Ulasan AxelBeach Maspalomas - Apartments and Lounge Club - Adults Only

The hygiene was absolutely appaling, I understand that this is a *** hotel primarly for *** men to find each other and to chill and get together, but there was ***** stains on all of the sunloungers outside, the sauna and steam room had ***** all over the walls and smelled so dirty and clearly had not been cleaned at all. The sofa in our room and some of the walls had ***** stains, it just felt super gross. They charge you apparently for washing up liquid and I was given two single beds instead of a double which is what I ordered and they didn't seem to care, I had to chase to get an iron and ironing board even though I told them prior. Asides from that the location is great and the towels they give are fresh and are clean which is a plus I guess. Spoke to company for resolution and got offered a VIP package instead of any money back which isn't good as I likely won't stay there again.

The hotel needs some renovation, especially the bathrooms and the wellness area. Room temperature is extremely cold and no blankets to be found. Lucily the staff at the reception is extremely nice and caring that makes you forget the rest.

El servicio y el personal estupendo, la limpieza muy bien, la ubicación no está mal, pero no está cerca de la playa, pero si quiero hacer una reseña negativa con el estado anticuado del edificio, nos defraudó mucho que un establecimiento del grupo Axel estuviera en este estado, escogimos el establecimiento por pertenecer a la cadena Axel la cual tiene muy buen gusto y decoración. El Axel Maspalomas deja mucho que desear y los apartamentos,los baños y el interior del edificio es muy viejo y no reformado, sólo tiene un ligero lavado de cara. En este punto, muy mal y decepción total para nosotros.

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado y con todos los servicios. El trato del personal es de 10, me atendió Kevin a la entrada y me solucionó sin problemas un incidente que tuve. La piscina está genial, y el ambiente que se forma en ella también.

+ Perfecto pa pasar una noche entre amigos El chico guapo que estaba de turno de tarde en recepción - Pagué más caro de lo normal, incluso te cobran por el detergente de platos. Cargar unos móviles, patinetas, altavoz en el mismo tiempo es prácticamente imposible: hacen faltan unos enchufes y un alargador

Easy and convenient stay close to Yumbo Centrum, with many choices nearby for shopping and dining. Staff and service was excellent, especially Alfonso and Kevin. Pool parties on Saturdays and Wednesdays were so fun with DJ Lucky and the Balinese beds are worth reserving with either a drink or food package. Great atmosphere and location!

Always enjoy staying at Axel Beach hotel. All the staff at the front office, bar, cleaning & maintenance personnel are always so pleasant & helpful. Kevin, the front office manager was particularly helpful on this trip. Great location close to the Yumbo centre - would very much recommend!

This was our first stay in an Adel hotel. We had high expectations but were disappointed with the quality of the room fit out. It was very functional bordering on uncomfortable. Clearly designed to be hosed down after each guest. Hopefully other Axel hotels have more comfortable rooms.

Nice hôtel, the personnel was very abordable. The appartement was clean but not at all. All was Near the hotel : shopping center, restaurants and access.

They recognised husbands birthday with balloons and cava without us even highlighting it was his birthday.

Very nice hotel and very clean. The rooms would need a little updating otherwise it was comfortable.
