My family and I are foodies and love to eat, drink, and learn about a culture Bartender Felipe was extremely friemdly and was great with drinks and conversation in espanol he went above and beyond to ensure our drinks was made to perfection and even memorized what we liked so that every time we came in we didnt have yo ask he immediately made our daquiries and mojitos just the waybwe liked astrid and mario made our time spent im the japanese restaurant superb astrid was very flexible in scheduling and made the wait for a table more tolerable with good conversation. very good woman. very friendly. Mario was an amazing waiter. fast. accurate. couldnt have expected more. Was a very good waiter. Same with Neftali. He was on point man. he was by far The fastest waiter in the italian restaurant it seemed. Neftali was so fast with everything was almost as if he never took a break. He was definetly rekemberable in the italian restaurant. And I cant forget my good amigonBenito. He went out of his way to let me use his phone to see the digital menu at the hacienda grill when I left mine in my room. If you visit here be sure to give these guys a shout. they will def enhance an already incredible experience.

Ia agak dekat dengan taman tema siri x, jadi ia tidak berada di kawasan hotel 7 aksara. Jika anda pergi ke xcaret, saya mengesyorkan semua orang untuk tinggal di sini. Terdapat banyak restoran di sebelah hotel, dan terdapat pusat membeli-belah berdekatan. Terdapat kolam infiniti di tingkat atas. Secara keseluruhan nisbah harga/prestasi adalah okay.

Gorgeous, unpretentious, quiet, comfortable & secure, Soul Beach Boutique Hotel & Spa delivers @ an affordable price. We felt extremely looked after by all the staff; Erick, Axel, Osvaldo, Alisa, Rosalie, Felix,Hector, Aldo & ILario alllll made us feel taken care of. What a beautiful stay we had. Eight nights of being spoiled. Breakfast (we don't like to have to ”hunt” for Breakfast, wherever we are) was simple & perfect,,offering familiar basics + a few Mexican specialties. We particularly liked the hours; Breakfast available until NOON every day,,bonus. Housekeeping was 5* & Front desk staff were always attentive to anything we requested. It was our Anniversary & I had messaged prior to our arrival details about it. We were pleasantly surprised with a beautiful floral & creative display in our room. Attention to detail & helpful/friendly staff totally endeared us to this 31 room Boutique Hotel. Intimate/quiet setting yet just steps away from lively & often loud 5th Avenue. EASY to get too when arriving by taxi or walksble from ADO bus (from Cancun Airport, for example) Rooftop Pool & Bar offered a real pleasant escape from alllll the ”touristy” stuff going on down on 5th Ave. Bartender Erick always made sure we were looked after, yet wasn't ”in our face” or pushing further drinks on us either. The owner needs to be commended on hiring such pleasant & team oriented staff; all of them were always accommodating & approachable. Perhaps a few more surfaces in our Suite to ”lay things out”, & maybe adding black tea options to the tea offerings @ breakfast, but even just mentioning that seems so ”first world problems”. & so minor. We'd definitely stay here again. We travel frequently & have experience/exposure to the ”good the bad & the ugly”. I’m not sure why the low review on this hotel. I actually slept better here as compared to the resort I’m at Grand Riviera Princess. I took my parents here for a night to shop at their popular 5th St (which is so freaking expensive- more expensive than the resort merchandise). I booked online and the system suggested the Master Suite since there’s 3 of us. To my surprise…. MASTER SUITE is literally 3 rooms!!!! I actually went downstairs to ask if they made a mistake. I only paid a total of $103!!!!! They gave us Room 210 - which includes 211 and 212!!!!? 210- 2 queen beds 211 - sofa bed with dining table (think of it like a living room) 212- 2 queen beds It was so clean and the bed sheets, pillows and blankets are all oh so comfortable. Since we only stayed for a night- I couldn’t comment on other amenities except it’s the best sleep I’ve ever had since landing in Mexico.

Todo estuvo muy bien, las instalaciones son un poco antiguas sin embargo de buen tamaño, de sugerencias sería que agregaran un secador de cabello en las habitaciones y que cambiaran las toallas ya que durante nuestra estancia no nos cambiaron las toallas ni una vez.

朋友給我安利了大名鼎鼎的Xcaret水上樂園，聖誕節的酒店價格貴得離譜，尤其是Xcaret旗下的酒店，所以這次除了住這家Xcaret Mexico(下稱X)以外，另一家是中國遊客不太多的Iberostar Quetzal (下稱Q)。Q酒店的價格不到X酒店的一半(當然X酒店包括了遊樂園門票，值不值自己算)。相對於國人如雷貫耳、硬件設施、風景更勝一籌的X，我更推薦Q 環境： X酒店就是國人熟悉的五星級酒店，房間大，設施新，硬件沒得說。沙灘很有特色，有種阿凡達懸浮山的感覺，海灘一多半是礁石，一小段沙灘，水質超好。X是花園，Q是叢林。 餐飲服務： 如果衹住了X酒店一家，我可能會覺得還不錯，可惜我住了Q酒店。相比之下Q酒店有種賓至如歸的感覺，服務員更開心隨和，酒水敞開了喝，自助餐新鮮花樣多、基本不用等位，聖誕那天大龍蝦、生蚝暢吃，一點不帶吝嗇的。相比之下，X酒店的服務員都是一副公事公辦的感覺，自助餐人不多也要等位，看着地方大其實吃喝花樣少。 還預約了Xin Gao日式餐，期望值別太高，娃點了個前菜是什麼什麼rice，上來的是一碗白花花的米飯！我點個刺身，沒上芥末，服務員說不好意思，今天沒有芥末了，給您泡薑片是替代芥末的 活動： 去Xcaret旗下的樂園非常方便，20分鐘一班。酒店有免費送機，需提前一天預約

Not sure how to rate this hotel… looks very nice! But unfortunately it’s extremely poorly made. The doors are thin hollow core doors so you can hear everything. The window on your room just looks right into the hallway…. Just about everything in our room was broken. (Door handles, tv, lights, faucet, toilet) we’re all broken… some of the staff was exceptional while the others were far from it.
