Hotel is old but upgrated/renovated in 2021. Very comfortable bed and spaces room. Cleanliness need to improve in the room specially the bathroom. Love the fully equip gym here, clean and no smell. What I love most here is the hotel staff. They really make us feel like home here......so so warm,helpful and welcoming. Special thanks to the front desk Mai, Bus, New, Poppy and Juliet. Bellhop/security Peek, Plong, Arm and Dom. The manager Miss Moss also very helpful and friendly. Hotel is so lucky to have them.

Stayed here for 2 nights, the check in process is very fast and my room was ready just right in time. Maimoon is the best! She helped me all the way! The room itself have enough space and the view at night is very stunning. The rooftop bar is soooo cozy. The breakfast is superb all food are warm. I had a problem on my last night the electricity suddenly shut down, as I informed reception since it’s very late night I expect to have some delay however I didn’t wait that long engineer arrived and told me that cannot be fixed after 5 mins HK and even FO staff helped me to change the room. I wasn’t able to get their names since it’s late night. Overall I had the best experience and will surely comeback!

This hotel requires a lot of improvements. That being said, we spent more time out then using the facilities. Check in process: We arrived at 12:30pm, asked if we could check in earlier which they advised it won’t be ready for 40mins. We came back 40mins later after having our welcome drink (which was purple dyed coconut water in a martini glass). He said it won’t be ready for an hour so we left the hotel to walk about. It’s now 14:10 (check in time is 14:00 so you’d think it would be ready), we were told to wait another 20mins. We finally checked in at 14:30. Food: We only had breakfast at the Hotel as we were so close to Old Town, it didn’t make sense to eat at the hotel and there’s a 7/11 near by for snacks. Breakfast was not great. Food was bland, options were very limited. My husband and I didn’t eat much, we were only there to make sure our kids could eat a bit of fruits and pastries. House keeping: They do not sweep, we know this because our son would bring croissant back and the crumbs were still there after they’ve come in to replenish our towels. Reception: They were lovely and informative. Most of the above feedback were out of their control. Swimming Pool: The pool beds looked and felt a bit out dated, I have stayed in 4 star hotels in Phuket that were in better conditions than this 5 star hotel. That being said my kids still had a lot of fun in them. Location: Not walking distance from Old Town but close enough that the taxi’s only cost up 150baht each way. I’ll unlikely stay here again nor would I recommend the hotel to our friends and family. It was ok but not great.

Schlechter Start aber dann sehr gut. Wir buchten ein normales Zimmer. Leider wurden wir zunächst in ein Zimmer gebracht in dem offensichtlich kurz vorher ein Wasserschaden war. Es roch unerträglich muffig und viele der Möbel waren aufgequollen. Ich frage nach einem anderen Zimmer und bekam das nebendran. Das war nicht wirklich besser aber es roch weniger schlimm. Nach einer schlechten Nacht bei dem Geruch und Lärm von der Straße baten wir erneut um ein neues Zimmer und ich schlug ein Upgrade vor. Wir konnten dann endlich in ein ruhiges und renoviertes Zimmer umziehen. Dieses Zimmer war ganz wunderbar. Ich empfehle daher gleich ein etwas besseres Zimmer zu buchen. Die Lage des Hotel ist gut. Zu Fuß erreicht man die Altstadt und alles war man braucht. Der Stil des Hotels ist sehr schön. Das Personal freundlich. Das Frühstück würde ich wahrscheinlich nicht nocheinmal dazu buchen. Es ist kein Buffet sondern ein Gericht auf Vorbestellung mit zwei Getränken, das auf das Zimmer gebracht wird. Die thailändischen Gerichte sind gut und reichlich. Das amerikanische besteht aus Rührei und einer (!) ungetoasteten Scheibe Toast. In der letzten Nacht hatten wir mitten in der Nacht einen Feueralarm weil eine Person in ihrem Zimmer geraucht hat. Es hat sich schnell aufgelöst, dass es nichts bedrohliches war. Jedoch wurde sich dafür mit keinem Wort entschuldigt. Das fand ich sehr schade. Prinzipiell würde ich es wieder buchen aber eben ein besseres und ruhiges Zimmer und ohne Frühstück.

The hotel has recently opened. It is located right in the center of Phuket old town and it is ideal for people wanting to explore not only the old town but the rest of the island. This lovely old building has a long history dating back to the tin mining day and it has recently undergone a total renovation. The renovation has been carried out to an excellent standard and the staffs in typical Thai style are extremely helpful and attentive. In a town where car parking is as a premium this hotel provides unique parking facilities in so far as you can drive you car to a floor level immediately adjacent to your room. The rooms are well air-conditioned, extremely comfortable and as the hotel is located off the main street are totally quiet. The restaurant provides an excellent breakfast and the hotel even has a quite unique swimming pool. Overall we have had an excellent stay and I would sincerely recommend this hotel. They are very strict with check in time, unlike other hotels I had experience in Thailand, which are more flexible. They ask to leave 500 bucks on check in for money return on check out, be prepared!

We stayed in a private room with a ensuite bathroom, the room is a bit small but big enough for us. Breakfast was included in the price of the room, however it was fairly basic toast and cereal. There were lots of restaurants around this hostel but nothing really to do in the day. It is also well connected via bus and taxis but taxis were expensive. However we did have problems with the buses as some of the timetables were wrong.

We stayed here for two nights this week and had a wonderful time. The hostel is located in the heart of Old Town and is very accessible to all the local attractions. We were able to book a day trip to the Phi Phi islands through the hostel and got great deals and discounts due to being guests here. Everything was very clean. Hugh shout out has to be given to the staff, especially the two ladies who were working on reception as they were so kind and helpful and created a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. We would definitely recommend this hostel and would also stay here again if we were back in the area.

We had two rooms here (a nice king and an economy quadruple): The king room was very nice, with a balcony overlooking the main road; the quadruple was quite basic (four bunkbeds, no window), but perfectly adequate. No elevator, but we managed. The staff were friendly and helpful. A good central location. We'd stay again.

Hostel location was great, left side in the photo I posed, on Ratsada road, just south of the old town. 10 min walk from Bus terminal 1. 5 min walk from buses for the beaches. Air on was great, beds comfortable and private, with curtains. Rooms are a bit dark, but since they are only for sleeping, it’s not a problem Breakfast simple, but snacks, tea, coffee and water free and always available. Staff friendly, not always easy to find, but helpful when there. Would recommend, definitely value for the price.

Overall the stay is good, location is good too, one down side is due to the thaipass I have to book hotel transfer from the hotel but in the end they did not pick us up. Waited for 30min and we decided to take cab over. But they did refund me my transfer.
