Facilities: Booked several rooms and specifically chose ones with a bathtub. Cleanliness: Generally quite comfortable. Environment: Surrounded by a food street. Service: The front desk staff were very enthusiastic. There's a parking lot, and it's very close to the ancient town. It's also very convenient for getting around, definitely trustworthy.

I specifically booked a room at the Wuyi Square for the marathon. Annie at the hotel helped us arrange a room facing Wuyi Square and even prepared a cheering pack for the race. Xiao Xu arranged a late-night soup and fruit. Peri handled the check-in, arranged for extra drinking water, and even specially requested breakfast. The marathon check-in was right at the hotel entrance, which was incredibly convenient (allowing us to sleep at least an extra half hour). I was very satisfied with this stay!

This has got to be one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in! Very new/clean rooms, great laundry facilities, great sound proofing, strong shower pressure and design. AI sound command to control the lights and curtains works great. Location is unbeatable as well being in the middle of Zhingshan Pedestrian shopping strip and food everywhere within a earshot. Near to the metro station and BRT. But my greatest shout out is their impeccable service. The check in process involved the desk staff escorting us to our room and explaining everything we needed to know. She saw that we had 4 kids with us and organised more amenities for us without us asking. Next, it's the house keeping. We hung some wet laundry that are not suitable for dryers in our balcony chairs. When we came back after a long day, we found a laundry rack sitting on our balcony with our laundry hung neatly there... Super impressed. Then on the day before our check out date, we found a hand written appreciation note sitting in our coffee table with a vase of fresh flowers.... Common... Really?! Another thing that's worth mentioning is their concierge service. They use WeChat where you can communicate with someone if you need anything (WeChat is manned by a staff 24hrs). We asked for more towel at about 12 midnight and we had our towels sent by their robot concierge within minutes! Overall, we had a wonderful experience there and will definitely stay there again. If we could give 10 stars would most certainly would. Kudos to the hotel management team and staff!

I have to say, this is a really great hotel! The massive floor-to-ceiling windows let you watch the sunrise in the morning and the stars at night, all from the comfort of the sofa. The room itself is super spacious and everything feels very new. The front desk lady provided excellent service, and the breakfast was incredibly rich, featuring Fuzhou local snacks and even a live noodle and rice noodle station. They had both Chinese and Western options, satisfying my picky palate. If I get the chance to visit Fuzhou again, I'll definitely stay here!

How could I possibly leave a bad review? For a hotel that consistently helps you with takeout and upgrades your room without question if you're not satisfied with your stay, I wouldn't dare. So, giving them a good review isn't because of anything special; it's simply what I *should* do, the least a polite person can offer.

Oh dear Miss [Name], please forgive me for not remembering your name. Thank you for the room upgrade and for proactively arranging breakfast for me. Every staff member I encountered, whether it was 1 or 2 AM or early in the morning, always greeted me with a sunny smile, making my day feel very comfortable. The only minor issue was being told that fruit would be delivered to my room around 2 or 3 PM. I had been out all night and returned to the hotel hungry, thinking I had fruit in the room, so I didn't bring anything back with me, and it turned out... 😂

Great hotel, clean, modern, good location, excellent service. Highly recommended, wish I could have stayed longer, will be back again. It’s a definite yes if you are looking around for somewhere to stay in Fuzhou. Get a lake view room higher level

This is definitely the best hotel I've stayed at in Quanzhou! I was in Quanzhou for a coffee festival and wanted a relaxing place to stay. First off, the hotel's location is excellent, and the views are unbeatable. The facilities are also great, and the rooms are very spacious. When you walk in, you can tell everything is new and well-maintained. A special mention goes to the bathroom amenities, which are all from Bvlgari – I absolutely loved them! The scent is so luxurious. Each room also comes with a capsule coffee machine, perfect for a morning coffee to kickstart your day with energy. Finally, I have to say that the hotel's service is truly exceptional. They reached out before check-in to ask about my needs and continued to check in after I arrived. The personalized butler service made me feel completely at ease.

A truly excellent experience! The five-star service was absolutely impeccable. Just a note: swim caps are required at the pool. It would be great if disposable ones could be provided. Upon check-out, they even gave my child an adorable 'Zhuangyuan' (top scholar) themed water cup – it truly lives up to its reputation as the 'Hometown of Zhuangyuan'!

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of BinBei. Great restaurants and night life around. Very convenient location. The staff was very friendly and spoke very good English. Check in and out was easy. The only negative point of the experience was the room itself. We reserved as Superior King room, for 514元 (714元 with breakfast for two). The King Room only had a Queen bed. The wallpaper was peeling, the carpets felt old and a little dirty. And the electrical outlets were VERY inconvenient. Only one outlet on the whole bedside wall and it was pretty far away from the bed. So I gave that one to my girlfriend for her phone and I had to plug my phone in on the other side of the room on the desk. I know it’s an old hotel but it’s time to update and renovate the rooms. For the price we paid, the room felt like a bit of a disappointment. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and the hotel itself is beautiful and in a great location. Just the room left a little to be desired. It was nice to experience such an iconic Xiamen institution but for us, in the future, we’ll stay somewhere else.
