Hotel room is new and nicely designed. Housekeeping is a bit challenging, floor was dirty and sticky, carpet was dirty and dusty. Bath towels found stained and holes. Appreciated the prompt response from the reception team and provided us with slippers.

Everything was great, especially the breakfast and the friendly staff.

Quiet inner yard but the room size seems to include patio. Location ok if you can walk steep roads up. Nice and helpful staff. Breakfast fine and might get crowded when high season. Clean and well kept property

酒店位置不錯，距離古城很近，當然步行回來因為是上坡還是需要一些體力的。 房間面積比較大，佈局合理，衞浴分離，裝潢新穎，格調優雅。 早餐相當用心，美味。希望下次還有機會入住。

위치는 번화가에서 살짝 거리가 있지만 주변이 조용해서 숙박하기에 너무나 좋는 위치였습니다. 포르투는 걸어다니기 좋아서 번화가 주요관광지까지 가는데 전혀 무리 없었고, 버스정류장과 지하철역이 가까이에 있어서 이동하는데에도 전혀 무리가 없습니다. 룸 컨디션은 너무 좋았고 방사이즈도 충분했습니다. 조식은 깔끔하고 맛있어서 매일 챙겨먹었고 호텔 시설은 전반적으로 너무나 만족스러웠습니다. 다시 온다면 여기에 또 머무를 것이고 주변사람들에게도 추천할 것입니다.

素敵な内装、清潔な部屋、美味しい朝食、明るいスタッフ、全てが最適でした。我々は新婚旅行であったため、スタッフが気を利かせて素敵なケーキとシャンパンを用意してくれました。 落ち着いた部屋で良い時間を過ごせました。ありがとうございます。

호텔의 전체적인 분위기가 따뜻하고 세련되보여 좋았습니다. 도심과는 약간 멀긴하지만 걸어서 주요 관광지까지 가기엔 충분 했습니다.
