Good location in the historic center, nearly all top locations of Porto

The hostel had a great location. There are plenty of places to explore and restaurants near by. The host are super kind and friendly. They offer great recommendations for food!

The hair dryer is not equipped in the room. The downstairs bar is utterly noisy until 2 am, and you can feel the shake of the floor. They provide u with a small taste if Porto wine. The kitchen has nothing but a microwave to cook, so it is barely a kitchen There’s no water kettle here. The old man who is working as a janitor there and is also living in their 4 bunk bed is constantly very rude to Asian customers. So be aware. Could be racist, his own trauma, stereotypes, or simply anti-Asia. U can see he was smiling to other guests one minute ago and then scolding u in harsh language to u in the next minute. Location is good enough. The reception is only a place with frugal table with keys on it.

房間因為價格很便宜，覺得還是物有所值，在床縫裡發現了一衹襪子，收了毛巾費，也並沒有給提供毛巾，吹風機也沒有。衹能説一分錢一分貨 剛到的時候很驚喜，感覺是民房改建的古色古香，很有一種住在18世紀的歐洲的感覺

Todo bien. Sitio agradable y limpio . Bien situado . Pero no olvides que es un hostel y compartes habitación ! Dispones de taquilla privada , pero es bastante pequeña .

非常好！用我的蹩腳英文也可以入住，床鋪很乾凈，還有公共浴室也可以鎖門熱水很方便！下次去波爾圖還可以定離萊羅書店很近，往南走可以參觀完整個波爾圖。

The Invicta hotel is perfectly placed, minutes from Plymouth Hoe plus has its own carpark which is a bonus. Roy and his wife have a really well kept and well run hotel, our bedroom was a nice size, comfortable and everything worked. Breakfast was really good and freshly cooked, all the staff we met were friendly and helpful. Will definitely revisit next time we are down in Plymouth.

Pros: I absolutely loved this place. I’ve been to MANY hostels in my life but it was the first one where staff told me when I was leaving: “it was nice meeting you!” They brand themselves as family ran business I don’t know if they are family but definitely you could feel the aura of friendship, kindness and welcoming. The beds are attached to the wall so there is no issue with people going over or under your bed. The place is clean and smells nice. In the reception they also sell some cool sneakers. All was more than great 😊! 5 ⭐️ I’ve booked 1 night initially - I stayed 1 week. Cons: The only thing is missed was kitchen to cook - there is only microwave and kettle to heat up the water. It is not hostel dependent - there are bars and restaurants outside if you’re staying in the room by the main road prepare for very loud Friday / Saturday nights… and I mean reallyyyyyyy loud.

The team of the Invictus Hostel was great. They recommend me a lot of good places and thy were very friendly. Very centric place and good value for the price. The common spaces were very clean and the hostel offers a kitchen and a lounge where the guest can stay and relax. I strongly recommend this place if you want to pass a great time for a good price

+ Each bed has a small lamp and its own electric outlet. The bathroom was shared by 4 people only. The location is great in the city center. The staff was nice. I could store my luggage after check-out and pick it up later. - The wifi didn't signal wasn't strong enough to work in the room where I was staying. The key to the locker was able to open someone's else locker, I found out by mistake when I didn't check my bed number properly and opened another locker with my key. Didn't feel safe keeping my valuables there. The hostel is located on a busy street so it was noisy during the night.

Bem no centro do Porto. Bairro super cool. Ambiente acolhedor e super seguro. Os funcionários forma super atenciosos e deram-nos bastantes dicas da cidade. O hostel está num bairro bastante charmoso com vários restaurantes e cafés nas proximidades

Se tens viagens de trabalho constantemente e não queres gastar muito e sentires te segura, principalmente se és rapariga, este é o melhor hostel. Fiquei aqui desde Dezembro de 2023 até Maio de 2024 e só deixei de ir porque vim morar para o Porto. Este hostel é bastante seguro, os cacifos trazem os seus cadeados, café incluido, welcome drink e para além disso tem cozinha e uma sala de estar, é perfeito caso queiras conhecer pessoas etc. Eu realmente senti que fazia parte da casa de tão confortável que era. O staff é perfeito, adoro a Filipa e o sr Rogério. Fiz amigos neste hostel que vão ficar para a vida. RECOMENDO VIVAMENTE
