We stayed for 3 nights, used as a base to explore Naples and visit Vesuvius and Pompeii. The hotel is beautiful, exceptionally clean and very nice, modern decor. Huge, comfortable bed and we had a lovely view of Vesuvius and side sea view (Deluxe room, 3rd floor). Staff are excellent, very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was very nice buffet style and you can request omelettes to order. We ate in the restaurant on our first night, in our opinion this was a little over priced for the quality of the food. There are plenty of very good quality restaurants within a short walking distance (10 - 15 minutes) or the hotel shuttle will take you and pick you up free of charge. We used the hotel shuttle for airport transfers and would recommend this, at £50 Euros each way this is around the same cost as arranging yourself but more convenient. The train station is around 10 mins walking distance and the hotel will take you if you prefer. Train to Naples takes around 15 mins. The hotel arranged a day tour of Vesuvius and Pompeii for us before our arrival, we would highly recommend this option - minibus with a guide collects you from the hotel and the whole excursion is around 9 hours including lunch at a picturesque pizzeria in the hills and a guide for Pompeii (Vesuvius guides are free of charge and you pick one up when you arrive in your chosen language). Cost was around 100 Euros per person. Pool area is lovely and waiter service for food and drinks to your sunbed. The pool is very cold! Only real negative for us was the shower - very small cubicle for such a lovely large hotel room and modern bathroom! We would visit this hotel again as a perfect location for visiting Naples but away from the hustle and bustle! The grounds are peaceful and the views are stunning but it is within easy reach of the amenities in Portici and very close to Naples centre via train.

We had a very good experience with this hotel. Situated across the beach, near to the bus station and close to the railway station, the hotel has big, spacious rooms, with all the ammenities needed. The breakfast was great, with a lot of choices, and mostly, the breakfast room was a rooftop with such an amazing view over the sea and vezuvius. Everything was perfect

È la terza volta che alloggio in questa struttura e ormai mi sento sempre più a casa grazie alla splendida accoglienza degli host. Il B&b dispone di ogni comfort, tra cui la sala comune per la colazione che ti permette di mangiare in altri momenti della giornata nel modo che più ti aggrada. Il proprietario inoltre nel corridoio prima delle stanza ti lascia la possibilità di usufruire di: ceste, piatti, posate per un picnic, the e caffè per un momento relax e di un frigo bar dove puoi posare le proprie cose. The front desk staff at this hotel was unhelpful and rude at best. They made us feel as if our stay was an inconvenience to them. Especially the older man and tall woman with long brown hair. Anytime we asked a question or for help the answer was, “ no “ I had three rooms that I reserved well in advance. Upon check in they overlooked the front stairs and parking lot. I asked for just one room to be changed. The answer I received was a flat uncaring, no. She didn’t even check or care to help. I said no? Can you at least check? She agin replied with a smirk, no. Frustrating at best. Then they speak Italian in front of you to each other and laugh. They did this many times. But not when we were with people who understood. One relative called them out on it and they made like they didn’t know what she was talking about. Our stay didn’t get much better with the front desk throughout our stay. They were all equally unhelpful and can definitely use a course in customer service, manners and hospitality. The saving grace was Dario at the pool, Pasquale and Alessandro. They all went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. The front desk staff can use to take some lesions from them. The housekeeping staff did an amazing job cleaning rooms and keeping the hotel polished. The rooms - the rooms are a bit small and there is limited space for clothing. We had to leave a lot in our suitcases as there are no dressers. For two people sharing a room it’s difficult. The shower is very small and odd. The shower is a perfect square shape and sliding glass doors really don’t leave much room for you to move around. Tall and hefty people will have a very difficult time navigating in it. The air conditioning is terrible and the water smells like sulfur as do the hallways. The room only has one key! This makes it very difficult when there are more than one person in the room. They encourage you to leave the key at the front desk so it’s always available for whoever is in your room but we didn’t feel comfortable doing that. Plus this is 2022! If you must use an actual turn key, at least make 2 for each room? The pool closes at 6 the sky bar closes at 12. The wait staff at both places are amazing. The pool area is small and no frills but it served the purpose. We asked for music one day and Dario happily obliged. He was so wonderful kind and we found him to be the shining star of the hotel. The breakfast they offer is terrible. Eggs and hot dogs? I’ll pass. Canned fruit salad, assorted croissants and breads, Cheese slices and ham. Because of the terrible breakfast we never ate dinner at the hotel. We did do lunch by the pool and for pizza sandwiches and salads it was fine. Our stay was good because of the people we were with. We were able to make our time there bearable. The servers I mentioned were memorable and saved our trip. Would we return or recommend this hotel ? No I could not. Unless you had to be in the area and had no other choice

Beautiful hotel with amazing views. Very helpful and friendly staff. VERY impressed with quality and variety of food offered. Hope to return soon. Brilliant location for visiting other places on Amalfi coast. Very easy to walk to local train station.

We only stayed a couple of days but we were extremely impressed with this little gem situated in a busy part of Naples. The room was absolutely spotless- one of the cleanest and nicest-smelling rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The area is a short distance from the Piazza Garibaldi and a longer walk to the main sites of Naples but close to the airport. The lady in charge of cleaning the rooms and checking in was really friendly, welcoming and helpful. We went out before breakfast so cannot comment on that but would stay there again on a short break, without a doubt.

最初に予約していた施設でちょっとしたトラブルがあり、サポートセンターの方が急遽手配してくださったのが、ナポリ中央駅前のウナホテルでした。 ローマからイタロに乗ってきたので、地下鉄に乗り換えたりタクシーに乗る必要なく、市内観光の二階建てバスの停留所もすぐ近くにあり、駅前の喧騒とホテル周辺の道端に落ちているゴミに目を瞑れば、立地は非常に便利で良かったです。 朝食も美味しく満足です。 3/8の国際女性の日には、朝食時にホテルブランドのかわいらしい箱に入ったチョコレートをいただきました。 ナポリにまた来ることがあれば、ウナホテルにするつもりです。

Siamo stati lì per cena, ci siamo trovati dinanzi una sala ristorante carina e ben arredata. Il personale ci ha accolto con esperienza e cordialità. Come primo piatto, ho ordinato un risotto al cavolo nero, cottura del riso perfetta, e si è notata mano del cuoco nella risottatura. Cavolo nero ben cucinato, si sposava benissimo con la ricetta. Successivamente, mi è stato portato un piatto di pesce, baccalà in tre consistenze. Piatto moderno e sorprendente, un innovazione significativa al classico modo di servire baccalà. Prima di concludere con un amaro, ho deciso di congratularmi di persona con lo Chef, ho avuto il piacere di conoscere Pasquale, giovane di belle speranze, vero amante della buona cucina. Il conto è stato più che giusto, in linea al rapporto qualità / prezzo. Probabilmente è entrato nella lista dei miei ristoranti preferiti!
