The food is quite unpalatable, but there are free coconut drinks on the beach. The environment is beautiful and there is free mineral water every day. Very close to the beach, there is singing and dancing at night

Excellent hotel, impeccable installation and service. Food they strive to do the best within Cuba's possibilities. Photos match the location. I recommend it and would go back!

Comfortable and spacious, the first line of the sea, with a panoramic view of the beautiful beach and sea view! The service staff is friendly and enthusiastic, and will patiently answer all the questions raised

It was an excellent experience. I live in Cuba and I recognize the effort made by all Hotel workers to maintain a level of service capable of satisfying the most demanding of clients. In general I felt very good. Only one element that I didn't like was the harassment of Cuban fighters in the beach area. This element is very unpleasant and sows insecurity in the Hotel's clients.

酒店的海景很美，房間面積大設施齊全，各個崗位的服務人員態度都非常友好，除了全包飲食不太合口味之外（當然考慮到這個國度的特殊情況也不好提更高的要求）。最讚的是海灘🏝️上有一個很美的鞦韆，有圖有真相！

We had a great Time at trinidad del mar! the beach is beautiful and well kept, the hôtel is super clean and the staff is amazing. Everyone was smiling and were always there to help. Yuneidy and Anthony knows a lot about historical facts about trinidad and places to see. I really enjoyed my time there because it’s very well situated on the public beach of ancon.

It was far better than I expected. The staff and other guests were very kind. I highly recommend this resort for the best value for your money. I'll be back soon!!!
