Wonderful hotel! Absolutely beautifully located with breathtaking views, right by a beautiful, safe beach and just a 4-minute walk from the town. Luxuriously decorated, yet tastefully and maintaining a Mediterranean character. The rooms are comfortable and cleaned thoroughly every day, with all towels changed daily. There is absolutely nothing lacking in the hotel. The staff is the most wonderful in the world, swiftly fulfilling all guest requests, smiling, warm, and treating you like a long-awaited guest in their home. The food is the best we've ever had in an all-inclusive option, delicious, freshly prepared, with plenty of fish, seafood, themed evenings (Greek, Italian, Mexican, and Asian cuisine), and the best desserts in the world. Breakfasts were the most repetitive, but the selection is so large that you can still vary them each day. The rest of the meals are practically different every day with a really wide choice, although probably due to children and picky eaters, a standard set is available every day: pizza, two or three types of spaghetti, and fries. Restaurant service gets a 12/10. The lovely manager ensures that all guest requests are fulfilled immediately, along with the waiters. The wonderful Nikko! An older waiter who greets you with a smile from the moment you enter, knows what wine or beer you want to order for lunch, and where your favorite table is. Here, you don’t wait for cutlery or drinks. The staff literally runs around the guests. They are warm and smiling. The drinks are tasty, beautifully presented, and the bartenders are wonderful, smiling, and helpful. If someone doesn’t like the offered drinks, they can easily compose their own. There is no issue with filling bottles with water (still or sparkling) at any bar, nor with taking a drink back to your room or to the beach. The biggest problem is the availability, or rather the unavailability, of sun loungers by the pool. They can be reserved from 8 AM, and by 7:45, an army of sleepy zombies stands by them with towels. The problem is that often they don’t use them for half the day afterward. However, this is not the hotel's fault. We managed to grab a lounger in the morning without a fight or having to wake up early once. On other days, we swam in the sea until late hours, and in the late afternoon, there are always a few loungers freed up for a couple of hours. Loungers on the beach are paid (this is a public beach). It costs between 15-20 euros for a set with an umbrella per day, depending on the location on the beach. We intended to use them but really didn’t feel the need even once. In reviews, we read that the hotel is boring and that there are no animations. For us, this was definitely a plus; besides, every evening there was practically some attraction provided: either by the illuminated pool or at the rooftop bar, events were organized, sometimes themed, and live concerts. None of them disturbed our relaxation or sleep. In summary, this is the best hotel we have
