This was one of our best experiences, ambiance, staff, Betty from reception was extra friendly, professional. Cuisine was great howver the steak needs some looking at as the quality was dissappointing. All other than the steak experience was great. I will return.

1. I must say the property is very beautiful and surrounded with mountains and greens. 2. Quiet and romantic place for get away. 3. Distance to Patong Town is approximately 10-15mins drive. 4. Service is beyond expectation; especially the FOM. Mr. Jagdish very fast and efficient in taking immediate action on guest feedback. 5. Hotel shuttle service need to be more regular for drop-off & pick-up at the Patong Town. 6. Housekeeping should provide more detail checking on room cleaning and filling up the room amenities. 7. Breakfast food variety is very good. 8. Housekeeping should provide turn-down service. 9. Bugger guys was very fast & efficient in fulfilling guest needs. 10. Definitely will recommend my friends to this property. 11. Majority staffs very helpful & courteous.

As the resort spans over a very large area, there was a free buggy that could be called to transport guests and their luggages to and fro their room and the main lobby area. Food variety was excellent, one of the best breakfast provided by a hotel. The room was very clean and spacious, with a balcony that could be used to sun and dry our clothes very quickly due to the baking tropical sun.

Quaint resort off the busy Patong beach area, and nice how it overlooks a hill and partly the beach. It's walking distance down the hill to the south tip of Patong, but we took cabs/Bolt rides to and fro Bangla road and other attractions on most days, so be prepared to factor in the cost and time of cab rides. The room was classy and big, and we liked the balcony area! Only downside was that there were mozzies due to small gaps in balcony doors and the floor/ceiling.

Good choice hotel if you want to enjoy a nice calm holiday. location is perfect, in front of a quiet beach next to the busy tourist town of Patong. We booked 2 connecting rooms for my family of teenagers.Price is very reasonable for the quality. room was spacious and clean, but might be a bit seasoned. if you are looking for a modern hotel then this is not the one. They air-conditioned the room before your arrival and every day after they cleaned your room, so it's nice to come back from very hot activities. Breakfast with a good selection of nice food. Just one small thing if they can improve. The receptionist was not Thai(foreigner)..so you didn't get the Thai welcoming if you were expecting one.

我訂的最貴的房型，臨近路邊，非常的吵。本來想着一打開門就可以游泳，但是一打開門就會因為天氣非常非常潮濕，地板一下子就濕了，跟南風天一樣。 另外房間味道非常大，可能酒店已經比較久了，另外房間裏的設備都是木的，非常大的霉味，需要很大的空調去除。 另外就是插座離的非常遠…… 我覺得員工服務都是很不錯的，但這個酒店的硬件真的不行……我衹能實話實說了

Great stay at LIV Hotel! Staff were super friendly and place was impeccably clean! Literally just a tiny street away from the beach, with lotssssss of amenities nearby (7-11, laundromat, food, cafes, etc). Also really easy to book a Grab to this location! To walk from LIV to Bangla street, you can just walk along the coast and get there in 10-15 mins. Amazingly located just a stone’s throw away from the heart of Phuket so you can enjoy the place but hide away from the hustle, bustle, and noise at the end of the day:)

We got a free upgrade!! Super nice view with balcony. The beautiful beautiful beach view. The location was perfect. Not too busy and noisy. Big 7-11 store nearby the hotel. Park your bike opposite the hotel. It's safe! We parked there for a week. Staff was super nice and friendly. The room has an old smell but it's clean. We brought our room spray. So it's all good. The bed was nice and room was super cosy. We definitely will come again to this hotel..!

Climatisation qui ne fonctionne pas , cet hôtel s’est dégradé en quelques années, ménage à peine fait , c’est sale parties communes, alors la piscine elle fait pitié sale aucun charme transat troué, tout les meubles sont vieillot. Pas d’armoires obligé de laisser ton linge dans la valise

Daftar masuk adalah pantas/cepat. Lobi hotel sentiasa dijaga kebersihannya. Bilik ini luas dengan balkoni yang menghadap ke tepi kolam renang dan mempunyai tab mandi, sesuai untuk berendam yang baik sebelum tidur yang lena. Pantai Patong hanya 350m/ 5minit berjalan kaki. Jika anda mencabar, sila berjalan lebih jauh ke jeti bot Patong (650m dari hotel) Kedai 7-11 yang lebih besar betul-betul di hadapan pantai Patong yang mempunyai pastri/baki segar setiap hari dan mangkuk salad sedia untuk dimakan (sangat segar jika anda mendapatkannya pada awal pagi, sejurus selepas berjalan kaki di pantai pagi anda) Banyak makanan/restoran/kafe tersedia hanya di sepanjang pantai Patong. Berjalan kaki ke Bangla Rd juga. Hotel menyediakan tuala pantai dan payung yang bersih juga sangat membantu/berguna sepanjang 4 hari saya menginap kerana matahari terlalu panas, dan saya akan duduk 2 jam di pantai untuk membaca buku saya dan merenung matahari terbenam. Sangat mengesyorkan ini untuk pengembara solo, kawasan kejiranan yang selamat dan nilai untuk wang.

The room was a little small, but ok for a solo traveller. Sometimes the clean white towels had a very bad body odour smell. The room was clean, but sometimes waiting until around 5/6 o’clock for housekeeping to refresh towels, coffee, empty bins etc. The wifi was a bit hit and miss. Great view, great location. All in all it was ok, but there are better hotels for less money. Would I stay there again? Not sure, as I say for the money I was expecting better.

We had a great 5 nights here. We were originally staying in Surin but was a little isolated. This is a great pocket of Phuket with access to great restaurants close by as well as the craziness of Patong minutes away.. the villa was immaculate and a great quiet area to relax The staff here are incredibly accommodating and have everything needed to make your stay enjoyable. There was not one thing they couldn’t help with from taxi’s to scooter hire. I highly recommend staying here is you want a relaxing environment.
