A lovely resort and an amazing time. My wife and I stayed here for 8 nights as part of a fantastic Luxury Escapes package deal. We were quite fortunate with the scheduling, as it appeared to be the last nice week of weather before the wet season began. So the resort was very quiet, but this added to our enjoyment. The resort is located across the street from Karon Beach among the most stunning tropical botanical gardens. It is also a 15-minute taxi ride to Patong Beach and a 10-minute taxi ride to Kata Beach. Our room had been recently renovated and offered a stunning view of the pool, gardens, and the beach. Both restaurants provided good food and the pool was a wonderful place for a cocktail or just relaxing. The staff was amazing, always helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!

We stayed here for two days on our travels around Phuket and really enjoyed our stay, the staff are attentive to your needs although English is not the best with a few staff, the head person who seems to control the restaurant and bar speaks perfect English and makes you feel relaxed and happy with you surroundings. The pool is great the main pool area is probably the best pool but limited seating in high season but the ability to walk out your room into a pool is a great concept although some of the pools have steep access to get in and out of the pool. The food is good and the breakfast buffet is adequately stocked with more than enough food. As a tea drinker the concept of pre making it American coffee style was not the favourite tasting tea. Rooms are a great size and I found the beds comfortable especially the pillows. There’s enough space for your luggage and the bathroom is adequately sizes although a bath is slightly overkill and the bathroom could do with some modifications to bring it up to date. We had issues on arrival with our aircon just not cooling the room and was moved with help to a new room at 11:45pm after they realised is could not be fixed but all worked out good in the end although late! The location is classed as a 5* but on reflection my view only it’s a 4* That said it’s a beautiful place and was not disappointed and would definitely stay again and recommend

The hotel is sitting on an pretty sizeable campus, but the curved design helps to manage walking distance between different facilities. There a few swimming pools on site, as well as restaurants if you like to stay on the property. You can easily take a Tutu or taxi from the beach entrance. There used to be a TOPS convenience store according to Google map but it is gone now. Hotel is old with facility in the home. Phone is like still in the 90s. Bathroom was done probably 10 years ago. Their toothpaste comes with a tiny drop it bearly covers one time usage. Overall if you like big hotels this is it. But room is getting old. Will I go back again? Probably not.

We had a great stay at the Thavorn Palm Beach Resort. We crossed the street to go to the beach each day. We spent our afternoons by the three pools enjoying food and drinks. You can walk north or south along the beach to find shops and restaurants, too. The staff members were all hospitable and kind. Special thanks to Eddie, Napa, JJ, Baw, and Beem for their excellent service during our trip.

We loved our stay here at May House!. May and her family are beautiful, kind, thoughtful people who we connected with and now are so happy to call our friends! They know the area very well and are always willing to help with any suggestions or advice. The hotel is well located in the center of Karon, near restaurants, cafes, spas and bars. The beach is also very close, about 5-10 minutes walk. The hotel room was spacious, cleaned frequently, had a balcony with Mountain View, and a very large, comfortable bed. It came with a kettle, refrigerator, and complimentary water and coffee everyday. If you stay in Phuket, we recommend staying at May House! They went above and beyond to give us the most memorable experience, and we really appreciate everything they did for us. Thank you May! :)

Впервые брали отель с оценкой ниже 4 на трипадвизоре, но, прочитав все отзывы о том, что отель сейчас в процессе реновации, и увидев свежие хорошие отзывы, решились. Для нас принципиален балкон, поэтому доплатили 5тыс за номер делюкс для него. Номер оказался очень просторным, опрятным, чистым, со всеми необходимыми удобствами (сейф, кондиционер, чайник), на территории отеля интернет хороший и ловит везде. Внизу есть бар, где ночами играет громко музыка, но только до полуночи, после этого тишина, но у нас был номер с видом на сад, так что это вообще не мешало. Однако у номера с выходом на сад есть одна особенность — прекрасная птица Коэль с её громкими завываниями ранним утром, в первую ночь не давала спать, но потом привыкли и перестали обращать внимание. Персонал приветливый и отзывчивый, как и многие тайцы)) Завтраки скудноваты, но так во многих других подобных отелях азии, так что для нас не было ничего страшного, уже привыкли. Каждый день давали фрукты (арбуз, ананас и ещё какой-то), что очень приятно. Бассейн небольшой, но посидеть там можно, каждый день его по утрам чистят и в течение дня вылавливают мусор и листья. Есть бесплатные шаттлы до филиала отеля на пляже ката, если не берете байк или не хотите тратиться на такси — отличная возможность посмотреть другие пляжи. До карона минут 10-15 пешком, примерно столько же прохожу каждый день до метро, так что лично для нас расстояние небольшое и привычное, хотя многие говорят, что далеко. По пути брали фрукты или заходили в 7/11. Рядом с отелем есть большой и малолюдный 7/11, тоже плюс, на улице много кафешек и всяких торговцев, рядом храм, где каждый вторник и пятницу проходит огромный маркет, где можно недорого закупиться сувенирами))

My girlfriend and I arrived late and we were both very tired. Most hotels provide tea or a drink to guests on arrival. This one does not. We were checked in and put in the wrong room. The room we were put in had stains on the sheets and the mattress and pillows were rock hard. Neither of us slept very well that first night. The next morning I complained and had my room changed to the one that I had paid for, which was much better, however it was not the 4 star experience I had hoped for. The shower was outside and this took the girlfriend some getting used to. There were a ton of mosquitos and there were no screens on the windows and no screen doors to keep the mosquitos out. The AC was very loud. When we checked out they tried to accuse me of losing or stealing an umbrella despite the fact that both I and my GF did a final sweep of the room and counted two umbrellas. The staff seemed generally confused when I asked for things and I suspect their English was not so good. The hotel advertises a fitness center but they only have one treadmill. The pool was nice (there were two pools) but the bar-tender took far too long to serve the drinks we ordered. The hotel advertises private beach access but it has nothing of the sort.

Sangat berpuas hati dan mesti memujinya. Saya ke Thailand buat kali pertama dan menginap di 4 hotel ini adalah yang paling memuaskan. Dalam persekitaran hutan hujan tropika, bilik adalah vila kecil yang bebas, dan terdapat kolam renang di bawah balkoni Terdapat sejumlah 5 kolam renang di hotel dan kami mendaftar masuk 3 daripadanya Reka bentuknya yang unik. Tidak ramai orang di kolam renang dan tidak ada kanak-kanak. Ia sesuai untuk berenang dan mengambil gambar. Kategori sarapan sangat kaya. Terdapat 4 restoran dan 5 bar kolam untuk makan tengah hari dan makan malam tingkap itu sangat cantik. Walaupun ia berada di tengah-tengah gunung dan mengambil masa 10 minit untuk berjalan kaki ke pantai, hotel ini mempunyai 4 bas ulang-alik sehari untuk mengambil dan menghantar pada waktu yang dijadualkan. Adalah lebih baik untuk menambah lebih banyak bas. Secara keseluruhannya masih sangat berbaloi

The beach is also very close, about 5-10 minutes walk. The hotel room was spacious, cleaned frequently, had a balcony with Mountain View, and a very large, comfortable bed. It came with a kettle, refrigerator, and complimentary water and coffee everyday. If you stay in Phuket, we recommend staying at May House! They went above and beyond to give us the most memorable experience, and we really appreciate everything they did for us. Thank you May! :)

Чистенькой отельчик. Может быть не всем понравится ненавязчивый сервис, но по мне, так это то, что надо. При заселении сказали, что убираются и меняют бельё по требованию. Отзывчивый персонал - помогут, подскажут, байк можно взять напрокат у них же (торт уместен). Минуса только два: до моря около километра и шумно по ночам - окна выходят на оживленную улицу.

Соотношение цена и качество очень себя оправдали особенно в том отношении что я брал не заранее и близко к высокому сезону. Хорошее расположение рядом все есть, близко до пляжа, одни из самых недорогих шейков на острове за 40 бат и кокосы за 25 в соседней лавке. Из минусов то что я читал и раньше в описаниях подтвердилось, часто приносили полотенца с пятнами, простынь была с маленькими дырками, все было стираное но назвать это хорошим постельным и принадлежностями нельзя, их уже давно пора менять. Также из минусов очень слабый интернет, который берет не везде, так что внутри комнаты 302 у меня постоянно пропадал сигнал. Хозяин дружелюбный и персонал тоже, номер был с балконом с видом на большого Будду. Соседний отель например вплотную стоит к этому отелю и вида там нет никакого вообще. В целом я остался доволен. 👍
