Hotel Pollensa dengan Spa

Lovely hotel, stunning view of the sunrise each morning from our balcony, great buffet breakfast and we had a delicious lunch when we arrived on the first day. I’d totally stay here again as we do like “get our steps in” and we walked from the hotel to the main area of the town for lunch , shopping and back and forth for dinner. The town is all on the flat so pack your comfy trainers and it’s a very scenic walk. The beach is literally across the road and you can hear the sea from the hotel it’s so relaxing! The weathers wasn’t the great on purpose first full day so we made use of the spa which is in the building next door which also houses the gym and a rooftop area with a plunge pool - it is very small which is the only drawback of the hotel as the rooftop is quite big and this little square pool nearly looks like a mistake but it’s probably nice to dip into in the summer. I also had a massage which was divine! In a room beside the gym - would be great to have a waiting area as it always early and just had to hang around the hallway until the therapist arrived as she works across all the Hoposa hotels - she was worth the wait! All in all it was great - if you don’t like walking I’d go for a hotel closer to the main town but if you like a dander and a quieter area then this is a great choice.

Having enjoyed a week here in July 2023 but having been unable to sightsee then due to a heatwave, we returned to the Cabot Pollensa Park Hotel in July 2024. It was busier this time, sunbeds were bagged early, queues for the bar longer. The bar staff were very helpful in booking us a taxi for a day trip to Alcudia and a couple of other trips advertised at reception to Formentor to see a stunning sunset and Valledemossa, Soller and Port de Soller. We once again chose sea view rooms, the view is absolutely beautiful, sunrises stunning. Staff were helpful, reception staff outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble. Food was okay, similar each day. This time there was a Japanese themed dinner in the main dining room with sushi, which made a change. We went half board plus, beer and wines were included at dinner, we just helped ourselves. Entertainment was mostly aimed at the children, even later in the evening, which was a shame. Overall a nice week in the Cabot Porto Pollensa.

Disappointing HB stay at Villaconcha. Although its named a family hotel, its not suitable for under 11’s I would say due to the complete lack of dinner food options. One night we were lucky our daughter got the last spoonful of chips as they stopped serving and never replenished (30’mins into dinner service). The food in evening was also mediocre for adults. Never hot. Waiting around to be topped up. No warm plates. Bbq was 2 nights and was Pork, Chicken thighs or minced beef mini burgers. The burgers black on outside and red raw in middle. Pork was fine the first night but Pork on the second night also raw in middle. Didnt want to chance the chicken. The hotel was very quiet due to end of season, would hate to see it peak season. No resd wine available first night at dinner. No tomato ketchup or vinegar available all week. Mentioned this the second night to staff who said they would raise it but never appeared in the week so we bought our own. Hote however was very clean and has great facilities if there on a cycling or sporting holiday but wouldnt recomend with young kids on the basis of the food offerings unless self catering or breakfast only.

Hotel This should be a 5 star hotel It's absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The best thing are the staff, every single person is friendly, helpful and approachable, they can't do enough for you and most speak very good English. They all interact with the children so nicely too. Food: 5 star! Abundance of food every meal time Presented beautifully Tasted amazing Fresh and different every night Healthy/unhealthy options available Food for kids Staff constantly ensure it never runs out I didn't worry about eating any of it. Each night they change their special table, sushi/cheeses/meats/fish/tapas Absolutely delicious 😋 Pool: Brilliant and very clean Two large pools Two kids pools Slide area/Pool for younger kids Lots of sunbeds Looks beautiful surrounded by the mountains Facilities I can't fault a thing Spa in the hotel Laundrette Bike hire Rent towels from reception for beach or pool for £10 deposit which they return when you leave and refresh on a Tuesday and Friday. Amazing pools with adult only areas Entertainment every night for kids which they all seemed to love and then adult entertainment which was okay, tribute bands were brilliant. Maintenance on hand with any issues Cleaners come in most days, very friendly and helpful and again so nice to my boy, Theresa was brilliant. Bus stop 2min walk from hotel at the end of the road and they come every half hour Location 40min on bus transfer from airport Hotel is in-between Port De Polenca and Port D'Alcudia, set back from a road. Beach in front of hotel is pebble but you can find a quiet spot and have it to yourself. About 40min walk into Port De Polenca. Cycling took less than 15mins, or 10mins on the bus. Beautiful sandy beaches, restaurants on the beach, nice shops and pretty Port. Alcudia would take over an hour to walk, we cycled it and it took around 35mins. Bus takes about 20mins Port D'Alcudia was absolutely stunning So many places to eat on the sandy beach, shops, small fun fair and Lots to see. We hired bikes with my 4 year old on the back, child seat up to 24kg and around 18 euro a day or 15 euro without child seat. Buses Bus stop 2min walk from hotel at the end of the road and they come every half hour I can't find a single fault with this hotel and would 100% return again.
