The horel rooms are big and comfortable, but all fixtures and furnitures are outdated, old and not well maintained, need to do some remodeling to upgradw the furniture and fixtures

The reception is very friendly, prompt, and helpful. The hotel rooms were tidy and clean. The restaurant served tasty and simple traditional items for breakfast which was an attraction to travelers to try local foods. The hotel's spa service was commendable. The location of Transera hotel is close to the town center and other entertainment shopping outlets that give residents choices for activities. Thanks to Ani at the reception who helped us with information that made our onward travel much easier. We would recommend Hotel Transcera to those who are looking for a reasonably priced hotel in the town center.

Really good hotel! If you have experienced ‘4 star international luxury/business hotels’ in provincial Indonesian cities you are in for a very pleasant surprise here. All staff I encountered were pleasing and helpful. The general features of the hotel are good, although when there is a band in the large reception level bar it is rather noisy in the rest of the lobby area. Reception efficiently arranged cars for me on several occasions. The reception staff can understand simple English and as a non-Indonesian speaker I had no problem with any requests. The Cinimon restaurant served me a very tasty and interesting nasi goreng with chicken sate. Breakfast was excellent with a wide range of dishes - the fried, the spicy, omelettes, noodle and rice dishes, salads and various pastries including freshly made pancakes and waffles. There could be a wider selection of fruits, just three with only two one morning. However, an impressive breakfast offering. Room was a standard type with a shower in the bathroom. All things worked, shower good. Two large towels but no small ones. Bed comfy. Air conditioning effective. I stayed twice; first had city view and the second an small internal courtyard. The only obtrusive noise was a 4.00am called to prayer but that’s inescapable in many Indonesian cities. I heard this over two nights in the city view room but nothing in the other room I stayed in. I would happily here again.

We have been staying in this hotel for the last 17 days with the intention of extending our stay for another 5-6 days. However, there are some negative aspects of this hotel that we would like to highlight. Firstly, the business center has provided little support as they do not have glue or clear tape available. Secondly, we were charged 5,000 rupiah per page for printing, which is quite expensive, especially since we are long-term guests. Other hotels would usually offer complimentary printing for 5-6 pages for guests staying for a longer period. Thirdly, prayer mats are not provided in the room, which may be inconvenient for some guests. Lastly, even if you stay for a longer period, do not expect a complimentary upgrade as other hotels may offer. This is because you need to book directly with the hotel or take their annual paid membership to be eligible for such perks. Therefore, if you are a longer staying guest visiting for business, we do not recommend this hotel, even though it is located in the city center.

I would say it was a great stay. As a long staying guest ( Feb 2020 - May 2020 )the entire staff has never failed me with their services, from the front to the back of the staffs. Lobby ambiance was so warm with the interior. The hotel located in the main street of Jl. Gajah Mada where we can find many street food vendors at night. Coffee lovers would like to spend their time at KEKO ( kedai kopi ). Yet, coffee terrace in Orchardz Hotel Gajah Mada could not be missed. They offered live music on the weekend tho. They served live coffee ” traditional serving ” during breakfast at The Ritz Cafe. Kenny made special coffee . Thank you Orchardz Hotel Gajah Mada team. Keep up the good work!!

フロントの対応がとてもフレンドリーだった。 赤道記念碑へ行くための渡し舟乗り場にも歩いていける。 朝食はビュッフェで、カリマンタンの料理が揃っていて、ここで料理の名前と味を確かめられる。 一階は食堂もある商店街になっている。
