Staying at VISHAN was comfortable and memorable. Some key highlights: 1. Excellent service-oriented mindset. The front desk had initiative to check in on our needs via WeChat prior to our stay, and sent useful travel guides and tips. During our stay, they were highly responsive with meeting our various requests. 2. Room and bedding were comfortable and hygienic with good facilities/equipment and strong aircon for hot days. Housekeeping was thorough. We got a free upgrade to the loft room, which was useful for separating sleeping arrangements when one of us fell sick. Size wise, the room should be suitable for small families. 3. As our room was next to the Zhongshan Road main street, soundproofing was inevitably insufficient but still manageable as the streets were quiet during sleeping hours. It did give us a good window view of the Euro/Nanyang-style buildings on the road, and excellent access to the main road and nearby amenities (e.g., a decently-sized supermart within walkable ＜5min distance). The hotel corridors were quiet. 4. Overall hotel interior was pleasant and modern in aesthetic, giving it a clean and cozy vibe. The laundry room was well equipped with 5 sets of washers and dryers and a steamer iron, though drying the clothes completely took more time. Ordering food in was also a breeze with a robot delivering food to your door. The Didi drop-off point in front of the hotel leads you directly to the cargo lift entrance (there are 2 doors from which you can enter the lift), and the lift brings you up to the 3rd floor where the hotel is on. The hotel is highly accessible for those carrying heavy luggage or have mobility issues. Overall, we had a good stay and I will consider VISHAN again if I'm back in Xiamen.

The location of the hotel is great. Just outside, to the east side of the old town (古城), with a few minutes' walk. Near a bus stop too, where we can get to most places pretty conveniently or a good pick up spot for taxi. Our room is pretty spacious and well-lit. Big bed. The column where the TV hangs on it's kind of a weird design but ok. They provide a sufficient amount of supplies for the bathroom. Hair dryer is like dyson. I was pretty shocked by that. Definitely a plus. Most of the room is pretty spotless, except the floor can be swept more clean. We found some plastic pieces and a few hairs stuck on the floor, but it's tolerable. We just dealt with it ourselves. Front desk staff are patient and friendly. I think it's worth the money to get their breakfast. It's made fresh every day and has pretty good healthy selections. Self-help laundry machines on 5th floor. We are satisfied with this stay!

Secara umumnya mereka bagus seperti apa yang telah diulas dalam penginapan pertama saya … Penginapan ke-2 tidak sesenang rambut ditemui di atas bantal dan seekor nyamuk besar turut dikesan … tiada peti sejuk di semua bilik sehingga sukar untuk menyimpan minuman sejuk. Akhir sekali , naik taraf yang diterima agak biasa-biasa sahaja dan perlu membuat permintaan berbanding dengan jenama kakak mereka Vishan reka bentuk gelombang … sistem pintar adalah munasabah tetapi boleh menjadi lebih baik … secara keseluruhannya bersih dan baharu tetapi terdapat kawasan untuk diperbaiki kerana ia tidak murah

Excellent hotel, every service like it would be in central a world metropolis

I checked in to Shangri-La Hotel in Fuzhou on 22 Oct. The experience was a pleasant & unforgettable one. I was greeted by Sarah when I checked in She was very friendly and helpful to acede to my request. Upon knowing that I am allergic to smoke smell, she arranged for the highest floor for me. The room is super clean and very big. I would also like to comment on the sincere service of another front counter staff, Wade Fu. He always greeted the guest with warm smiles. He answered all my questions well and showed concern to my safety as I was travelling alone. He made me felt at home. The hotel is in a strategic location, with WuYi Square just 5-min walk away and the there are many eateries within walking distance. Tourist attration ,SanFang QiXiang, is just a short car-ride. My overall impression of the hotel is awesome. I'll certainlyl stay in Shangri-La Hotel when I next visit Fuzhou. 👍👍👍👍👍👍

We took a room with sea view and did not regret it. Rooms cleaned regularly, staff friendly, hotel close to a large park and shopping street with food. Beautiful Chinese architecture next to the hotel and clean small rooftop pool. The price is great. To the center 25 minutes by car. The only disadvantage is that there is a dirty carpet in the corridor on the floor with rooms.

Staying at the Kempinski Xiamen was excellent value for money. The room was spacious and comfortable, the hotel kindly accommodated a late check-out request, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. I would especially like to commend Gary at the reception desk, who was outstanding: kind, efficient, and highly professional. That said, my check-in experience was somewhat inconsistent, as one staff member was overly rigid and conducted passport checks in a manner of an immigration officer, although I hold a valid residence permit. Following a brief clarification, communication became limited for the remainder of the process. Overall, however, the positive aspects of the stay far outweighed this minor issue.

無意間訂的這家民宿，卻是十分驚喜！這次團建15人，基本把整棟民宿都包下了，同事都非常滿意這次的民宿，第一，環境很好，乾淨舒適，沒有任何嘈雜的聲音，第二 ，民宿的裝修風格和房間床品，洗漱間的用品都很高級，我每次住酒店對這些細節要求很高，雖然這家民宿可能評分不如網紅店，但我覺得真的非常推薦大家去體驗一下，性價比高，環境好，還有早上的早餐都是老闆親自做的，那個麪線糊，是我喝到最好喝的，不吹牛！民宿我也是第一次入住，寫出真實感受，下次準備6月份出海再去霞浦，已經跟老闆説好會再去入住！

Great place to stay when you're in Xiamen! We specifically wanted to stay by the beach and so we choose this hotel. It was literally a 5-minute walk to a beach that is more private and less crowded than the other beaches in Xiamen. Breakfast is very good with lots of options. Location is quite good too, it was very easy to get a Didi as they come directly to the hotel. We never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a Didi to come. Eventhough it's by the beach, other areas such as Shapowei are just around 15-20 min taxi ride. Big malls such as MixC and SM around 25-30 mins away, not too bad. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and would stay here again in the future.

We had a very nice room with a fantastic view of gulangyu. The hotel room was clean and nice. The location is very good and close to ZhongShanLu. A lot of restaurants and shops are around the corner. The hotel staff were polite and friendly.
