One night stop over on the way back to Florida. It was fine. A bit run down and breakfast was just cereal and yogurt

Tire place had large yellow stains on the comforters and one comforter. Also had pink stains on it. There was some kind of residue of dirt refrigerator. Parking lot Q-tips, dental flossers and garbage bags all over the place the pool is covered up or healthy condition.

The room was uninhabitable due to the smell of urine. I wasn't given a refund by ******* or the hotel.

We did not ask ahead of time for ground floor which was our fault. An elevator would have been a great help for us senior citizens. The front desk person was very helpful and kind but the problems were not things he could easily fix. We could not get the television to work but he came and got it working! Beds were very comfortable and it was quiet. It was overpriced in our experience.

Encountered a temporary issue when red roof did not receive my reservation and confirmation in a timely manner.
It was, however, taken care of in a very professional manner by the front desk and *******.
My main complaint could be that their coffee is like colored water. It would only take another scoop of coffee grounds to make it good. They might try that.

Red Roof in is an average property. I typically look for a clean, safe property with comfortable beds. It was clean, the beds were comfortable and I felt pretty safe except my door was dented in at the bottom so it didn’t close completely towards the bottom. It looked like someone had tried to kick it in so that made me a little uncomfortable. Also every night of my stay there was someone yelling outside for a good portion of the night which made it difficult to sleep. Lastly, on my first day there I put a $50 tip in the envelope for housekeeping and just asked that they leave a couple extra washcloths each day. I like to keep my face clean due to the humidity in Georgia. They took the money but never gave me additional wash cloths as I requested. In short if you just want clean and a comfortable bed they do that well.

The woman at the front desk was lovey and helpful. The room was dirty; I could not use the towels as they had someone’s hair on them. The bedsheets also had hair on them and were stained. Very minimal amenities.
