Hotel di Chalong, Phuket

The hotel is nice, cosy and clean. The rooms are spacious. The location is good for the travelers who take tours from Chalong port. There is no public beach nearby.

Hotel is very clean and fully facilities. The staffs are very kind, helpful and they provide the best service. The place is quiet and perfect. There have very good wifi .We can order food which is very delicious and clean. I would recommend to stay at this hotel.

A wonderful hotel in a wonderful quiet location on the hill of the island. The view from the balcony of Chalong district, the sea and the mountains delight the eye every morning from the large panoramic window. The hotel is located at the top, so you can't do without a bike, just like on the whole island. The nearest 7-11 store is less than a 10-minute drive away. The staff is very friendly, decent breakfasts (buffet), a restaurant next to the pool for adults and children. There is an outdoor roof terrace, which is always accessible and not crowded. Cleaning every day (or optional), water is provided for each guest.

Great stay. Highly recommended. May seem to be far out, but it’s only a 15min grab bike/car to anything of interest in the area. It’s an ideal solution for us to be close enough to beaches, bars and seafood markets etc but away from the noisy night vehicle and foot traffic. It’s located a few minutes walk from numerous restaurants and 711. Staff are very friendly, helpful and polite. Cleaning team do a great job. Only wish was a gym/workout space for my morning workout!

Tiba pada pukul 12 pagi dan bersiap sedia untuk menaiki bot ke laut keesokan harinya. Kebetulan hujan turun dengan lebat, dan saya bimbang hotel tidak akan menerima kami. Nasib baik, ada seorang lelaki muda yang membantu kami membawa bagasi kami, dan bos (mungkin) menerima kami secara peribadi. Kanak-kanak menambah seratus yuan. Bilik ini bersih, serba lengkap, dan mempunyai pemandangan laut terus dari tingkap dari lantai ke siling, yang sangat cantik. Sayang sekali saya hanya boleh tinggal satu malam. Sarapan pagi adalah bersih dan bersih. Ia sangat mudah untuk sampai ke tempat pertemuan Chalong, 10 minit berjalan kaki.

I love Noku's Hill Villa, but I have a lot of mixed feelings about it. Location is secluded on a hill and requires an arduous up-slope hike if you do not have any transportation. It is far from any other shops, nearest convenience store is about 18 mins walk away. They do have free shuttle services to nearby tourist spots, but limited timing. There are minimal facilities within the hotel compound and no place for proper coffee. For a modern contemporary Japanese fusion hotel, it also doesn't have a proper Japanese Restaurant. The Terrace Bar seems under-equipped. The spa within used to be operated by Let's Relax but has been replaced by a much more expensive Noku Spa. I was informed Noku is only 2-3 years old (I stayed in Jun 2024), but the base infra + wear & tear in the room seems to suggest it could be refurbished. Deck is old, has insufficient lighting, and some floorboards has started decomposing; it is a hazard to walk bare-footed. The rattan floormat in front of the bed is a serious slide hazard as it slides very easily. Water in the private pool is actually quite dirty as it is cloudy and becomes extra obvious when pool lights are on. Probably a lack of new and proper filtration system. Bed is very mediocre, several 4 star hotels have better beds. No master light switch at bedside. Limited universal wall socket types and when requested for universal adapters, they do not have any correct ones. Room is large but poorly furnished / decorated and space not well purposed. I actually like the walk-in shower / bathtub concept as it is nice and big, but lacks proper cleaning and maintenance as there's a lot of soap scum and hard-water stains.Marbles sinks are not well maintained as they are very worn out. I don't hate Noku, but if these short-comings could be resolved, I would love it. Otherwise, I would sadly look for another better place for my holiday stay.

Hotel is nice and quiet. Can only hear nature sounds from there (exotic birds, roosters, geese and ducks), but keep in mind it’s a bit far from everything. Staff is very helpful and they have good food at the hotel restaurant that is not expensive, really good value for money and health oriented. They have a nice yoga room on the terrace and they have 2 classes/day Monday to Friday. The AC was blowing straight in my bed so couldn’t sleep with it on and it gets really hot and humid, but can open the balcony door and windows and they have mosquito net. TV has Netflix, Amazon prime, YouTube etc, so you can login with your account and watch if you want. Internet works well. I didn’t like the shower gel and they were missing some stuff like slippers and toothpaste/toothbrush, but I had my own so I didn’t ask at the reception if they can give.

This is a great place to stay if you’re looking to relax in a peacefully serene environment. It’s sort of in the middle of many popular tourist destinations (meaning everything is 30 minutes away). The villa looks just like the pictures and the service is swift. I would recommend this place for couples not families.

Very good hotel for families, kids love the pool. Restaurants and supermarkets just in 5 mins walking distance. Close to the Chalong pier but a bit far to Kata beach for surfing. Clean house and friendly staffs, we love to come back again with family.

Di dalam bilik itu agak lama. Perabot bilik seperti kabinet, meja, dan kerusi hendaklah diselenggara atau diganti. Apabila masuk ke dalam bilik Agak banyak nyamuk bersembunyi di sebalik tirai.
