Llagamos sobre las 15h de la tarde y la persona de la recepción no encontraba nuestra reserva hecha a través de Trip.com. Con mucho cabreo e insistencia nos dijo que no podía hacer nada y que teníamos que contactar con Trip.com para solucionar la cosa con ellos (tras 9horas de viaje y todos los correos posibles de confirmación). Mientras que esperaba que los de Trip.com nos respondieran, nos llama otra persona diciendo que todo estaba en orden, que no la encontraban por un "error informático". Ni una disculpa, nada. La habitación no estaba mal, segunda planta, bien situada. Instalación del hotel vieja, las 5 estrellas no se merecen, sinceramente, es un 4 estrellas actual, para el precio pagado está bien. Desayuno a buffet bueno, servicio igual de bueno y atento. Tuvimos un problema un día que no hicieron la habitación, tuvimos que reclamar a las 19:30h y la limpiaron y hicieron muy de prisa (y de manera bastante "ligera"), pero, bueno.... No podemos opinar sobre SPA, Gimnasio etc ya que no hemos probado esos servicios.

I don't usually write reviews, but I had such a poor experience in this hotel that I feel the need to share it. The wifi in the room didn't work very well. At times I had a maximum of two bars but nothing would load. I am a business traveler and needed to host online meetings, this was not possible from my room. When I discussed my concerns with the staff they said there was nothing that they could do, but instead suggested I book and pay for a conference room or work in a public space! This seems unacceptable given that they advertise having wifi available. The hotel charges for a glass of hot water €1.50, and there is no way to boil water in ones room. They also make it incredibly difficult to engage in any kind of self-service which doesn't result in you having to pay additional (uninformed!!) charges. The car parking is also a two-three block walk from the hotel, which is fine, but should be more clearly stated in the advertisement. I also tried to use the spa on two occasions at this hotel. On the first occasion, the staff failed to get back to me about booking something, the second time they were fully booked but hadn't communicated properly the booking procedure. Despite all this, the views were beautiful, the bed comfortable, the breakfast vast, and the space clean. It just felt as though the hotel was out of touch with the needs of the modern traveler, and was unconcerned with my overall experience.

Very Nice and clean hotel right on the beach. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast options were excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again.

It's been a dream of mine to stay on this hotel since I lived in PDR over 30 years ago. I loved it and it was def worth the wait.

Excellent Hotel and services, the Breakfast was outstanding, I cannot wait to go back to this Hotel, the staff and facilities where totally 5 *. Plus without a doubt.

an enjoyable stay out of season so fairly quiet and chilled. Breakfast was great and varied, view from sea balcony was amazing and easy to walk to the beach, parking near by easy . staff were fantastic and very polite both at reception and for food and drink. thanks will stay again.

Rating as “ EXCELLENT “this hotel would be awarded from us in regards the location, wide spectacular beach and board walk. Such a relaxing place to be. We were less impressed with option of renting their bicycles… with quite a high fee for something that was advertised for free rental but also as a guest I would like to see that as a part of the service and facilities. We received that we were given VIP room by an email afterwards but we were not even aware of this privileged opportunity during our stay…. By the meaning of the standard.
