Ulasan Primo Hotel

Even though the location is quite far from centre, but it can easily accessed by public transport (tram, bus). It takes 10-15 minutes to get to the Old Town. Room was okay, it’s just I wish I got single queen/king bed instead of 2 twins bed since I was alone. Not sure whose fault, but the noise from the hallway at night was really annoying and i had trouble to fall asleep due to noise from other guests voice outside my room.

Good rooms, good breakfast, clean washroom, comfortable beds, quilt was bit shorter good my height 6feet. Location was ok.

Ok plus , staff was friendly and locations was good Parking place free in the same place . Market just crossing the road

The staff is very nice and helpful and can speak very good English. Breakfast was good too with hot food like bacon, eggs, mixed vegetables, baked beans , potatoes and sausages. Lots of varieties.

Easy place in a beautiful zone of Riga, close to the center.

The service and assistance from the reception staff is very good. Convenient location of the hotel (the city center is not far away and the airport is also not far away by taxi) Breakfast is monotonous, but you can choose something. The rooms are clean, but the noise level in the hotel is high. Internet wifi is free, but works with frequent interruptions.

Decent hotel in a good location.

Hotel is very well located between old town and Jurmala. Breakfast is okay, I just found the selection of bread a bit thin (white bread, gray bread, mixed bread, mini croissants). But the price-performance ratio was outstanding. Had a quiet room.

Excellent value for money. It's not in Old Town but you don't need to be. The hotel is very well connected with public transit options. There's a food court basically next door. There's a parking too if you travel by car. The reception is open 24/7. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The room was reasonably clean and a bit larger than what you are used to in Europe for this price segment and the bathroom had a full-on bathtub. I read lots of positive reviews for the breakfast in this hotel. I found it perfectly correct but maybe not worth the raving reviews? I don't know, your mileage may vary. The neighborhood is quiet-ish and safe at night. You'll find a supermarket on the other side of the street. The building may not be the prettiest but I can live with that. I'll be happy to stay there again.

The rooms are fine and cleaning is performed daily. The coffee machine is a bit slow causing a queue in the morning A special thanks to the receptionist Laura who was very kind and helpful in a stressful moment. She found a quick solution and was calming and trustfull in our intension. Furthermore, she helped ensure that we won't be in the same situation again

We quickly chose the hotel for the same day, as we were already driving to Riga. The reviews sounded good, the hotel was supposed to have free parking, breakfast and a bathtub as a bonus. Finding the hotel took a while, as it is a bit off the road, but the parking area is good and sheltered right in front of the hotel. The room was clean and there was actually a bathtub. Breakfast was a bit limited, but still enough of everything. A positive experience
