The room was excellent: spacious, clean, bright, and very comfortable. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there were no issues with the room itself or the comfort of the stay. However, the level of welcome was completely inconsistent with the hotel's standard and price. First, they required a deposit upon check-in. This seems odd for a hotel of this category, especially since they simply refuse to let you in without one. Second, check-in is only until 3:00 PM. For me, that's quite late—I travel a lot, and at hotels of this caliber, I often find more flexible or early check-in. Overall, the room itself and the accommodations were very good, but the check-in process left a bad impression.

My stay at The Venetian Macao was absolutely beautiful and truly memorable. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, which made the whole experience feel smooth and enjoyable. The room was amazing — spacious, comfortable, and elegant, with lovely details that made the stay feel luxurious and relaxing. One of the highlights was the stunning light show, which created such a magical atmosphere and added to the overall experience. The shopping was also incredible, with so many stores, restaurants, and things to see, making it easy to spend hours exploring without getting bored. Traveling to and from the hotel was extremely convenient. The ferry shuttles were easy to find, well organized, and very affordable, which made getting around Macau simple and stress-free. Overall, The Venetian Macao exceeded expectations — a beautiful destination with excellent service, amazing facilities, and a truly enjoyable atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it and would love to stay again.

We are regular stayers of this hotel due to it being walking distance from the ferry pier as well as getting the free shuttle from Sands hotel just opposite. This time, we were there for Westlife Every stay, the room still maintains its allure in design and cleanliness and quietness. Definitely recommend

Dah beberapa kali datang ke Macau dan setiap kali memilih hotel ini! Lokasinya sangat strategik! Dekat dengan Reruntuhan St. Paul's, boleh jalan kaki sahaja! Selain itu, di hadapan hotel ada pengangkutan yang boleh terus ke Taipa Rua do Cunha! Memang sangat mudah! Pemandangan dari hotel memang tiada tandingan! Boleh nampak Macau Tower! Ada tempat makan dan pawagam juga~ Paling menarik, ada kolam renang infiniti!!! Ambil gambar waktu matahari terbenam memang cantik sangat!

Jenis bilik yang sangat baik, katil bersaiz King, udara bersih dan baik di dalam bilik, tiada bau. Lobi Lobi dan koridor tingkat atas cerah dan selesa. Kakitangan sangat sopan dan daftar masuk dan daftar keluar sangat cepat. Terdapat 7 Chai, pasar raya, restoran teh, mi sup Burma berdekatan, makanan sedap, sedap 😋 Terdapat perhentian bas hanya selepas D, yang sangat mudah untuk pergi ke Runtuhan St. Paul dan Grand Lisboa hanya mengambil masa sepuluh minit. Selamat perjalanan, akan tinggal di sini lagi.

First, it was truly sweet that the hotel prepared a lovely cake for us. That made our special day even more memorable. We greatly appreciated this kind gesture. However, we were quite shocked and disappointed by the checkout process. The official checkout time is 11:00 AM, yet at about 11:30 AM, staff rang our doorbell to ask when we would be checking out. This felt intrusive and rushed, especially as we were still in the room and not expecting such an immediate inquiry. In our experience with other 5-star hotels, we’ve never encountered this kind of approach—reminders are usually handled more discreetly (e.g., via phone, or waiting a bit longer if possible). My husband and I both felt it detracted from what had otherwise been a pleasant stay.

Pengangkutan hotel adalah menyusahkan dan bas ulang-alik adalah jarang. Bilangan tisu berkotak tidak mencukupi di dalam bilik. Penderia tandas terlalu sensitif, menyebabkan ia menyiram berulang kali semasa digunakan. Perkhidmatan ini baik dan kakitangan bersedia untuk berkhidmat atas permintaan. Bilik kecergasan di hotel ini serba lengkap.

Hotel yang hebat! Pada mulanya kami merancang untuk tinggal di bahagian lama Macau, tetapi kemudian kami membuat keputusan mengenai Paris dan tidak menyesalinya. Anda boleh pergi ke Macau lama dengan bas biasa atau bas percuma dari hotel anda. Di tingkat 5 hotel terdapat medan selera dan kiosk untuk mereka yang tidak bersedia membayar banyak untuk sarapan pagi, makan tengahari, makan malam. Kolam renang yang bagus, betul-betul di bawah Menara Eiffel. Hiasan hotel sangat mengagumkan, seolah-olah anda tinggal di Ouvray! Satu kelemahan - ia mahal! 🤣

One of the best hotel I've stayed in Macau,its easy to get around,the bus is just nearby the hotel with a few walks and you can using HKD with 1:1 rate so you dont have to specially go change MOP currencies

My 2nd & 3rd visit in staying here at Studio City. My very 1st time in Macau was a hotel next street. Many restaurants in Studio City from basic dining to fine dining all under 1 roof. Most Suitable for young kids to old folks. We strongly recommend to stay here.
