Fantastic value for money in a great location for visiting Plymouth

駅からは坂道を20分ほど歩きます 部屋は広いですが、トイレとシャワーカーテンが臭うのでなんとも言えません 部屋の暖房も上手く使えず寒くて目が覚めました 寝るためだけならいいと思いますが廊下の音は凄く聞こえます

Cannot fault the staff. Rroms are clean and comfortable. Location is good and car park opposite hotel always has spaces in the evening and is £11 for the night. I have stayed here 3 times previously with no issues, but had to move rooms at midnight due to the noise from the nightclub. If you have to stay here definitely avoid room 110. Way too noisy for a Tuesday night with work the next day.

Super hotel in a very handy central but not really noisy location. Perfect for pleasure or business. The staff are all very helpful and cheery whenever there is something they can help you with and nothing is too much trouble. The reception and housekeeping teams shine! In particular Sabina and Janice, Both so professional

Ideal spot for our concert on Plymouth Hoe. Pretty central for most things and 10min walk to the Barbican for breakfast

I come here again and the woman remembered me and took my luggage so I can go out for lunches. Nice that the standard is still the same and the same staffs are there and still very friendly. I had same room as last time because I like Really good hotel and good staffs

Helpful, friendly staff. Located near a noisy bar. The mattresses need upgrading. Room was clean. Fine for 1 night.

I hope this one goes thru as apparenrly my last one was biased (??) Thank you to the Manager Rhian who was friendly, attentive and professional. Thank you for upgrading our room and making it special for us on our anniversary trip to see Madness!! The room was spotless and really quiet second time around after being on the noisy traffic side first. We will see you in December ... Daniel & Gail Kirk

Stayed here overnight as was attending the Plymouth Summer Sessions on the Hoe. Great location, friendly and professional staff, room was good and bed was comfortable and it was also nice and quiet, despite there being lots of people. Only reason for marking slightly down is the fact there is no car park or facilities for a cooked breakfast on site although I appreciate this can be found nearby.

Excellent ideal location. Staff friendly and helpful. One & only hiccup was the elephant upstairs who wasn't very well the next morning in the bathroom 🤗🤭

Stayed in Plymouth for Summer Sessions on Plymouth Hoe. Read most of the comments prior to arriving and don't really understand the negative reviews. Hotel is central, clean and adequate for a short stay. Admittedly, here was no room service but this wasn't a problem for us! No fridge, which again isn't a problem for a short stay! Car park is opposite, however as a Blue Badge holder I would have expected staff to be aware that BB holders can park on the road outside the hotel free of charge (as shown on the pay machine) I would stay a this hotel again.
