El servicio del hotel fue increíble, muy buen desayuno, la habitación estaba súper bien, la cama súper cómoda y el baño era grande. Está muy bien ubicado yo que iba a todos lados andado no tardaba mucho

Clean, excellently located hotel in Porto. Our family stayed for two nights. Rooms were spacious and clean, and there was no audible noise from the street. Breakfast was ample and delicious. Staff were uniformly gracious, helpful and accommodating. Book with confidence that you will be very pleased with your stay.

Hostal con una ubicación de 10. Todo en muy buen estado, muy nuevo. Habitaciones cómodas y funcionales: la cama tiene cortina para tu intimidad y protegerte de la luz, enchufe, USB y luz que puedes encender cuando la necesites. Áreas comunes agradables. El personas es muy servicial, atento y agradable! Cosas a mejorar: algunos servicios básicos son de pago como toalla para ducha o taquilla. Se agradeceria que proporcionen candado para la cajonera para maletas.

Saya suka segala-galanya tentang hotel :) Dari lokasi, kemudahan, hiasan yang cantik dan hangat. Saya benar-benar terkejut. Perkhidmatan di kaunter penerimaan tetamu di restoran adalah sangat baik. Kolam renang mempunyai pemandangan yang indah dan Sky Bar mempunyai kakitangan yang sangat ramah, membuatkan kami berasa seperti di rumah sendiri. Mereka sangat membantu dan profesional, saya pasti akan kembali 👌🏼

The hotel is located next to the TRINDADE metro station which leads to the airport and which connects the différents metro lines which is very practical. The staff is of high quality and very welcoming and friendly. I have already stayed in this hotel in 2020. The room is very clean and well appointed. I recommend this hotel

Outdoor pool for hot days amazing, restaurant with tasty food and drinks. we bought a boat trip to the 7 bridges, the reception arranged the trip for us. room very clean, we stayed for 4 days and the room was already clean when we arrived

Great hotel. Has everything going for it. Breakfast good choice. Room good size . All amenities. House staff lovely and helpful. Restaurant excellent, worthwhile booking to ensure a seat. Spa and indoor pool very relaxing.

Nice hotel, not very close to the historic district. Wasn’t crazy about the see through glass bathroom door.

I may as well start my review with the only negative I could find. This was the smoking area directly outside the hotel entrance. So as soon as you open the door to go in cigarette smoke also went in. And now the good parts without a doubt, the hotels, biggest attribute are the staff. Our week started with a very warm welcome reception from a young man who was very polite and very helpful. Unfortunately, I have forgotten his name. But I guess that doesn’t really matter as it is a recurring theme during our entire stay . One young man who needs a special mention who works behind the bar, told me he was only 20 years of age, which I didn’t believe as he is one of the most honest, trustworthy and sincerest of persons I have the fortune to meet. It just goes to show that not all young people have attitude . Now I have to say that everybody who works behind the bar was fantastic and polite. so on behalf of my wife and I would like to thank you all. But Andre Martins you are a superstar from my heart you deserve a pat on the back and a promotion. One day my friend I’m sure you will be manager. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble. The management should be very proud. The room was fantastic overlooking the river was clean and tidy with plenty of room. On occasions we ate at the hotel and every time wife was running out of wine someone came to pour some from her bottle. Her exact words were she felt like a princess it was nice that staff mad us both feel very special. The food was very nice and we both would recommend. In due course we shall return to the hotel as it was well situated. Thank you to all an absolutely fantastic start to our tour of Portugal.
