My wife and I came to town for a concert, traveling with our service animals. This hotel was perfect they have great amenities and very nice rooms. The biggest plus for use was the pet friendlyness of all the staff they are awesome. They put on a great breakfast as well. In fact the friendlyness of the staff and nice rooms and all the amenities, we ended up staying longer just to enjoy our trip and get some relaxation. Place is in a great location as well everything you could need either within walking distance or a very short drive.
We will definitely stay here again if in the area. If fact if you are traveling through or just in the area for something and need a place to stay, this is the place. You should most certainly stay at the Best Western Pocatello inn.

This is a newly built hotel with a modern design. There were some minor flaws that bought down the total experience. The room was dark with bad lighting design and the bed seemed to be in an odd position in the overall design of the room. The shower leaked over the bathroom floor even when using the provided bath mat. Check in staff were friendly and efficient, but the bar seemed to be understaffed during breakfast times. The price was very reasonable for what was offered.

This is our go to road trip hotel when we’re in need of a room in Pocatello. Conveniently located close to town but not in a commercial area. This Hampton Inn is in good shape with up to date furnishings, good cooling and heating, comfortable beds, and excellent staff. The views from the rooms facing the front of the hotel can be quite nice on a sunny day. We’ve tried most of the other hotels in the area and we liked the Hampton Inn the best.

Kakitangan sangat membantu, berusaha keras untuk membantu membuat tempahan. Setibanya, kami disambut dengan mesra. Kawasan lobi dan sarapan pagi bersih dan mempunyai bau yang segar. Bilik standard kami melebihi jangkaan. Ia bersih dan cukup besar untuk mempunyai ruang duduk. Terdapat balkoni dengan pemandangan yang menghadap ke seluruh kawasan Pocatello.
Kami pasti akan tinggal di sini pada perjalanan seterusnya ke Pocatello. Pengembara yang sangat gembira!

This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel, this stay plus one in October 2021. The other Marriott property in Pocatello is a TownPlace Suites where we've also had a less than ideal stay. I wouldn't stay here again, because while the property is clean, the beds are very uncomfortable. The first stay we thought maybe we just got a bad bed, but both rooms had beds that were very firm. On the second stay, our room only had feather pillows and when I asked about the foam pillows, I was told they didn't have any. In June the breakfast attendant started cleaning up at least 15 minutes ahead of time and then when people kept coming, she was having to drag the food back out again. That whole situation could have been better managed. While we are typically Marriott brand loyal, we will probably pick a different brand if we come to Pocatello again.

PPengguna TetamuOf the three nights spent on the road, this being the last, this was the most amazing, from the late night that we checked in; to the amazing ”free” breakfast the next morning, and to the cleaning staff that we encountered the next day when they greeted us with a genuine hello and asked how we were! The individuals at the front desk to those cleaning the rooms and preparing the breakfast, we left with such good feelings to begin our day.

SStevenI love this hotel front desk was funny and on point fresh cookies every evening at six had a big group in house of soccer players didn’t even know they were in the house. Everything was great. I love the location the town quaint little town maintenance housekeeping front desk was all perfect. I would stay here again because the Town location in Hotel.
