The room was nice. I love the sofa and big table with microwave oven and dishes, excellent for those who want to order food and eat at the hotel. The breakfast was nice with various foods. Thai food here is quite nice too. The stir fried cabbage is really delicious. But the egg and noodle station have only one staff to handle both, they should have more staff to shorten the waiting time. The outdoor rooftop had some insects on the floor and in the washroom. I found some dead insects with tons of ant right beside the pool. To be frank, the hotel was very clean in every part, but I suggested they should clean the rooptop floor more often.

Excellent outdoor, close to nature resort hotel. Recommended if you like something different. No toothbrush and intermittent hot/cold water whilst bathing. Other than that, staff is courteous and friendly. Landscaping is nice with mountain view all around. Relaxing. Room is clean and decor is nice. Bed is comfy too.

Amazing hotel with a beautiful view on Korat. The rooms are highly modern. If there is bad weather, you can spend your day inside the mall easily. They have a nice pool with an exceptional view too. Highly recommendable with friendly staff. I m a big fan of this hotel chain now and will always try to stay there.

I was here for a few days. It’s quite a lovely place and the facility and the staff are great. Just a few things to be aware of when choosing to book here: The rooms are spacious. Mattress is medium soft/hard. The buffet breakfast is plentiful and well serviced but it’s quite limited after a few days. The pool area is lovely as is the garden area but it needs updating. I’d advise you to check your room for hot water and mold before you settle in. The room safes are not secured to the wall so someone could, technically, take it out of the room and break open. My room, A318, had no hot water at all. I did talk to the desk staff about it and they tried to get it fixed eventually telling me it was fixed but it was always cold. I don’t need or expect hot water in Asia (I live in Thailand) but cold water kinda sucks in a shower. They offered to move me to a different room but I declined. There were spotty areas of mold in my room - be careful of that too. The hotel is a bit tired, especially the grounds and some of the furnishings and fixtures - it could all use a facelift and refresh. I did enjoy my time here and will consider returning but I will definitely be more careful about the room. They have a published water conservation policy posted in the rooms but it’s not followed at all. As per the policy, I hung my towels on the rack so they wouldn’t be washed. I came back and had new towels. When I informed them of the hot water situation they told me the engineer said to run the shower water for 10 minutes to get it hot. Odd? You betcha! So much for conservation and environmental awareness. Nonetheless, it’s good medium priced small hotel worth giving a try.

The perfect Valentines stay at DusitD2 ❤️ We couldn’t be happier at this beautiful resort in Khao Yai, Thailand. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking sight of mountains, creating a picturesque backdrop for the resort. The friendly and attentive staff made us feel at home right from the moment we arrived by going out of their way and ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. The pool villas at this resort are incredibly spacious, providing a sense of privacy and tranquility that truly surpassed my expectations. The interiors were tastefully decorated, combining modern amenities with traditional Thai aesthetics. I found myself spending hours on the comfortable patio that overlooked the stunning pool area with breathtaking sunsets. One of the standout experiences at this resort was the wildlife encounters for their guests. We had the pleasure of patting and playing with adorable Alpacas, which was an absolute delight. The resort truly understands the importance of nature and animal conservation, and their dedication to providing this unique opportunity for guests was truly commendable. The hotel is quite far but that is not a bad thing if one wants to be cut off from the rest of the world and have a relaxing time…. We booked the penthouse suite which came with 2 bedrooms, living room, balcony, private pool and jacuzzi… The view of the lakes, and Khao Yai in general from this level is simply stunning. Beside eating at the hotel, there is also a Thai eatery outside the hotel ground about 2 minutes' walk away. Breakfast with the view of the serene lakes, the greenery and mountain backdrop is just amazing… one can watch the sunset from the back and sunrise rom the front of the hotel as well…. Mattress was firm so we had really good restful sleep here. The hotel managed to get us a private pickup with driver for the entire day to visit Khao Yai stopping at waterfall, watching wild deers and monkeys along the way... there are many places of interest nearby for all ages... winery, go kart, zoo, etc Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here… Would definitely come back again…

The hotel is built on a large area and has a very interesting architecture. You enter through the parking garage, upstairs is a friendly reception. The room numbers are confusing, it takes some time to understand the system. The room is nice and big with an extra sofa, a balcony, a modern trendy bathroom with bath and there is a fridge. One side of the bed has no nightstand. At the end of the area is the restaurant and the swimming pool. The pool is very big and circles around a central area. It is 1.20m deep. It is very quiet (aside from loud guests from time to time) and there are many places to sit, lie and relax. The restaurant has a great menu of Thai and western dishes. The food is very good and the prices are reasonable. The steak was great and the pizza also nice and thin with good topping. Service is with attention to detail. So far so good. Back in the room, wanting to relax a bit with the remainder of the wine we were exposed to the thumping bass of music from a party at least 100 meters away. Extremely irritating to a point that I had to leave the room and go for a walk. The noise came from a small restaurant on the main road with just a few visitors. It could be heard hundreds of meters down the road and also in the pool area. No escape. I don’t directly blame the hotel for this, but they should contact their neighbors and ask for some consideration. At half the volume it is still more than loud enough for the dancers. It went on till well after 10 pm. After that you can hear some traffic, so I would recommend to ask for a room farther from the road, the second building row. A place where I have to leave my room cannot score high on my come-back list. Unless of course the issue is solved. What a pity that in such a nice place the fun of a small group can affect the guests of 72 rooms in this hotel alone.

Mooi resort gemoedelijke sfeer. Best jammer dat wij tijdens ons verblijf van 4 nachten de enige gasten waren maar dat maakte onze vakantie niet minder leuk 😜. Zeer behulpzaam personeel die we voor een aantal problemen op onze kamer een paar keer nodig hadden, ze waren elke keer snel ter plekke. Goed ontbijt, had meer een buffet ontbijt verwacht, misschien nu lastig ivm enige gasten. Fijne ruime en schone kamer. Heerlijk zwembad war het goed vertoeven is na een warme dag. Leuke restaurantjes in de buurt, niet echt op loopafstand. Leuke dingen te doen in de buurt zoals de Chocolate Factory en de Ban Tha Chang Spring, lekker poedelen in natuurlijk bronwater en natuurlijk het National Park op 10 km afstand

I did a reservation via phone. First I asked for Daisy room but the staff said that Pitunia is better at the same price (room with pool access). I said Yes, expecting pool access room. However when I was at resort, the staff brought us to Pitunia room with no pool access. She said that the rooms with pool acces are unavailable and she also said that the staff that I made contact gave me wrong information (seems that she did not know that the room was unavailable during my stay). I could not change room as they were already full. Really sad.

Overall, our stay at the Mövenpick Resort was one of the highlights of our trip to Khao Yai. It was quite an adventure to drive there, but such a delight when we arrived. The room was spacious, clean, and well-decorated. It felt like we were staying at a castle. While the pool is not huge, it has outdoor and sheltered parts.

A really good way to stay… the idea is fantastic and we felt like we owned the place.. limited people staying due to Covid pandemic, however rooms/tents were always spotlessly clean. Basic room set up with one king and one single bed per tent that really works, plenty of Space and each tent has its own balcony decking area. So each family can have its own space. Plenty of amenities towels always refreshed, air conditioning work really well and the shower were hot on demand so no issues at, with reasonable selection for breakfast and an honest team. We had left some items in the room when we checked out and immediately we were called. A peaceful relax and a change from the norm would go back and also try their other sites too Thank you

This is a modern, elegant hotel about 3km from the Korat old city. It's also set back a little distance from the main road passing through Korat, so that it's quiet, and set in a backlane. It's just a few hundred metres from the largest shopping mall in Korat. The hotel is a low-rise building with an inner atrium with plants and swimming pool. My room was spacious, modern and comfortable, with the odd exception of a small wardrobe board for an otherwise well furnished room. Breakfast was excellent in the airy high ceiling'd dining area, with the usual solicitous service. Ideally you should have your own transport but if not, the hotel can call a car for you. This is a haven of peace and luxury when visiting Korat

I was in Nakhon Ratchasima visiting friends when my visa was set to expire. I went to the immigration office and was told that the requirents for extending hai visa in this province were very strict and depended on establishing residence or housing while on extension. The immigration office recommended that I check into a hotel or go into Bangkok and file for the extension there. I checked into the Imperial Hotel. EM, the Front Desk Manager, who speaks excellent English very patiently worked with the Immigration office and completed the requisite forms. Upon return to the Immigration office, they called her three times to verify my occupancy at the hotel. EM very professionaly represented me during this stresful time and I was ultimately awarded the extension to my visa one day prior to the Songkran holiday when the offices would be closed beyond my visa expiration date. Em is a very professional and experienced Accomodation manager who deserves recognition for her role in helping me meet the Immigration requirements. She is an asset to the Imperial hotel. I will recommend this hotel to my friends based on the way that Em managed my situation.

โรงแรมอยู่กลางเมือง ทำเลดีมาก ห้องพักกว้างขวาง ราคาไม่แพง สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกมีครบ อาหารโรงแรมอร่อยและราคาไม่แพง อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกหลากหลาย พนักงานโรงแรม ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส ให้ความช่วยเหลือเรื่องต่างๆได้ดี บอกเลยว่าประทับใจการให้บริการทุกอย่างของที่นี่ พนักงานน่ารักมากๆ ทุกคนทักทายยิ้มแย้มตลอดเวลาที่เข้าพัก และเอาใจใส่ลูกค้าเป็นอย่างดี คงต้องกลับมาอีกแน่นอน

I have stayed here many times and have always been happy with the experience. The staff are very helpful and the hotel is clean , comfortable and has a secure parking area at the rear . It’s always my first choice when in Phimai. In the morning they have some basic breakfast items available at a very reasonable cost . In the evening there is a nice Thai restaurant opposite the hotel which does some very nice food and great music .

Basic room with industrial style, simple furniture but practical with shelves. Good large quality bed. Small balcony. The bathroom is very basic and not very convenient. The swining pool provides a nice added value to refresh after a long trip
