**Magnificent hotel! Luxury, comfort, and attention to every detail!**
I stayed at The Londoner Grand in Macao and was thoroughly impressed! The hotel is truly magnificent, from the moment of arrival until check-out.
**It all starts with excellent transfer organization.** After clearing customs, just follow the signs to the hotel's complimentary shuttle buses. Everything is intuitive and convenient. The shuttle drops you off right at the hotel, where staff greet you and guide you to the front desk. Check-in is very quick, without any unnecessary waiting or hassle.
**The room is simply gorgeous!** It's immediately clear that the hotel is brand new, modern, and built with great attention to detail. The room features a fully integrated smart home system: you can control the lighting, curtains, climate, and other functions from a tablet. Very convenient!
Immaculate cleanliness, high-quality furniture, superb finishes, and an ample supply of drinking water. The bathroom deserves special praise: a spacious walk-in shower, a separate bathtub, high-end and premium fixtures, and excellent faucets.
I would especially like to mention **the mattresses and pillows**. I am very particular about sleep quality, and everything here was top-notch. Sleeping was incredibly comfortable!
**The hotel's architecture and interiors are a work of art in their own right!** I was struck by the scale, beauty, and thoughtfulness of the entire complex. It feels as though a massive team of talented architects and designers worked on the project. Every hallway, walkway, restaurant, café, and lounge area is thought out to the smallest detail. Everything is beautifully, logically, and conveniently organized. You can spend hours wandering around the complex and notice something new every time.
The casino is very conveniently located, and access to it is exceptionally well-organized. The walkways between the buildings, shops, restaurants, and entertainment areas are designed so brilliantly that getting around the massive complex is an absolute pleasure.
**I really enjoyed the pool area too!** It's a wonderful spot to spend the afternoon unwinding. There are zones with different water temperaturesâcool, warm, and hot. You can choose whatever feels most comfortable, relax, and truly enjoy yourself.
**Breakfast was good, but with one minor note.** Overall, I was satisfied with the quality and variety; however, for a hotel of this caliber, I would have expected a wider selection of fish and seafood. That was just a tiny thing missing from a completely flawless experience.
**The staff deserve a special shout-out.** Everyone is extremely polite, attentive, and helpful, always ready to assist, offer advice, and explain things in detail.
Check-out is organized just as wonderfully as check-in. There is an option for an express check-out: simply drop off your key cards and head to the airport or wherever you need to go. Super convenient!
**Bottom line:** The Londoner Grand is one of those hotels that leaves a lasting impression. You truly feel the high standard of service, comfort, and luxury here. Whatâs especially impressive is how thoughtfully everything is designed and organized for the guests' convenience.
I will gladly return and unhesitatingly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Macao!

GGuest UserThe room is pretty much the same as a standard room in any ordinary hotel, but the view is absolutely top-notch. It faces The Parisian and The Londoner directly, so you can enjoy the Eiffel Tower light show anytime at night. I'd recommend staying around the 20th floor, specifically near room 108.
The lobby has a Broadway vibe. Around noon, checking in and leaving luggage both required a bit of a wait.
The shopping area here is a bit more down-to-earth compared to the neighboring hotelsâno real luxury brands. However, you can easily walk over to The Parisian and The Londoner, it's quite close.
The dining options are inferior to other hotels; none of the restaurants are particularly well-known, giving off more of a food court vibe.
As for the iconic Golden Reel (figure-8) Ferris wheel, it's a pity it faces the wrong direction and doesn't offer much of a view. If it faced the Cotai Strip like the room did, it would definitely be a hugely popular photo spot.
Didn't visit the famous water park, but it looked quite large.
The hotel collaborates with Disney, so the vibe is great for families with kids.
There are free shuttle buses to the ferry terminal and the airport.

GGuest UserThanks to Coco and Alax at the front desk. We originally booked a standard king room, but since none were ready for check-in at the moment, they upgraded us to a suite. The room was spacious and very clean, and room service requests were answered promptly. Grand Resort Deck is just across the street, which is super convenient. The hotel breakfast also offered a great variety of choices, though you have to wait in line during peak hours. We had a wonderful two-day stay in Macau!

I had a very pleasant stay at Pousada Hotel in Macau. The location is convenient and the area is quiet, which makes it a nice place to relax after exploring the city. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and welcoming. I also really enjoyed the traditional Portuguese-style atmosphere, which gives the hotel a unique charm compared with modern hotels in Macau.
Overall, it was a great experience and good value for the price. I would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Macau.

YYangguang-baixueI specifically chose to travel during the off-peak period on October 6th, but there was still a queue at check-in. With over 20 staff members handling check-ins, it was clear the hotel had an extremely high occupancy rate.
The hotel features a magnificent European royal style, exuding luxury and elegance. The gym is huge, easily accommodating dozens of people working out at the same time. I especially loved the swimming pool in the morningâit wasn't crowded, the water was very clean, and the staff were attentive. As soon as guests arrived to swim, they immediately prepared two large towels and a glass of lemonade, bringing them right to the lounge chairs.
The brunch buffet is 398 AUD per person, but you can get a 10% discount by signing up for Sands Rewards. The quality of the buffet is top-notch, and I highly recommend it.

LLK.YStaying at the Grand Lisboa Palace was a wonderful surprise. Upon learning that we were celebrating a birthday, the front desk upgraded us to a Deluxe Garden View Suite and even gave us a chocolate birthday cake as a gift. Thank you so much, Grand Lisboa Palace! Having such a pleasant surprise for our very first stay to celebrate a birthday was amazing. I will definitely choose the Grand Lisboa Palace as my top choice again in the future.

YYOUNG58This time, I brought my mother to City of Dreams - Morpheus Macau for her birthday, and we had a truly unforgettable experience.
Many thanks to the thoughtful front desk team, who prepared a birthday cake, flowers, fruits, and snacks in the room beforehand. This pleasant surprise deeply touched us. The 37th-floor room they arranged offered a superb view.
The room's design featured soft lines, gentle lighting, and comfortable bedding. The hotel's calming essential oils and spray were also a thoughtful touch. In the evening, we could see drone performances outside the window, which was a fantastic experience.
Both the hotel's architecture and interior design are avant-garde and modern, offering a visually stunning experience. It's conveniently located next to The House of Dancing Water, making it very easy to catch a show.
From design to service, City of Dreams - Morpheus Macau truly sets a benchmark for modern hotels. We had a wonderful birthday trip and highly recommend it.

JJiewochandamaiI stayed at Studio City W Hotel after carefully considering options for attending a concert at Galaxy.
The hotel has a very convenient location with direct shuttle buses from both border ports. If you take the Light Rapid Transit (LRT), just get off at Lotus Station and walk straight there (without having to bake in the sun). It's also super close to the Galaxy Arenaâjust a 5-minute walk. Plus, there's a Don Don Donki right downstairs, so even if the concert ends late, you can still grab ready-to-eat meals (there are microwaves in the store, and an electric kettle in the hotel room too).
The room is really spacious for one person! The bathroom has a wet and dry separation, and there's a huge full-length mirror in the room (which wasn't facing the foot of the bed in my room), making it totally convenient for girls to check their look before heading out đ.
It's worth mentioning that the hotel service is exceptionally good! From the moment I got out of the car, staff proactively took my luggage, guided me through the queue, check-in, and check-out processes. Also, before the show, I had turned on the 'Do Not Disturb' light while resting; instead of knocking, the staff slipped a service note under the door. The whole experience truly made me feel at home đ.
I highly recommend considering Studio City W if you're going to Galaxy for a show too!!!

About the restaurant and the service its excellent the food is tasty and food attendant are helpful and approachable.
The amenities and facilities are quite stafisying and we enjoyed it.
