It is good hotel located just meters away from Patongs Party Street. So you can go there and join lots of parties. The hotel itself is in need for some serious renovation. The rooms are okay - just not nice and well equipped. It is impossible to adjust the AC to low fan speed. We slept under a mosquito net as the doors and windows had quite big gaps to the outside. So have it cold or turn it off. The pool area is fantastic and you have direct access to the beach. For party people the right place! For others maybe not.

Saya dan suami saya tinggal di sini selama 3 hari percutian, ia benar-benar menakjubkan. Kami memilih bilik dengan akses kolam renang- wow! Sangat mengesyorkan untuk pasangan. Ia benar-benar menakjubkan. Bufet sarapan pagi juga hebat, dengan pelbagai pilihan yang menarik. Pantai Patong berjarak 3 minit berjalan kaki yang singkat, dan ia hanya 4 jalan dari Bangla Road yang terkenal. Saya suka bahawa ia adalah damai, dan apabila kami mahukan huru-hara kami boleh berjalan ke sana dengan mudah haha. Sangat mengesyorkan!

酒店位置很好，樓下吃喝逛都很方便，幾步路，酒店服務員特別熱心，才到酒店Nate和他的同事很熱心幫我們拿行李並送來好吃的冰淇淋讓我們等待辦理入住，離店那天，送機師傅找不到酒店也是Nate幫忙聯繫，總之很熱心，讓我們覺得很温暖！早餐也很棒哦

Alangkah baiknya jika hotel masih terbuka, harganya sangat rendah dan sudah termasuk makanan. Walaupun jenis sarapan sangat terhad, sarapan juga disediakan dalam jumlah yang tidak terhad. Tidak ada yang dapat menguruskan kolam renang di tingkat atas, tetapi para tetamu masih boleh berenang. Daun yang jatuh di kebun di tingkat satu juga merebak di tanah. Lif dibuka dan ditutup, saya harap semuanya akan bertambah baik.

Great location a cross from the beach. Great buffet breakfast included in the room rate. General condition of the resort was a little 'tired'. Lots of general maintenance, painting etc. One of the footbridges going across the pool, severely corroded not a nice site when you are swimming under it! However during our last day, the bridge underwent major repairs that involved closing a section of the pool and lots of 'jack hammer' noise all day long! Pretty happy we left that day!

Отличный отель Жили с 18.03.2020 по 28.03.2020 Нас переселили из другого отеля Отель уютный, завтраки хорошие Уборку проводят каждый день, замена постельного белья через три дня или по просьбе Персонал вежливый, приветливый Вайфай во всех номерах Отель находится почти у моря, две минуты ходьбы. Бассейн небольшой , но уютный. Рядом несколько ресторанов, круглосуточный магазин. Советуем !

I’m so glad I came upon the hotel and made a booking! It’s super amazing, next to blanga street which is super convenient for night owls! Also the room is comfortable and clean, definitely recommending this to all my friends coming to Phuket ! Thumbs up for all the hotel staffs! thank you for your services :) ps, if there’s YouTube or Netflix on tv will be amazing !!

Great hotel across from the water and down the street from Bangla Rd. The hotel looks much like the images and was in a very convenient location. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, we were able to drop our bags off early and leave them til late for pick up. I would recommend this hotel for a budget hotel.

We recently returned to our favourite spot in Thailand the Impiana Patong. We did do a quick trip back in September but I didn't do a review as I thought that wouldn't be fair due to the amount of works going on at the hotel. Whilst we were there, we met with the new manager Philip, he explained as to what was in the pipeline to bring the hotel back to its glory days. True to his word when we returned in March so much had happened and there were still projects, maintenance etc under way. The pool area is now free of those old wooden decking boards and the washed augurate concrete looks great. poolside lounges have new cushions, not all of them but a total replacement is coming. The hotel has re-employed the security staff to the rear and front entrances. In regard to the buildings, a lot of the roofs have been re-laid. Inside new electrical switches and air conds have been installed. Philip mentioned that upgrading the TVs was one of the next things on the agender. So overall our stay was fantastic, and we can't wait to return later in the year. Thank you so much Philip for your hospitality. The way you are managing the hotel and initiating maintenance, upgrades etc is excellent.

Room is little dated, can do with some updates. Signs of aging, with stained mirror from peeled-off adhesives stuck. There is a ceiling fan in the room - what a surprise! Bottled water is replenished daily and the fridge works well. Bathroom floor can become clogged after a while of running water. The absence of a shower curtain (at least) or shower divider makes the whole bathroom wet. The toilet also need to have an exhaust fan for better ventilation. Staff friendly but that's about it. I will give more brownie points to the restaurant staff for making breakfast at lightning speed. Breakfast is ala-carte made to order but yet they are made quick fast. The only problem is there is no signage from the street and Grab and taxi drivers never able to find the place, either they overshot or they keep going in circles. The map in Grab app also is wrong (the property needs to update Grab).

Hotel sulla strada principale di Patong Beach, di fronte si ha la spiaggia, a 100 metri inizia Bangla Road! Qui si è vicini a tutto! Personale sempre gentilissimo e sorridente! Camera pulita, dal mio terrazzo la407, si ammirava un tramonto sul mare meraviglioso! Uniche due piccole pecche, dovrebbero cambiare la posizione dello split del climatizzatore, che ti spara l’aria fredda in testa, ed insonorizzare meglio le finestre, le prime notti ogni tuc-tuc che passava con la musica al massimo mi ha fatto saltare! Nel complesso tutto ok!!!

Initially I had booked for three nights in a shared room, the bed was comfortable and for once even the top bunks were comfy. There were lockers in the room which needed your own lock and there was ample space for everyone's bags. The shared bathrooms are large with plenty of toilets and showers. The rooftop bar is open until 11pm ish and beer isn't too badly priced, there's a beautiful terrace and small pool and for when it rains there is plenty of space to sit and drink under cover. It is so close to Bangla road you can basically smell it, what a place!!!! I met some great people as a solo traveller here and if I were ever back in Phuket I wouldn't think of staying elsewhere. About 5 minutes to Patong beach where there are awesome waves if you like swimming or surfing there are also jet skis and para sailing available all along Patong beach. On the day of my departure I had a wisdom tooth removed due to unexpected pain. The staff were super helpful and empathetic, I moved to a single room for another few nights and though it was quite small, the private room offered storage space, great air conditioning and a quiet space to recover. The staff are also on 24 hour and a great craic late at night. Staff also helped organise my ferry to Koh Phi Phi which was the highlight of my trip. The deposit on arrival is 500 baht but also gets you a towel and is returned when you checkout.
