke hotel lain. Saya tidak menerima sebarang maklumat terdahulu mengenainya, jadi saya malu dan tidak boleh mengatakan saya tidak akan pergi malam itu. Saya tidak tahu mengapa saya mengambil masa untuk memilih hotel, tetapi ia adalah satu pembaziran kerja saya. Patutkah saya gembira kerana tiada perpindahan dan tiada sesiapa di sekeliling? Juga, permintaan yang dibuat pada masa tempahan tidak dihantar ke hotel tempat pemindahan dibuat. Ia sangat mengecewakan.

breakfast: quite repetitive and not very extensive cleanliness: room was clean but the bath area choked and there were drain flies in the room view: gave us an "upgrade" with room at the corner overlooking the roof and water tank of the hotel, when the few rooms beside me was not even occupied. could have informed us beforehand - would not accept the "upgrade" if we had known. the "view" at night is soooo creepy. location: pls specify to stay at afterglow - sunkissed is quite far away from the access to beach and bangla road service: this is the best part of this place - all the staff are super lovely

Perfect location, exactly next to the mall, you can get everything you need. I don’t think they are super noisy but it’s close to Main Street so expect some music. Breakfast is good but we went there around 9:30 so a bit crowded. Staff are helpful and nice.

Great location ... clean room ..only need to take note that there are 2 wings ... 2 different building for the Afterglow Room and Sunkissed Room ... so whenever u book transport there .. make sure to highlight to the driver ... The access to the shopping mall for the Sunkissed lobby is still not open ... but there are free transfer...

Generally very good hotel and location . Some rude tourists that make the experience not so pleasant

The hotel was very good but the location was a little noisy. The staff were nice and so helpful. Only thing was that some of the room amenities were not upgraded daily, and cleaning was a little late also the hotel and the guests are really nosy I had to use ear plugs and I wish there was a curfew but that is not the hotels fault. Also they have a van / shuttle but I don’t know why they don’t offer airport pick up for free with that.

My experience at your hotel was outstanding. The cleanliness, comfort, and friendliness of the staff made it a truly enjoyable visit.

New wing near big c recently opened. Slightly inconvenient to go for breakfast. Plenty of flies and mosquitoes too. 😅

this hotel doesnt deserve 5 star. There is no isolation. You can here everything from other room. even my room was 4th floor, i could hear people talking from floor 1. Every morning 5 oclock you can here voices of plates when they prepare for breakfast. i will never stay in this hotel.
