Pros: - Amazing swimming pool with varying depths, seats in the water, cool temperature, and nice architecture - Spacious room with great amenities, a nice balcony and an effective AC - Great location- you can see the beach from the entrance and is less than a 2 minute walk - Friendly staff - Up to date buildings and clean Cons: - Unfortunately, the staff were not very helpful when it came to finding locations (ex. restaurants, renting scooters), booking excursions, and ordering cars- we had to order our own (they recommended the 'Grab' app) - The restaurant closes at 4pm - The pool was not very clean, with a lot of dead skin floating around - The breakfast was was the same everyday except for minor changes and they did not shield a lot of the food from insects (ex. the fruit)

適合大家庭出遊的酒店，訂的房間三室一廳，每個房間都是套房，廳裏還有公共衞生間。冰箱，烤箱，爐灶，餐具齊全，屋頂有泳池，私密性非常好。 酒店的每一個服務員都非常nice，房間在山上，山路很陡，對年紀大的不太友好，不過高爾夫球車隨叫隨到，還可以換乘suv後送你到卡馬拉海灘和周邊的商店。附近有家711，取錢吃點便餐都很方便。第一天到房間有點漏水，不過經理很快過來解決了，並送了我們每人一次酒店自己的SPA。另外連住3天以上會送來回機場接送服務。 酒店早飯選擇不算豐富，不過每樣都很精緻，並且每天都會更換一部分菜品，住了3天，每天的炒飯不一樣，都很好吃。另外也可以單點麪條，omelet，scrambled eggs. 酒店的客人很多元，歐美人，印度人，中東人，亞洲人都有，3天內沒有遇到會説中文的服務員。 酒店一切都很完美，就是雨季來普吉運氣不好，第三天才放晴，下次找個好點的時間再來。

This was an amazing stay! The service was amazing with a concierge to carry your bags to your room There is buffet breakfast for about 250 baht (51 RMB） They have a basic selection for the buffet like fruit, cereal, salad, coffee, tea, eggs and they also have a menu you can request cooked food like chicken, rice, club sandwiches, Was amazing Also very close to the beach, with lovely restaurants and markets Opposite city gate there’s a night market to eat local food as well. There’s a pool open and a rooftop bar as well

I stayed 2 nights at this hotel in a ”deluxe double” room on the 3rd floor (#304). First of all, it's kind of an odd set-up in which the reception desk is actually in the back corner of the Sync Coffee Bar, located down a small alley off the street. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a large bed, small wardrobe with a safe box, fridge, kettle, tiny TV (but with a very good selection of channels), wet style bathroom, and a small balcony with a table and chairs. No view except of the neighbor's roof, but lots of natural light in this room. Lower floors may not have this luxury. What was lacking though, was a desk of any kind. There was a little bit of space next to the fridge, but I wouldn't call this a desk, nor was there a chair, so if you need to work on your laptop you may need to go to the cafe downstairs. Also there was an insufficient number of power points in the room - there was only one. Check-in was easy, although I may have timed it just right by good luck. It seemed to me that the reception desk was not always manned, and if the cafe is closed (open 9AM-7PM) it might be difficult to find someone to help you. Location is excellent, a very short walk to the beach and numerous restaurants and bars. Being set back off the road the way it is, the room was super quiet at night, with no street noise at all. I would return to this hotel based on the location and cleanliness of the room, but with the understanding that the facilities are lacking.

Het hotel en de omgeving komen totaal niet overeen met de foto’s .De kamers waren niet goed onderhouden en de badkamer in slechte staat. De kamers worden niet schoongemaakt en je moet zelf om schone handdoeken vragen. Het uitzicht op de zee is prachtig, maar het strand is onbegaanbaar. Het is een vuilstortplaats en er is geen mogelijkheid om op het strand te zitten of liggen tussen de troep. Er ligt een koelkast, vriezer, olievaten, autobanden, touwen, stukken metaal, plastic flessen en nog heel veel meer afval op het strand waar je vanaf je balkon en kamer op uitkijkt. Absoluut niet het uitzicht dat er op de foto’s te zien is. Ook zijn er geen stoelen of bedjes, geen tafeltjes of zitjes. Beachbar is gesloten, alles is verwaarloosd.en er is totaal geen gezelligheid. Het management neemt geen verantwoordelijkheid en er is totaal geen service. We zijn na twee nachten vertrokken, maar de managers was niet van plan om ons enigszins tegemoet te komen. We hebben voor dezelfde prijs een 5 sterren hotel op 350 meter afstand geboekt. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is volledig uit balans. Let op bij het boeken van dit hotel, je wordt misleid!

Excellent staff, helpful and friendly, always offering assistance to my wife who has some mobility restrictions. Large bright room on 3rd floor, comfortable bed resulting in a great sleep. Great shower. Room serviced daily and maintained very clean and hygienic throughout our stay. Enjoyed our included breakfast. Great central location in a relatively quiet area and within walking distance of most attractions and facilities. The hotel could improve a couple of areas;- There is a lack of wardrobe and storage for long stay guests. Handrails required on steps which are fairly challenging for older legs. There is also a lack of steps or similar access facility to pool unless you are staying in a direct pool access room..

I've stayed in many budget hotels before, but this was definitely the worst experience. The room on the ground floor was a complete dump. The ”balcony” view was: toilet and storage rooms of the building next door (literally within reach). During rain balcony was totally splashed with water, so you can sit only in the room. The air conditioning was completely moldy. The inside of the fridge also. The only plus was relatively clean bedding and location at the beach. The hotel stands out very strongly in price, so you really get what you pay for. If you really want/need to be on Kamala Beach (which is not at all the prettiest beach), I recommend to pay more for accommodation and have decent standards.

It was an enjoyable stay in the nice beach town. The hotel is conveniently located near the beach, but a bit noisy at night until about midnight when the music shut down. The staff was friendly and helpful. The balcony door was very difficult to open and needs some maintenance. All-in-all, we enjoyed the experience and would be happy to stay there again!

We enjoyed the hotel because of the big clean room and the friendly staff. The wifi worked fine and the water pressure in the shower was good. The pool is quite small and it was too hot to use it during daytime because of no breeze. We chose to stay at the beach during the days, or rent a motorbike to see the rest of Phuket. The pandemic meant there was perhaps 10% occupancy and the hotel restaurant was closed. There were however plenty of open restaurants nearby. Kamala beach is usually relaxed but now it was very relaxed, which suited us well.
