Excelente hotel, instalação e atendimento impecável. Alimentação eles se esforçam para fazer o melhor dentro das possibilidades de Cuba. Fotos condizem com o local. Recomendo e voltaria!

Fue una excelente experiencia. Vivo en Cuba y reconozco el esfuerzo que realizan todos los trabajadores del Hotel para mantener un nivel de servicio capaz de satisfacer al más exigente de los clientes. De manera general me sentí muy bien. Un solo elemento, que no me gustó fue el acoso de cubanos luchadores en el área de la playa. Este elemento es muy desagradable y siembra inseguridad en los clientes del Hotel.

Cadre idyllique, plage magnifique, espaces communs propre et agréable. Personnels correct et agréable. Le buffet était plutôt bien, il y avait beaucoup de choix, plats chauds, aliments bon et de qualité. La chambre laisse un peu à désirer, pas hyper propre, le nettoyage était fait en surface mais pas en profondeur. Bon séjour dans l’ensemble ! ☺️

This is a nicely hotel with nice people. I had a really great time to this hotel and in the city of Trinidad, the employers are really nice, and the boss will be there to help you if needed like he did with me. The restaurants a la carte are good and also the buffet, you'll find food you like at the buffet everydays. I will come back there for sure. Thank you.

We stayed at Memories Trinidad Del Mar from Jan 1 - 8, 2025. It was a great week! First time visiting the Trinidad area, although we are frequent visitors to Cuba. The hotel grounds and buildings are beautiful, designed to mimic the city of Trinidad. Views from the clock tower are amazing! The beach was very big, and lots of loungers and palapas available. The water was quite calm most days, and a bit cool but still warm enough to swim even though it was the first week of January. Some beach vendors (which we don't normally see on the north coast), but they are respectful and don't hassle if you say no thank you. Our room was clean and comfortable with a king bed along with a twin bed for our daughter, but we still had plenty of space in the room. Although the water never seemed to get super hot, it was plenty warm for showering. The food was average to above average for Cuba; for breakfast, bacon was available nearly every day, the last few days they didn't have eggs, but still plenty of other options. We bring packets of Frank's Red Hot sauce to add a bit of spice, but everything had a good taste. The desserts were better than I have had at other resorts. Coffee served in the buffet was also very good, as well as the cappuccinos from the lobby bar. The drinks were good, although they didn't have as many non-alcoholic choices as some other resorts, and sometimes the bars would run out of certain mixes. Mojitos were almost always available (no shortage of mint here!), along with beer, and some other rum drinks. There were other alcohol choices, but we only drink rum in Cuba. Definitely recommend a day in the city, the bus is $5pp/day, and runs back and forth a few times throughout the day. Wear comfortable shoes as there are many cobblestone streets. The staff at this resort were outstanding, all very friendly and helpful! Special mentions go to: Idalmis in the Cigar Bar (such a lovely lady who made the best Cuba Libres!); Ernesto at the Havana Club bar (the best daquiris!); Alberto and Rachely at the Beach Bar (the best Mojitos!); and Sara at Guest Services (very helpful and friendly!). Looking forward to returning soon!

Amazing people... friendly staff Will go above and beyond to meet your needs. I have a medical condition and they did everything to help me during my stay. Entertainment crew Yuni and Yune have made our stay exceptional would go back just for them.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in Memories Trinidad Del Mar. Playa Ancon is beautiful and calm this time of the year compared to other part of Cuba. Food are good. Resort grounds are very clean. Staffs are courteous and helpful. Day and Night Entertainments are good. Our Sunwing Rep- Santiago is the best- in all the places we've been in Cuba through Sunwing, he is the best Rep we had-we did three excursions which we enjoyed very much- Topes de Collantes (Top of the Mountain Hike), Iguana Island & Town of Trinidad which make us wish we booked for a longer vacation. A very nice vacation indeed!

Buildings and the hotel area was nice and rooms were okay. Very nice view from the clock tower. Nice beach and not too crowded. Staff was friendly and polite. The main negative for me was the food, the buffet was just terrible compared to other similar hotels in Cuba. There were birds and insects in the dining room. Not much to do in the area either, even when you take a taxi to Trinidad. If we could plan our trip all over again, then we would skip Trinidad.

A wonderful stay with charming and super attentive friends, everyone is professional, without a doubt it was a perfect vacation near the sea and with a beautiful beach, Cuban food with excellent flavor Muchas gracias por todo al lindo personal
