Superb location, literally two minutes walk from Trinidade metro station which is direct from airport (5.10 euros for two people) metro run approx every 20 minutes ,couldn’t be easier! Hotel is absolutely fabulous,very welcoming,professional,friendly and ALL staff are helpful without exception,all are a credit to The Saboria . Our room was ground floor and looked out onto the gardens,it was immaculate, large and tastefully decorated. We had welcome complimentary treats that were an absolute bonus. Breakfast has a good varied selection,to suit all and was delicious. We couldn’t recommend highly enough and hope to return in the very near future.

Hotel bandar yang indah, sesuai untuk melawat Porto! Kakitangan juga sangat ramah dan membantu. Petua tentang perkara yang perlu dilakukan dan restoran mana yang hendak dikunjungi adalah sangat baik dan memanfaatkan hujung minggu yang panjang kami di Porto sepenuhnya. amat disyorkan!

No words.... Has been a trip INSIDE a subway construction area .... And I am not kidding unfortunately. I have reserved a single room kind bed. At beginning the reception assigned me one room at 4th floor exactly in front of jackhammer operators, which made the same noises as in war scenario with 2 beds. Then after my immediate big complain reception have assigned me another room, #209. Different scenario : that was in front of a concrete grinding crane arrives from 8pm in the morning until 10pm in the evening. at 7am the noises of the vehicles began with the relative movement alarm and in the evening after 10pm the workers who hammer gradually finished at 1am in the night. all i have timed videos to prove my experience. I asked several times to assign me a room ON OTHER SIDE (that are outside the ”war operation area”) but answer was always _ ”SORRY SIR, THE ROOM ON BACKSIDE ARE FULL AND WE DO NOT HAVE SPACE AVAILABLE” . Today at check out I have asked a discount, as feedback the receptionist charged me 20EUR more for 2 peer juices I have got from minibar...... I do not know how to describe this experience, I have been many times in Intercontinental and I have been always satisfied.... BESIDE THIS LAST TRIP THAT IS REALLY SOMETHING I WANT TO FORGET Travellers' take extreme care going there !! At least until the subway works under room balcony are finished !!! Can not upload pictures the website tell me ”unable to lad” but I can sent ll of them separately

Wonderful hotel, it used to be a palace. The room has got to be one of the prettiest rooms i have seen, very well designed and the archtecture is amazing. Bathroom is also stunning, everything is not only beautiful and fancy but very comfortable and very good quality. Breakfast has a ton of options for fruits, juices, cakes eggs etc. The pool and SPA are also amazing, with a dry sauna and a turkish sauna, everything you could need like snacks and refreshments in the pool area are also provided at no aditional cost. Would definetly come back.

The initial reaction when you walk in is this is a breathtaking old world hotel. The lobby area is spectacular and the doorman with the top hat and elevator with the leather seat takes you back to another age. Our room was spacious snd looked out over the pool and a view of the city. But it’s the little things that make you question if it’s really a 5 star property. The door stop was broken and consequently the door handle had made a hole in the wall. The display of oranges at breakfast were moldy. The decking around the pool needs repairing and despite two requests no one ever brought towels to the pool or cleaned up glasses and food left behind from other guests. While these are small things, they are things that a top hotel doesn’t overlook. We enjoyed our stay but likely won’t return as it just wasn’t our vibe.
