I stayed there for a week end January/beginning of February 2023. The place itself is very beautiful and it's taken nicely care of the property. Room are spacious and clean as well. Location itself is a bit remote and quiet. Only noise is once in a while from the hallway. Facilities are also nice with a small pool and a small but functional gym. Currently there is a renovation ongoing in the place. There was a lot of material etc. around but no noise pollution. If I happen to stay in the same area again I would definitely book this place again...

This was my first visit to Phuket, and after extensive research within my budget, I settled on Fusion Suites based on positive reviews, ratings, and its convenient location. The entire three-day stay turned out to be an exceptional experience, leaving me thoroughly impressed. From the moment we stepped into the hotel until the time of our departure, the staff displayed an exemplary level of hospitality. Despite our scheduled check-in at 2 PM, our early morning arrival from Bangkok at 9:45 AM didn't pose an issue. Pia, one of the managers, went above and beyond by facilitating an early check-in, allowing us to rest and kickstart our Phuket adventure on a refreshed note. Pia's attention to detail was noteworthy; she discovered that my birthday was just around the corner during the passport details process. In a delightful surprise, she coordinated with my husband to organize a birthday cake cutting ceremony during breakfast. It was a thoughtful gesture that added a personal touch to our stay. The housekeeping team further contributed to the overall warmth and celebration of my birthday by adorning our room with beautiful flower petals. The meticulous cleanliness of the rooms, along with thoughtful provisions like a balcony and a designated area to hang wet clothes, contributed to a hassle-free and comfortable experience. Zero complaints echoed our satisfaction. The breakfast spread was not only expansive but also delectable, meeting our morning cravings with a diverse array of options. Venturing into the Mala Spa for a rejuvenating treatment proved to be a highlight, showcasing the hotel's commitment to providing a holistic and enjoyable experience. Beyond the confines of the hotel, the provision of a pickup/drop service to Patong Beach showcased a commitment to guest convenience. The attentive and accommodating nature of the staff further enriched our stay, creating an environment of ease and enjoyment. In summary, my stay at Fusion Suites surpassed expectations, providing a harmonious blend of comfort, personal touches, and outstanding service that made my visit to Phuket truly memorable.

Having read such good reviews I was still a little apprehensive about travelling long haul after the pandemic being a solo traveller, it turned out that this was one of the best holidays I have ever had. I arranged a transfer from the airport which was waiting for me and took 1 hour 15 minutes for a very reasonable £15. As soon as I arrived I was greeted and made to feel welcome and the checking process was quick and smooth. The room was spotless and close to the pool as all the rooms are, and I immediately felt at home. The breakfasts were amazing and set you up for the day, and I often didn't eat in the evening as I was still full however there is a good selection of restaurants nearby and a lot of people were ordering food delivery which is quick and cheap. The hotel is in a quiet location absolutely perfect for relaxing and enjoying the amazing pool. I really felt that I was cared for and there was a genuine interest that I have a good holiday which consequently made me feel safe and valued as a single traveller. If you want to visit the bars on the coast it's a short taxi ride using either the bolt or grab app for about £5 each way. The atmosphere is relaxed with an honesty box for drinks which in itself made me feel relaxed that I could get a drink whenever I want day or night and the weekly pool parties are definitely something to look forward to with great food and company. I'm not sure if I was lucky or it's the atmosphere of the hotel , but all the other guests were genuinely lovely people and kind and I think that this place just puts you in that mindset to be kind to each other and to enjoy yourself. By day 3 I already knew I wanted to come back which is unusual for me as I normally decide things like that a few months later and have now booked another two stays over the coming year. Usually at this point of a review I do the ”however” part, but there are no negatives. I cannot think of anything that I would change and cannot wait to come back.

We've spent 3 days in Serenity Hotel and then we decided to continue our stay. It's a beautiful quiet place with an amazing view of lake and mountain. The gardens are well-kept and the swimming pool is perfect for chilling by the pool. The staff is friendly and always smiling. Thank you.

We stayed in a 2 bed apartment with a private pool and it was exceptional. The rooms were very spacious and both had en suites. The kitchen was high quality, there was a separate dinning area and sitting area - all open plan. There was also a separate toilet. The pool area had a shower and the pool was larger than expected. Four of us in this apartment did not seem crammed at all. The staff were very nice and helpful at all times. The apartment was over looking a golf course and it was just idyllic. We could travel into Patong in ten minutes and it was great to return to the quiet and relaxing Tinidee. My only recommendation would be to have loungers by the pool in the apartment for relaxing days. Otherwise, most definitely worth the money. The extras like providing water each day and housekeeping going over and above just made it perfect.

OK for the sleepover but it’s not as in the advertising, the gym is in the ba*****t because a storm blow the roof away. And the smell in the ba*****t isn’t good. On the way to the hotel you need to cross two barking dogs. But for a cheap sleepover it’s a good option …
