Not knowing what to expect from a place which I was visiting for the first time for work, this hotel both surprised and unsurprised me. A nice hotel if you are staying for a few days with all the amenities minus the frills. Do not expect too much other than a comfortable stay, this hotel has all that one needs to get by. The property is rather old and so are the rooms, the rooms have all the basic amenities. The carpets could do with a change or wash and the housekeeping staff with some training in good hygiene practices such as wearing gloves while cleaning the bathrooms. The elevators need replacement as well. Would have expected more from a brand such as Novotel/Accor group. The bed was ok but the pillows were firm, thick and very uncomfortable had a hard time falling asleep and finally had to throw the pillows aside. The hotel has a bar and a restaurant in the lobby which is a good option to relax in the evening. The staff are friendly and polite. A big shout out to Florentina from the front office who was always smiling and cheerful and helpful. I hope the hotel gives her the recognition she deserves. Overall, a comfortable stay in a no-frills hotel.

Not knowing what to expect from a place which I was visiting for the first time for work, this hotel both surprised and unsurprised me. A nice hotel if you are staying for a few days with all the amenities minus the frills. Do not expect too much other than a comfortable stay, this hotel has all that one needs to get by. The property is rather old and so are the rooms, the rooms have all the basic amenities. The carpets could do with a change or wash and the housekeeping staff with some training in good hygiene practices such as wearing gloves while cleaning the bathrooms. The elevators need replacement as well. Would have expected more from a brand such as Novotel/Accor group. The bed was ok but the pillows were firm, thick and very uncomfortable had a hard time falling asleep and finally had to throw the pillows aside. The hotel has a bar and a restaurant in the lobby which is a good option to relax in the evening. The staff are friendly and polite. A big shout out to Florentina from the front office who was always smiling and cheerful and helpful. I hope the hotel gives her the recognition she deserves. Overall, a comfortable stay in a no-frills hotel.

The carpets could do with a change or wash and the housekeeping staff with some training in good hygiene practices such as wearing gloves while cleaning the bathrooms. The elevators need replacement as well. Would have expected more from a brand such as Novotel/Accor group. The bed was ok but the pillows were firm, thick and very uncomfortable had a hard time falling asleep and finally had to throw the pillows aside. The hotel has a bar and a restaurant in the lobby which is a good option to relax in the evening. The staff are friendly and polite. A big shout out to Florentina from the front office who was always smiling and cheerful and helpful. I hope the hotel gives her the recognition she deserves. Overall, a comfortable stay in a no-frills hotel.
