Definitely a 4 star hotel. Rooms very clean. Probably one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had before. Facilities including 2x swimming pools, pool table, table tennis all very good. Close to the beach and mean ***** too. Definitely recommend

Overall I've scored this hotel a 4 because I personally had a comfortable stay,the only reason why I didn't give it another star is because the rooms aren't the most roomy and there's no kettle in the rooms,you need to pay for this separately. as a Born and bred British guy I like my tea in my room especially first thing in a morning,and not providing this facility for free in a 4 star rated hotel was disappointing for me.Apart from those 2 small issues the hotel is very well situated and has one of the most comfortable mattresses I've slept on which I had a very restful week as a result. The breakfast has everything you need choice wise even though it gets busy peak times 8.30am to 9.30am I always found a table.The staff throughout the hotel and the ones I spoke to were always friendly and helpful even at 2.30am waiting for our transfer bus back to palma airport the reception staff asked us if we needed any coffee or tea to see us on our way which is always very welcome at anytime.The two pools one at the hotel the other across the road were spotless clean and a welcome break from the 30°c sunshine.Public toilets in the hotel and by the pools were also kept nice and clean and there were ample sunbeds at anytime of day so NO need to rush breakfast. And finally the beaches are absolutely Gorgeous long sandy and warm water what more could you ask for.As I had a great time at this hotel and the resort in general I will return and recommend to friends and family.

Lovely hotel nice choice of food, very friendly staff,very comfortable beds,2 pools . If you ever visit try a black Russian drink it will blow your socks off, 10 minutes walk to shops and beach,if you want ice cream ask bar staff lovely cornettos, I will be back next year, there's even a aldi supermarket 5 minutes walk,

Our 3rd visit to this great value hotel, situated in a superb location, 2 minutes away from the promenade. Enjoyed the good pools and plenty of sunbeds at all times. Staff very friendly in particular the lady at the pool bar across the road from the main hotel. Would have like a kettle in the room and also a pot of coffee at breakfast. Particularly loved the breakfast omlette station including pancakes, churros. Thanks to everyone.

This is a well organised and very clean hotel. The staff are very pleasant and helpful and it is a very quiet and calm place to stay. There is a generous supply of food which is good except for the meat in the evenings which every day was overcooked and exceedingly dry and tough to eat. The chef who served the meat was very helpful but he didn't seem to know how to carve meat carefully and I think his knife was not sharp enough. I think the way the meat was served in large, thick pieces was extremely wasteful. Once a week salmon was served. The first week I found this to be inedible because it was absolutely covered in oil. The second week it was fine. Compared with a normal four star hotel there was very little fish available . The restaurant was open in the evening from 6.30 until 9pm therefore it was necessary to be in there by 7.30 at the latest because I saw the staff regularly at about 8.15 start clearing the food away. The dessert section was not well looked after and when we were going for dessert every evening the table looked very untidy, the ice cream cartons were often empty or nearly empty and there were empty plates where cakes had been. The entertainment is not very good and consists mainly of quizzes and karioke. Occasionally there was a professional act but we never stayed in so cannot comment on the quality of same. The bedroom was quite pleasant but there are no tea or coffee making facilities provide by the hotel. I consider this to be a good three star hotel but don't feel that it reaches a four star standard.

We recently stayed at this Hotel and really couldn't fault anything, other than the weather, but the hotel can't control that! The rooms were spacious and very clean, with comfortable beds. I would say the only downside is, there wasn't enough storage space for our clothes. The food was excellent. There was a chef's station where they cooked fresh omelettes, eggs and pancakes for breakfast and in the evening there was always a good choice of hot fish or meat dishes. The salad station was plentiful with all the food freshly prepared. There were 2 swimming pools, but we tended to use the one across the road at the BQ Lounge, it was a lot larger and was next to the snack bar. The entertainment wasn't great in the evening, poor Arthur! They need to think more about entertainment, but maybe because we went early in the season, there wasn't a lot on apart from a Michael Jackson tribute and a soul singer who was excellent. The other nights were either quizzes or karaoke (shame as the Euros were on so that tended to dominate the entertainment in the bar). There is an Aldi about 10 minutes walk away if you want to top up your fridge with water and soft drinks. The local buses also went from outside Aldi and we caught these into Alcudia and Palma, very reasonably priced. This hotel is on the north side of the Island, so be prepared for a 2hr shared transfer, obviously quicker if you drive yourself. You are around 250m from a stunning sandy beach and there are plenty of bars and shops along the *****. There is also a marina that is within walking distance with a market held there on Saturday mornings. Beware, there are a few hidden charges, but if you know about them then you are prepared and should take extra Euros to cover them. There is a tax payable per night of your stay, we were there for 8 nights and I think we paid around 52 Euros, there is a 10 Euro deposit for the safe key and the hire of the safe was 19 Euros. If you want a towel for the pool, a 10 Euro deposit per person gets you a lovely fluffy towel which you can change in the morning or the evening. All in all, great hotel, great holiday and I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice clean hotel Great breakfast Facilities to store your rental bike Plenty of Helpful staff. Always on hand Located close enough to the beach without being amongst the busy area . Hotel has beach club situated across the street . With very nice food served. Would recommend and will return soon hopefully

I stayed at this hotel from 10th June - 15th June. I had a wonderful time. We arrived late to the hotel and were greeted by a friendly receptionist who explained where the facilities and restaurants are located. The hotel is a short stroll from the beach and the main bars and restaurants. There is an ALDI supermarket less than a 10 minute walk away. The bus stop to go to Alcudia is located just outside ALDI. We stayed in a double room on the 5th floor. The room was very bright and clean. The room was cleaned and fresh towels provided everyday. There are two pool areas, one beside the restaurant and one beside the snack bar. During our stay, we only used the pool by the snack bar. It was very clean and enough sunbeds for all. The staff on the snack bar were so friendly and helpful even helping with moving sunbeds! We found the drinks to be reasonably priced. Eg. 3.50 for a large Coca Cola or 3.50 for a glass of rose wine. The breakfast and dinner buffet was well stocked with lots of options. We thoroughly enjoyed all of our meals in the restaurant. We joined the hotel entertainment one evening, it was a movie quiz which was good fun! Thank you for a lovely stay!
