My mum and I came away for a long weekend and didn’t have many complaints. We found the rooms to be extremely spacious with lots of places to store clothes, bathroom was huge and great seating area with a very good sized balcony. The cleaners came in every day and towels can be changed every day if you like. Everything was spotless from the room, pool area, reception and all other communal areas. The restaurant always has lots of choice at all 3 meals. Breakfast had everything you would expect. Lunch and dinner every day had a huge fresh salad bar, fresh homemade pizzas, fresh meat on the grill and plenty of options to pick from elsewhere. We enjoyed the selection of drinks and cocktails from the AI menu (we especially enjoyed the fact the cocktails were made in a shaker which isn’t always the case with AI). One of our few complaints was the inconsistency with the pool/main bar opening times. On our welcome sheet we were told the pool bar was open 10-6 and the main bar 6-12am but the pool bar was open at a different time every day ranging from 10 to 11/11.30 and the main bar would sometimes open at 6 other times 6.30. Our main complaint is the lack of entertainment present in May 2024. From looking at previous reviews, we had seen great reviews regarding the entertainment and the team who delivered it which was one of the reasons we went for this hotel over another and we were disappointed to be told when we asked that they had no entertainment due to an upcoming change of ownership. I think it would have been courtesy to let any guests who this would affect know as some may have changed hotel. Overall all thought I enjoyed my stay.

We have just returned from a ten-day holiday to Playa Del Ingles, Gran Canaria, staying at the Labranda Bronze Playa hotel. This was our third time staying at the Bronze Playa hotel but the first time on holiday since my recent diagnosis of having coeliac disease. I was a little anxious beforehand about what food would be available for me at the hotel and if I would have any adverse reaction. The staff at the hotel are all very friendly and helpful. Fabienne in particular, Guest Relations Manager, was extremely helpful. Meeting me on arrival, Fabienne advised on what the hotel could offer for my gluten free diet, introduced me to their chefs and regularly caught up with me throughout our stay to find out how I was and if there was anything I needed. Over the course of our 10 days stay I enjoyed gluten free pizza, pasta, croissants and there was gluten free bread available at breakfast. There was a great selection of other food on offer from the self-service buffet and always lots of fresh fruit, salad and vegetables to choose from. The hot counters also had a wide selection of fish, chicken and other meats to eat to enjoy. I mostly had a cooked breakfast with scrambled eggs, bacon and beans followed by fruit and natural yoghurt. Most of the cooked dishes are allergy labelled and advice is always on hand. I had no adverse reaction to any of the extensive range of food I enjoyed at the hotel and would definitely have no hesitation in staying again. The service at the Bronze Playa is first class. Rooms are spacious and very clean with comfortable beds. All reception, bar, restaurant, and housekeeping staff are approachable, friendly and provide excellent service, ensuring your focus can be on relaxation. There are plenty of sunbeds around the very well looked after garden and swimming pool areas. We heard that the hotel is changing ownership in June 2024 and possibly changing its name. I would like to send my thanks and best wishes for the future to the staff at the Bronze Playa. The staff all work very hard and once again made our holiday one to remember for all the right reasons.

This is our 6th or 7th stay at Playa Bronze, the staff are welcoming, helpful and always happy. The rooms are clean and house keeping is spot on, the grounds are also well maintained. The food is always lovely a huge range of fresh vegetables/salad and fruit, always a choice of fish or meat, or just pizza. Always a space around the pool, on a lounger or at a table. Entertainment is ok. Would definitely recommend to anyone a stay here. Won't go anywhere else as to me this hotel ticks all our boxes!! See you again very soon.

We have just returned home from a 10 night all inclusive stay with our 2 boys, 9 and 6. Safe to say we all had a great time. We couldn't find many reviews so wanted to add one to help others out there.....sorry it might be a bit long! We arrived about 11.30pm so were all very tired. The staff at reception were brilliant and there was even some food left out in the restaurant for us. The room was lovely and clean and space room for us all. We didn't pay for a pool view room and were fine with our balcony leading out to the main street. Our room was cleaned and tidied every day with towels. We had to ask how to use the safe but was simple once the staff at reception explained. We also had to ask for the WiFi but once given the password we had great coverage throughout the whole of the hotel. The pool area was lovely with lots of sunbeds, you are asked not to reserve until 9am. Mon-thurs there is lots of choice. We found that Fri-sun a lot of local day visitors come to the hotel, therefore it is much busier. You may want to get up and reserve a sunbed if you want to be close to the pool on these days. We found the food really good. Breakfast was a great choice of cereal, breads, fruits, cold meats, cheeses, salad, full English and eggs and pancakes cooked by a live chef. Coffee, a selection of teas and juices all from a help yourself machine. Lunch and dinner were quite samey, but what was available was of good quality. Salads, cold meats, cheeses, pasta, potatoes, rice, meat and fish dishes. Evert night the live chef was cooking chicken and fish. Always a selection of fruits and deserts and ice cream with sauces. Soft drinks, hot drinks, beer and wine available to help yourself. Fri-sun there was also delicious pizza available. The location was great, 10min walk to the beach and main tourist area of playa d'lingles, including restaurants, bars and shops. Our one slight disappointment was the entertainment. The entertainment runs tues-sat. During the day there is aquarobics, bingo and a mat to run on in the swimming pool. For the duration of our stay there was only 3 evenings of entertainment. Would have been nice for some children's entertainment and something on most nights.

We booked this holiday last minute so possibly should have read some of the reviews a little bit more. Distance from the airport is great. 30 mins in a taxi. Location in terms of beach and town is perfect. Rooms were very clean. We are a family of three and we had a nice area for myself and my husband whilst our son had a semi closed off room. Air con was a blessing. We had a sea view and a view of the pool which was lovely. We couldn’t sit on the veranda as the air conditioning unit was situated on the balcony. It blew out hot air so was absolutely boiling. Entertainment was a bit of a con. Evening was Friday and Saturday, not amazing for the peak period. They have a board with lots of things going on which we didn’t see. Games, bingo, blah blah most happened once or twice if that. To be honest we just wanted to relax but it wouldn’t be great for people with lots of kids or teenagers. They would be bored. The food was ok, there are no food labels saying what the food is so be careful if you have allergies. One of the chefs was awful to me and my son on pizza night. He was very aggressive and literally made me sob for an hour. I’m not a softy it just took me by surprise how rude he was. Though the other staff dealt with it very quickly and were really kind. But, it just left our second to last night a bit tainted. The hotel also does day passes at the weekend. We had some issues with the locals moving our bedding when we went for lunch. We couldn’t play ball games in the pool when the day passes were there as they deemed it too busy. Slightly annoying as we had paid a lot for our holiday. Overall ok, clean but we won’t be going again

Pro. Staff very friendly and polite. Pool area great, very clean no fighting over a sunbed. Poll bar was fine AI choice of drinks including cocktails. Room was very big and clean. Food was good enjoyed all rhe food. Hotel in a good location. Cons. There no entertainment at all. When asked they said it was because it was changing ownership. I feel this should have been disclosed when booking as we might have changed hotel. The opening times for bars were not consistent. Pool bar opening got later each day. The rooms were good but there were a few things needed attention like warped shelve mould on bathroom ceiling. Overall is a good hotel just unfortunate there were a few issues.

Everything about this hotel was perfect The food was good plenty of choice drinks were perfect and the cocktails were made as they should be in a shaker . The hotel is close to everywhere and plenty of choice walks around the area and wow a market on a Wednesday and Saturday right outside the hotel . The hotel is spotlessly clean no everything is cleared away efficiently all the staff do a fantastic job to keep the standards so high ... I can't wait to return

Well maintained hotel with all facilities needed to make the stay enjoyable. Support staff like RAMIRO able to assist and help with all traveler's needs. Highly recommend the place for its facilities, food and location.

The staff is very friendly and the food is amazing with variety of salads and different fish and meats everyday. The room was cleaned everyday. The staff is very friendly and always greet with a smile. The location is perfect close to all the bus stops, short walk to beach and supermarkets too. Will definitely be coming back with friends in the future.
