Fairmont Royal Pavilion Barbados Resort

房間達不到五星的標準，冰箱也是壞的，刀叉也沒有，水壺和電吹風都比較老舊，傢俱老舊，衹能説酒店的大環境和景觀比較好，但是性價比不高，周圍用餐麻煩，酒店菜品單一

The perfect paradise. Love, love loved it. An outstanding experience and I I would thoroughly recommend this hotel. Our stay included a first time experience of Hurricane Beryl and every precaution to keep us safe was carried out. Nothing was too much trouble for any help or guidance.

This was our fifth time at the Fairmont in Barbados. Your staff is like no other. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. From the time we got there until the time we left. Ryan at the pool was so good to us. Alison at breakfast always had a smile on her face and so did Roselle . Nicole around the pool couldn’t have been nicer. I can’t forget Simon. He was so wonderful to us also.. I wish I had everyone’s name because anyone we came in contact with was just so friendly. Thank you! Patricia, Leon, Lauren and Joey

Very disappointing! We had no idea we were going during “off season” so the Main Restaurant was closed for lunch and dinner. Slow service due to low staff. Had to constantly go to bar and wait in line to order drinks for pool and beach areas because “chair service” attendants had to work both the pool and beach by themselves. Had to beg staff to get towels and chairs. Staff took long lunch breaks so forget getting food or drinks 1-3. Mini bar fridge was only for storage, cooler did not work so we had to order a refrigerator for the room. Bottled Water had filament type things floating in it. Had to beg and pay for water. Housekeeping was hit or miss coming to the room but finally after about the 4th day more staff arrived. Dirty dishes from room service or late night drinks were left all over the resort. We watched staff walk by them numerous times before cleaning it. I finally took one tray that had been sitting outside one of the rooms to the bar myself. I realize they couldn’t help the major Beach erosion that had recently occurred but this closed the main entrance to the beach area so we had to walk a good distance to get to the beach. Jet skis not associated with the resort docked in swim area and would drive around the swimmers. A large party boat with deafening music slowly sailed through 4 times a day. The thumping bass woke us up at 1 am and 6 am everyday. I realize they had no control over this but it was annoying. Of all the staff we encountered over 7 days, only a few seemed helpful and pleasant. Danielle, Ashlee and Gabrielle were great, everyone else seemed annoyed we were there. We left the (only open) restaurant twice before getting service, after waiting 15-20 minutes. Mr. Young, the onsite manager, was nice and apologetic. Even had a special meal made to order for us one night. Breakfast buffet was amazing. The only thing we looked forward to. Rooms all have beautiful views, the only other nice thing to say. Sadly disappointed and now see why we got a discounted rate to book during that time. If we had paid full price we would have been irate. Cannot recommend.

We holidayed at the Fairmont Royal Pavilion for our honeymoon in November 23, after such a great experience we decided to go back in July 24. Upon arrival, there were so many familiar faces that remembered us from last year! Genuine people with a genuine smile, that want to make sure you have an amazing time during your stay! Our room was fantastic (room 223) - we love the balcony area and the view is what the Caribbean is all about. Even though there had been some beach erosion after the hurricane, it still looked idyllic, with plenty of sunbeds at both end of the beach. Taboras restaurant... what can we say. The attention again from the staff and the yummy lunchtime and dinner menu. We did not have 1 bad meal with the chef, Enriquez coming out so we could give him the praise he deserved :) If you are looking for a boutique hotel with the friendliest staff, an amazing view, stunning food and tasty cocktails, all on the platinum coast, this has to be on your list. Big shout outs to Simon, Richard, Nicole, Alison, Enriquez, Laverne, Shakeem to name but a few, all 5*

I was made to feel like royalty throughout my stay from the time I arrived at the airport and was greeted by a Fairmont representative to the champagne welcome at the hotel, to the delicious food and butler service I was pampered beyond my expectations

Beautiful beach and location. Amazing balcony overlooking to sunset. Tennis courts are good. Room dirty on arrival, rug filthy and stained. Bathroom needs a full refurbishment. Nothing nice about the bathroom. Some staff are ok but some extremely rude. No towels before 10.15am unless you’ve tipped and had some put out before you are even on the beach. Queuing for breakfast was annoying when there were tables available but staff couldn’t be bothered to clean. Overall not Fairmont's usual high standards. Don’t think we would return. Very disappointing.

Beautiful hotel with outstanding beach and views. Wonderful staff and service. We spent a wonderful week at the Fairmont Royal Pavilion. The room was immaculate and well appointed. The beach and water were breathtaking, the staff was wonderful and accommodating to every need and request. The service on the beach was great, chairs were always set up for you, towels and water were always available in addition to wait staff that catered to you on the beach. We had a few extras including an outstanding couples massage and champagne and bites on our terrace. The hotel arranged car service for our trip to the Wildlife reserve. Overall, the beautiful hotel and beach were not overrated at 5 stars. The staff and service were also top notch. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to making it an annual trip!

I am writing to share my experience during my recent stay at The Fairmont, which unfortunately did not meet the high standards I have come to expect from your esteemed brand. My fiancé and I chose The Fairmont in anticipation of our upcoming wedding in Barbados in June, hoping to experience the property before bringing 150 of our guests. Upon our arrival at 4 PM for check-in, we were warmly greeted with a welcome drink, which we appreciated. However, we soon learned that our room was not ready and would be available in approximately 20 minutes. We were then escorted to a restaurant for a snack while we waited. Unfortunately, after an hour and a half with no further communication, I inquired at the front desk and was informed that our room was indeed ready, but no one had come to notify us. As a gesture of goodwill, we were promised a late check-out and that someone would come to speak with us regarding the inconvenience. Regrettably, no one followed up on that promise. On the day of our check-out, we were still expected to vacate by 11 AM, which added to our disappointment. Additionally, the overall service throughout our stay felt noticeably slow, which is not the level of service I associate with The Fairmont. Given our experience, we are reconsidering our plans for a room block at The Fairmont for our wedding guests. I felt it was important to communicate our concerns, as we genuinely wanted to enjoy our stay and be able to recommend The Fairmont to our friends and family. On the other hand, the hotel room was beautiful and it had the most amazing view. I loved every second waiting up to the water.
