The room feel dated. Air con is too cold and we weren't able to turn it down, so I had to wake up at night to turn the a/c off, then repeat through out the night. Breakfast buffet is quite good with both American breakfast and local choices. The pool is very nice. You can access the pool with out stepping out of the room. My kid enjoy the in-pool slide very much, which make me feel a lot better after having to wake up a few times during the night. I was going to give this hotel a 4 stars, until we found one cockroach in our room.

I stayed there for a week end January/beginning of February 2023. The place itself is very beautiful and it's taken nicely care of the property. Room are spacious and clean as well. Location itself is a bit remote and quiet. Only noise is once in a while from the hallway. Facilities are also nice with a small pool and a small but functional gym. Currently there is a renovation ongoing in the place. There was a lot of material etc. around but no noise pollution. If I happen to stay in the same area again I would definitely book this place again...

However, the hotel is situated in a quiet place where we had a good sleep on the comfortable beds. The hotel room is spacious, clean and tidy. Due to pandemic, we had our tasty breakfasts at room. I will book this hotel again on our next trip to Phuket. It feels like home away from home. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The buffet was good too. Also it is very near to convenience stores. A lot of big stores around the area. There’s also a hospital across in case of emergency. Thank you Blue Carina, you made our stay very memorable.

住的直通泳池，清靜，乾淨，特別適合發呆！ 老公還買了海鮮在陽台邊吃吃喝喝的，很愜意！ 我幾乎在酒店泳池邊待了一天，就是很舒服！估計是前面玩太累了，哈哈 周圍也很方便，想吃海鮮的 出酒店往左邊走！晚上超多好吃的，還不貴！明碼標價 想買護膚品的酒店右邊就是 711，如果 出去一直走，還會有些別的牌子的護膚品理髮店！價格很性價比，可以去找找！我在這裏找到好用的水光針

พนักงานบริการอัธยาศัยดี ห้องพักสะอาด ทำที่ตั้งสะดวกมากๆ แต่มีข้อเสียคือห้องไม่เก็บเสียง ใครทำอะไรได้ยินหมด คนทะเลาะกันได้ยินชัดเจ๋ว ประตูห้องน้ำหนักมากๆ เลื่อนแล้วมีเสียงดัง

It was my second stay. Upon check-in staffs at reception said there is a problem with water pipe it must take time for a day to fix. So they transferred us to another hotel where is pretty far from the center and convenience stores. For their apology, they gave us complimentary, free shuttle service from here to another hotel and to Central Foresta according to schedule add on free shuttle service from here to Rassada Pier In short, service was so good I just want hotel to improve about the problem that happened it shouldn’t happened again!!

Если захочется кофе в районе Central Festival, то эта кофейня рядом. За кофе с круассаном я заплатила 115 бат. Что делает местечко еще более привлекательным😅 В меню только горячие напитки, круассаны и тортики. Вообще, кофейня при хостеле. И ребята постарались сделать всё красиво и стильно. Часть здания занятая хостелом сильно выделяется среди соседских строений😉 Там даже есть небольшой видеозал, куда можно прийти с друзьями посмотреть фильмы на дисках:) На английском или тайском, разумеется. Но это будет актуально скорее для постояльцнв, чем для живущих на острове.

We booked a few months in advance through their website and received confirmation with the price and conditions. We had no further contact with them until a few days before we were meant to stay there - they sent an email saying that our card details didn't go through and that we needed to send them full payment (this was never stated when booking, we assumed we would settle payment when getting there which is what you should always do). We offered to give a different card but they refused, and said that the only way we could keep our booking is if we paid in full by paypal or bank transfer (this should have already been a red flag). We reluctantly sent a bank transfer since it sounded dodgy and they were very rude to us, but the email was coming from the same confirmation email as the reservation so it seemed legitimate. After the transfer was successfully processed, they then confirmed receiving full payment of the original booking price, but demanded we send an additional payment higher than even the first one, raising the price to more than double, and said if we do not pay it immediately we would lose our booking. With only a few days before our trip, we had very few options to choose a different accommodation and much higher prices than when we booked a few months ago. I have never spoken with such arrogant, rude, and pushy staff who take advantage of foreign travelers knowing full well they have little to no rights or alternatives in these situations. They have not refunded me for the original payment and refuse to honor the original price we booked. Do not go here!
