Perfect location, leas than 1 minute walk to 7-11 and Tops, 1-3 minutes walk to all restaurants around, very well maintained territory, very green hotel with few pools. Stayed in renovated Oriental Grand Deluxe room and it’s very convenient and clean, comfortable beds. Staff in hotel is very friendly and kind. Downside is breakfast. All food is absolutely tasteless, knowing how tasty Thai people can cook, here it’s is surprising how food can be so plain and not tasty. All meals are same taste. For sure this need to be improved. Overall highly recommended, especially if you can catch good rate.

Pillows were not good. Toilet bowls need to be cleaned on a daily basis as i kept seeing the same stain which means it wasnt cleaned. Towels also need to replace as i stayed for 5 nights . Amenities nearby, good location. Friendly staff

Good hotel overall. Great location, beachfront and very close to the airport. Clean, spacious room but the soundproofing is kinda bad.

I had a truly satisfying stay. The room was very close to the beach, and the hygiene was excellent. The breakfast was incredibly rich, with delicious Thai-style noodle soup and very fresh fruits. The hotel staff were also very welcoming and enthusiastic.

The location is amazing, walkable access to the beach. No basic amenities provided like dental kit, sleepers etc. Amazed to see Missing or stolen Items rate sheets, never seen anywhere in the world. Rooms located in the backyard garden need painting and plaster, smells of putty paint in rooms. It is better to book a private villa which has a swimming pool 24/7 access. If booking a basic room is not at all recommended..No Swimming pool access to backyard garden rooms, 4 other pools are occupied by Private villa people. Mosquitoes everywhere, they must have mosquito repellent options in the room, which is basic sense not provided at all. Recommended for old retired couples, not at all recommended for families with kids. On this charge better options are available. Please check Room photos properly before booking.

Absolutely amazing! Incredible value for money. The hotel is right across from the beach, and the food nearby is quite affordable. There's a big supermarket just outside the hotel, even more convenient than a 7-Eleven. Plus, it's close to the airport.

Spacious room with comfortable big bed. The beach is just across the road. Lots of restaurants nearby.

An absolutely terrible experience. 1. I booked the Turtle Suite, which should be one of their better room types, but I was shocked as soon as I walked in. There was a cheap sofa bed in the living room with yellowish pillows and cushions, and a low coffee table. That was it. What's the point of such a living room? 2. The hygiene was appalling. I'd say it's even worse than a typical three-star hotel in China. Rusty faucets and an uncleaned sink. 3. Terrible service. There were no toothbrushes or toothpaste in the room. When I asked the front desk to send some up, they sent slippers instead. My advice: If your budget is over 300 yuan, it's definitely better to choose a newer hotel. And whatever you do, avoid the Turtle Suite. You'd be better off picking a cheaper room type.

Nice mid class hotel. Clean and willing to help staff. Well maintained gardens and pool area. Breakfast is average. Located just next to the Nai Yang beach. The food of the restaurant is very tasty and at reasonable price.

It was a wonderful stay, they gave us a newly renovated room. The room was situated on the ground floor and was an adjoining room as well. They have 4 swimming pools to have fun in the water and right outside is the beautiful Naiyang beach with a lot food shops, 7/11 everything is at a walking distance. Airport is about 7mins or even lesser depends on the traffic.

Had a fantastic stay! The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is surrounded by greenery and is very clean. I highly recommend it.

Really nice resort. The room was really clean et the staff pretty friendly. The resort is really big with 4 différents swimming pool and lot of other amenities. Good location, front of the beach.

The room allotted is far from the reception, it takes 5 minutes to reach the room. The beach is situate outside the hotel , there is no private beach. I suggest to stay in Kamala Beach or Patang Beach. TOPS and 7/11 are situate nearby. My room as per booking is Garden view but allotment was different.
