房間一般，陽台門壞的，打不開。窗子沒有安裝防蚊紗窗，瓦國夏季蟲子較多，沒有紗窗基本上窗子不用開了。前台服務很一般，而且經常沒有人，有事得自己到處找前台。總之體驗不好，感覺不值這個價。

Such a great location. Just slide back the the curtain and you are blown away with the beautiful view. The water has so many colours and as the light changes, so do the colours. We were just a 10 min walk to town for our supplies and 5 min in the other direction for the french patisserie which was top notch. Also a great burger joint and juice bar over the road. The room had a safe which gave me reassurance that my passport and valuables would be secure when we went out. The room was well appointed with a huge comfortable bed, kitchen facilities, nice bathroom and everything worked and no mold anywhere. The cleaners were great fun and did a faultless job as everything was spotless. All the staff were friendly and engaging. The resturant did a nice eggs benny and had a decent coffee. I have stayed in Port Vila many times and this was the best experience.

I stayed in the Chantilly's for a couple of days on a business trip. On the positive side: The location at sea front with sunsets is nice as is the restaurant which has good food. Each room has a balcony facing the sea front. Staff friendly. But the list ends here. Overall, the hotel is rather expensive for what is being offered. Directly by the street, you have traffic noise form the road. Rooms are very outdated and need urgent refurbishment. Cleanliness could be improved and bathrooms are tiny: you need to step into the shower, close the door, and then step out again to access the toilet. The fittings in the bathroom are old and not maintained. The fridge hums as loud as an old car engine in the night. The room safe is tiny and operated with a key. The restaurant is very good but expensive and a meal, desert, and 2 glass of wine can easily set you back by US$ 50 or more. I requested late check out upon arrival and it was confirmed ok. Only upon checkout I was informed that I had to pay a fee for later checkout, which was, however, modest. Despite being booked via an international hotel booking site with price confirmed, 3.5% were added for using a 'foreign credit card'. Overall, I cannot fully recommend the hotel. Outdated, scruffy, and somewhat expensive for what you get.

Highly recommend Chantilly’s on the Bay. The room was great, bed was very comfortable and the views were beautiful. All of the staff were helpful and very friendly and welcoming. Wonderful bistro, the food was so good. Location was great too. Special thank you to Silas who went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. Will definitely stay again.

Air conditioning!!! After 8 days of heat and fans, it was so nice to have air conditioning. I only stayed here for one night to catch an early morning flight so I didn't get to appreciate the full facilities. The entrance was nice, the dining area was great (including indoor and deck dining over the water. I even saw an eel from there during dinner. There was a pool. The tv played Foxtel sports (NRL, AFL that I saw for the homesick).

This was our first stay at Chantilly's on the Bay. We had a late flight into Port Villa and we wanted two nights before we transferred to another island. We enjoyed our stay. Only 10-15 minutes from the airport and a convenient walk into the center of town. We had a lovely room overlooking the bay with a small kitchen. The breakfast at Tilly's was excellent and evening drinks and pizza on the water at the Banyan Beach Bar was great. We would stay again. My only negative was a door in the bathroom that hid the internal wall plumbing would not close and the lights in the bedroom were very dim

Toilet filthy stained. No shower rose on arrival had to ask for one. Door lock was normal lock not good and inside secure bar broken. Outside door to balcony didn't lock to latch. TV was snow and one channel no sound told couldn't be fixed yet tv in reception area perfect. They didn't give me code to lock box and it's manual with key so not a number you make up hence I didn't use it. Keys kept falling off key chain and if you loose you pay. I made up my own so wouldn't loose. Housekeeping did best they could in not so maintained hotel. Pool photo deceptive it sits actually very exposed to diners reception and other conference amenities. No one used it that I saw. I like to go in pool but due to being so exposed I elected not too. Hotel needs some maintenance. Location good walkable distance to town. View across bay is as photos.

This is a lovely hotel set in the harbour with amazing views. My room was well appointed and spacious and very clean- serviced daily. The restaurant has great food with a large menu. Staff are very friendly. If you want to go to Hideaway Island take a van- they are constantly on the road and the number plate has B on it We took a taxi one-way for 2500 vatu whereas the van only charge 200 vatu. The hotel is an easy walk to town

This is such an amazing place to stay. We were there for 3 weeks. We have stayed here 5 times and this time would have to be the best. Merika and her staff are all amazingly helpful. rooms are being renovated. food is great and location is so central. Banyan Bar is great for wonderful Pizza and great drinks and atmosphere. The staff there are great fun and make an effort to know what we wanted. Thanks to Matt too who helps run this great place he is such a character. We are about to book for next year and can't wait to see you all again. Thanks again to all of you. See you next year Kym & Pete Brookes.

Total miscommunication amongst management and staff; this was once a good hotel but is now hopless. Lat time I visited the hotel in February for breakfast, the food was terrible so we had to go somewhere else.

We had 2 nights here on a layover. Enjoyed the location and views very much. Our 1 bedroom apartment had a kitchen, separate living / dining, 2 balconies with incredible views of Fatumaru Bay from every room . Pool is beautiful and warm. Restaurant very slow for service ( island time) but good food. Drinks left a bit to be desired. their “Revitilizer” punch was refreshing. Will suit someone who enjoys the hustle and bustle of being near the action . Banyan Beach Bar next door is part of the hotel and has splendid sunsets.

Awesome views with friendly staff, great coffee and food. Always a favourite and always consistent. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Never had a bad experience at Chantillys. Very convenient walk into town , great location

Review of restaurant only. Located on the water with a stunning view of the bay. Had a quick lunch here, pizza and fried rice. Decent food. Reasonable prices and the rice portion was too much to finish. Tasty lime juice included with the fried rice lunch special for $1600VT. Good service.
