Reserved the Deluxe Seaview Room for 5D4N with my husband. From check in till check out, the service was exceptional. The receptionist (Mon) was fluent in english and escorted us to our room on the 5th floor. Unlike other hotels around, there’s an elevator in this hotel so you don’t have to worry about climbing the stairs. The bellboy also helped carry our luggage into the room and load our luggage into the car when we check out. Lobby: Cozy, with many sofas, pool table & foosball table. Room: Spacious room with partial sea view from the balcony. It also feels great to sleep on the cozy king bed after a full day tour. The TV only has cable channels, but we’re mostly outside so it wasn’t much of an issue. All the light switches & alarm clock is by the bedside which is very convenient. Smoking: They provide ashtray to smoke on the balcony. Bathroom: Spacious & clean, with bidet spray. Shower area & bathtub is separated. The water heater is easily adjustable and heats up very fast. Toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel & toothbrush is provided. Breakfast: Buffet style breakfast with Asian & Western cuisine. If you’re a muslim, do note that there are some pork dishes. You can avoid eating the porridge/bacon/meat. Surrounding: The hotel is situated on top of the hill away from the hustle & bustle. Hourly shuttle van to Kata Beach is provided for free. It’s possible to walk to the beach as it’s only 5 minutes away. However the slope is quite steep. There’s so much to explore while walking. Kata Walking Street & Karon Plaza/Beach is within walkable distance from the hotel. There’s also restaurants, ATM, minimarts, clothing stores & bars nearby. Central Phuket & Jungceylon is around 20-30 minutes by car. It takes about 1-2 hours to get here from Phuket International Airport depending on the traffic. Activities: VR games, yoga, cooking class & underwater scooter rental are available at additional cost. Staff: Very polite, friendly and fluent in English. Always greeted us with a smile. The restaurant staffs are very service oriented & housekeeping did a fantastic job in making up our room everyday. Cons: Insects on the balcony, especially lizards at night. Just close the balcony door & it won’t enter the room. Overall we enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel.

Perjalanan semasa Covid sedikit lebih rumit, tetapi jangan risau, Kimberly di kaunter penerimaan tetamu dan Laila pengurus jualan akan membantu anda dalam sebarang masalah yang timbul. Isteri saya mencederakan matanya dan tidak lama kemudian mereka mempunyai kereta yang siap untuk membawa kami ke doktor mata di Phuket. Lagipun, hotel apa yang bagus? Upon arrival at the hotel the staff were friendly and inviting. We were checked in and given information about breakfast and room service. We were then taken to our villa by golf buggy. We were shown our villa and the various areas and controls for them and then left to settle in. We were also told the mini bar contents was free and refreshed each day (2 cabs of coke, 2 water, small pack of oreos and a kitkat). At first glance it is a lovely hotel and the pool jets were fun. On closer inspection it became disappointing and didn’t improve, more on that in a sec. At breakfast there was a menu to select one item from and the portions were massive and tasted very nice. There was also a large buffet selection you could help yourself to. Fresh tea and coffee was available upon request. On arrival we advised we had an early morning which would start before breakfast opened. We were offered a takeaway breakfast that would be waiting at reception for us. The next morning upon arrival it was apparent that the order had been forgotten. Breakfast had opened by this time and we had to quickly shove some food down us while our driver waited for us. That evening we enjoyed our pool but it wasn’t in the cleanest condition with debris at the bottom and leaves floating on the surface. On the first evening after check-in, I was walking around the villa and caught the bottom of my foot on a sharp part of the wooden floor. I did advise the staff the next morning on our way out for the day and it was fixed by the time we returned. However the injury did cause pain and irritation for the remainder of the holiday as it was on the bottom of my foot. Upon returning from our first day out we found that our room had been cleaned but they had removed our dirty towels and not replaced them with new. I had to contact reception to request fresh ones. They had also turned off the air-con that we had left on to ensure the room was cool when we returned. The following day I decided to have a bath to sooth my sun burn and found that the tap to the bath was broken and there was just a small stick pointing out for me to use to control the temp and flow. We also realised that we were lucky enough to have booked a villa with a pool, as the hotel does not have a communal one and not all villas have there own. For the rating of the hotel and the price we paid it was a little disappointing. The staff remained cheerful and helpful for the duration of our stay but the issues did dampen our experience.

Great hotel for family. My kids enjoyed the pool and it’s slides. Their petting zoo is amazing. The room design looked dated but still very comfortable. The garden within the hotel is huge and beautiful, the management did a great job balancing the lush greenery with amenities. Karon beach is just crossing a road. This is best beach in Phuket, with white powdery sand and Amazing sunset. I would choose this hotel again when I back in Phuket.

Very cool and modern hotel, well equipped rooms, good noise insulation. Excellent breakfasts, huge choice of dishes, but meat dishes are quite few, although it is almost everywhere. The hotel is oriented to stay with children, it is great. The pool is good, not deep at all and closes early. There is its own path to the beach, it is convenient, give good beach towels. Opposite the reception is located 7-11.

Wouldn't recommend at all. The place is cheap enough, but there's other places you can stay for a similar price that are much better. The beds were rock solid and pillows were hard. The hairdryer smelt of burning then cut out after about 2 minutes. You can't leave the Aircon on overnight as it starts rattling very loud and making loud cracking noises, and when we first turned it on, it made the room smell of mould/dust. The toilet roll holder was broken and half hanging off the wall, and a couple of the towels were stained when we got them.. we didn't think much of it until we checked out and the lady charged us 100 baht per towel as they weren't clean...

Это не большой лофт отель в европейском стиле.Удачное расположение между двумя популярными пляжами Ката и Карон. Заселили очень быстро, но номер был с видом в цоколь соседнего здания.2 Тульских пряника решили вопрос, нам поменяли номер этажом выше, тоже не айс, но хоть что то видно в окно. Стандартные номера совсем маленькие, но стильные. Двуспальная небольшая кровать,телевизор, малюсенький диванчик со столиком, зеркало на стене, напротив окна, зрительно увеличивает пространство.Еще одно зеркало со столиком.Мини холодильник,чайник с кофейно- чайным набором. 2 бутылки воды каждый день. Очень маленький балкончик с пуфиком и сушилкой для белья.Бесплатный сейф. Кафа для одежды как такового нет, есть при входе ниша с вешалками. Ванная комната тоже малюсенькая, но стильная. Полотенца меняют, если кинешь их на пол. Уборка быстрая и довольно таки нормальная. Завтраки прям очень скудные, но если разобраться все для того что бы позавтракать есть. Вообще, для того что бы переночевать, а остальное время наслаждаться островом- очень даже нормально. Персонал очень добродушный, отзывчивый и веселый. На первом этаже, возле маленького бассейна лежат сумки с пляжными полотенцами и циновками.Очень удобно. Так же на первом этаже есть бар. Там куча коктейлей и напитков, играет музыка, некоторые умудряются потанцевать. В Новогоднюю ночь был организован фуршет( алкогольные напитки не входили) Судя по всему там было весело. Мы встречали Новый год в ресторане напротив и видели, как веселились люди. В новогоднюю ночь, конечно было очень здорово.Сотни китайских фонариков улетали в небо, кругом фейерверки и салюты. Как я уже говорила, отель расположен между двумя пляжами. До Карин бич идти чуть ближе, минут 7. Да и ,честно говоря, этот пляж нам понравился больше, чем Карон. В Новогоднии праздники с шезлонгами была напряженка, все было занято, если припозднишься. Отдых нам очень понравился, Таиланд есть Таиланд. А после всех ограничений, конечно, вернуться в страну было здорово.Только вот раньше за 200 тыс. мы отдыхали в пятерках, а сейчас- в трешке:(( Из нового для нас-побывали на Симиланских островах. Очень понравилось. Ну вроде бы все. Если есть вопросы- задавайте.

I’ve stayed in this gorgeous little hotel for 9 days with my mum, as part of her Birthday Trip in South East Asia and loved every single moment of our time there. Actually for the 1st time I felt like staying in someone’s private, luxurious home rather then the hotel. Mom Tri’s Villa is beautifully furnished in traditional Thai style, very functional on every level and provides it’s guests with possibly one of the best views on Phuket, thanks to it’s picturesque location on a little cliff overlooking Kata Noi Beach and the Andaman Sea. We’ve chosen to stay in an Ocean Wing for the ultimate privacy and tranquility and couldn’t have made a better choice. The staff were all lovely - friendly and approachable. Thank you for a little Birthday treat for my mum - she loved it and so did I. We already miss this little piece of Thai paradise and wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to visit again in the future.

Super helpful and kind staff, clean, fun living room area, 3 min walk from the beach... I loved my stay! Mr O was super helpful, answered all my questions and if I needed anything he didn’t hesitate! I locked myself out of the hostel one evening and Mr. O responded immediately and I was back in on a matter of minutes. I met New friends, got to surf, ate delicious food and really enjoyed my time in Phuket. I would stay again! Thanks guys!
