Hotel bandar yang indah, sesuai untuk melawat Porto! Kakitangan juga sangat ramah dan membantu. Petua tentang perkara yang perlu dilakukan dan restoran mana yang hendak dikunjungi adalah sangat baik dan memanfaatkan hujung minggu yang panjang kami di Porto sepenuhnya. amat disyorkan!

뷰가좋고 예뻤다.. 생각보다 포르투에서 많이 다니던 곳이 쌍벤투역 주변이었는데 오히려 동루이스다리 주변에서 움직이기보단 윗쪽에서 다니던게 더 많아서 뷰만 잠시볼것 같으면 굳이 이 호텔을 이용하기보다 다른위치가 더 좋을 듯..처음 예약한 방이 아니라 바꿔줄수있냐고 물었는데 어차피 첫날은 늦어서 그냥 지나갔고 다음날 바꿔준다해놓고 쌩까버렸다.. 레스토랑 조식은 꽤 좋았고 친절했으며 다른 시설적인 것은 만족될만한것이 딱히 없는데 그 위치 정도에 반값되는 호텔이 많아서 그 값주고 갈만한건 아닌것같음

This is the finest hotel I have ever stayed in. In addition to the exquisite decor and quality furnishings, what makes this a five star hotel is the incredible staff. They bend over backwards to ensure your stay is memorable. There was a bottle of champagn on ice in our room to welcome us. On my way out to go to the store, one of the staff asked what we were getting. I replied outlet adapters. He replied ”no need, I'll have a couple brought up to the room. When we were checking out, they gave us a breakfast-to-go bag which included juice, yogurt, fruit and pastries. When I asked about an ice machine, they brought a bucket of ice up to the room. Turn down service included chocolates and sometimes berries. House labeled bottled water in the room was gratis. Once she showed up with a couple of breaded, fried shrimp tapas. Shout out to the breakfast staff as well. They were cheery and professional at all times. The crystal chandeliers, deep pile rugs, spotless interiors, classic architectural touches, incredible service and a very relaxing vibe all add up to the finest travel experience one could hope for. Everything about Torel is breathtaking.

The initial reaction when you walk in is this is a breathtaking old world hotel. The lobby area is spectacular and the doorman with the top hat and elevator with the leather seat takes you back to another age. Our room was spacious snd looked out over the pool and a view of the city. But it’s the little things that make you question if it’s really a 5 star property. The door stop was broken and consequently the door handle had made a hole in the wall. The display of oranges at breakfast were moldy. The decking around the pool needs repairing and despite two requests no one ever brought towels to the pool or cleaned up glasses and food left behind from other guests. While these are small things, they are things that a top hotel doesn’t overlook. We enjoyed our stay but likely won’t return as it just wasn’t our vibe.

OK so we arrived very early and the whole of the front and one side of the hotel is surrounded by construction for the new metro. I really feel for the staff but they were handling it well. We did have to wait a long time to check in but that was because they wanted to give us a room away from the building work. The junior suite was great and the welcome was fab. Breakfast was stunning and the staff were adorable.

A perfect apartment for our family - 3 kids, 8, 12 and 14. The loft had a couch that was turned into a bed for our 14 year old son. Our girls slept in the upstairs bedroom and we slept in the downstairs bedroom. There were 3 very large full bathrooms with double sinks. Beds were comfortable, the living area was large and a full kitchen and a washing machine which came in very handy. Great friendly staff and their breakfast was amazing. The location was perfect, right by the Cathedral Se and walking distance to everything! Our favorite spot was ”Base Porto” right by the Clérigos Tower, about a 10 min walk. Grab some cushions and hang out in the park with a drink for a break from walking all those hills. If I had to include a negative, there are stairs to get up to the entrance, and the lift only goes to the first floor. Wasn't an issue for us, but may be for some. I would definitely stay here again.

An obvious first class hotel. The room was exceptionally appointed and very spacious. The bathroom was stunning with all marble, separate water closet, shower and double sink vanity. Two closets for hanging and multiple drawers. Very quiet when windows were closed but opened to get the Porto city vibe, when desired. Great location and easily walkable to river or around town. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. The hotel team was gracious and helpful. The gym was small but had everything you needed to maintain some workout routine on vacation! We didn't enjoy the spa but toured it, including the indoor pool, and it was beautiful. The bar was cozy for a pre-evening drink and the staff was wonderful. Highly recommend this hotel as it will make your Porto experience one to remember!

We had an amazing stay at Torel Avantgarde. This was the first hotel we stayed at during our honeymoon. The staff was so attentive and always happy to help. The breakfast was delicious. We visited the spa on a rainy day and had a great massage. The room was clean and we had an amazing view of the Douro River from our balcony. Truly 5-star service all around.

Wonderful hotel, it used to be a palace. The room has got to be one of the prettiest rooms i have seen, very well designed and the archtecture is amazing. Bathroom is also stunning, everything is not only beautiful and fancy but very comfortable and very good quality. Breakfast has a ton of options for fruits, juices, cakes eggs etc. The pool and SPA are also amazing, with a dry sauna and a turkish sauna, everything you could need like snacks and refreshments in the pool area are also provided at no aditional cost. Would definetly come back.

Very unusual setting and a nice stay as part of an Odysseys tour. The public spaces for the hotel, in the classic palace building, are gorgeous. The sleeping rooms, and corridors, not so much... The breakfast rooms are stunning and the food offered had excellent options and was delicious. We had a group dinner in the hotel and the service and food was great. The grounds are lovely and worth a stroll, and it has great views of the river. The downside is the sleeping rooms are in the adjacent building that was a factory or warehouse. The room was large with a very comfortable bed and good furniture and the bathroom was well fitted out, had good storage and a makeup mirror. The bathtub had high sides and might be challenging for some people to get in and out for a shower. The issue I had with the room was the décor and lighting. It was DARK. The walls and ceiling were all painted in a dark ochre, with a ginger carpet. The bath had small dark brown tiles. The lighting was all small halogens. With one window, it really felt dark, even during the day. The halls in the sleeping room building were also REALLY dark, with some artifacts in display cases. It felt darker than even a museum exhibit of rare books!! Again, the sleeping room was very comfortable and clean; the lighting just was just so dim...
