Hotel dengan WiFi di Polignano a Mare

We stayed a week in this beautiful hotel with the most amazing location. We splurged and booked a suite on the 5th floor. Room 45 and had a large balcony overlooking the beach and ferries. The staff are amazing. Matia in the breakfast room tries to remember everyone’s name. So friendly and welcoming each morning. The front desk is very efficient and always welcomes you. The pool is certainly the highlight and you can spend the whole day watching the crazy comings and goings of the ferries water taxis and tenders. A great selection of food and drinks can be had by the pool. The bar staff downstairs are also very professional and welcoming. We dined at the restaurant for lunch and 2 dinners. Again excellent service and very good food with a great people watching position. The concierge lady was extremely helpful getting a reservation at Maxs for us and a driver at short notice for Ravello. ( a must) We highly recommend this hotel. A fantastic experience for us 2 Aussies. Grazie Covo and staff.

The most waited trip and horrible experience. The only thing I liked was the breakfast. They advertise spa and pool. First of all, the water in the pool is small, looks like for children and obviously is not open in October, which is not written anywhere. Secondly, the spa is not included, you have to pay 20 euros for 1h. We have booked 2 nights here and the first night we arrived around 7, we was hoping to use the spa, but it was occupied, so I asked the receptoonist to book it for us for the next day(the only full day we had at the hotel). She said that the spa will be closed for cleaning, so do not book the hotel on Wednesday if you want to use the spa. Another really fustrating experience was that the gates are closed at the evening and they do not send any information about where to enter to the hotel and how. We wete circling around the hotel 20 minutes in the dark, after I had to call them and they informed that there is a button on a column at the gate, the up part of the hotel. I feel really dissapointed, the hotel was really expensive and we could not use anything for what i have booked the hotel: no spa, no pool. I could have book another hotel in the city center for much cheaper without spa and swimming pool and not in the middle of nowhere. Everything what they advertise was not available, just charging a lot of money and not offering anything. Also, the room was really smelly, the bed is uncomfortable. if you want to go to the city, you need to call a tuk tuk, which is 10 euro for one way. The wifi does not work.

It’s all about the service, attention to detail and the lovely breakfast spread that my friend and I enjoyed when we stayed for five nights at this bnb. First of all, I felt assured with the parking they offered in the building. Going in and out was easy as both Danny and Vito are almost always in the building going about their business. They’re easily contactable through WhatsApp and their response time is quick. They can also remotely control the garage door. Both of them drove my rental car in and out as I wasn’t too sure how to park it. The room we had was big and clean, and despite not having windows at eye level, the room was comfortable as there was a long window close to the ceiling that let the fresh air in. Location is excellent. It’s only a stones throw away from the sea and Via Roma. Right next door is a grocery. Lastly, these two brothers are just lovely and gracious. I don’t speak Italian but Danny, who’s in charge of breakfast, did his best to communicate with us. I love the way he curtsies after giving us our coffee. So lovely. I would definitely stay here again when I get a chance to visit Polignano.
