Hotel 4-Star di Jiangxi, China

Xiansu may be one of the most organized hotel that I ever stayed. The way they give information through wechat, 小卓， our receptionist who is very helpful to help us with our questions. 5 stars service is for her attitude. I also didn't expect that hotel in remote area will provide toilet which has electric bidet like in Japan. One thing that I like to suggest is the hotel should provide more information before we arrive about luggage service and bus location. We read the information from the guest reviews about rooms that far from hotel entrance and we didn't know that your luggage is very near from the bus that come from Shangrao station. We stayed in hotel near Shangrao station before to put our large luggages there so we only bring small luggage to Xiansu. If we had known the bus stop was so near from your luggage service, we would have brought all luggages.

My mom was very happy with the hotel, she said it’s in convenient location where the old town was, everything was within walking distance. The hotel vibe preserved the antique classic Chinese style, she liked it a lot. Room was clean, service was good, she rated 5 stars. Value to money is amazing.

Clean, quiet, friendly. Breakfast is very good, though crowded. Location is convenient, easy access to tourist attractions by car hailing. Highly recommended.

The hotel has some distance from the main tourist attractions. The hotel is quite new and clean. We enjoyed the breakfast here :)

Good 5 star hotel. But the air conditioning was under maintenance, so no air conditioning in the room. That wasn't supposed to happened. Fortunately the weather was cool, so still bearable.

前台：服務熱情，小姐姐們特別貼心，還有送小禮物，我覺得江西茶餅挺好吃，哈哈，走的時候要買點帶着。 酒店位置：周圍都是好吃的，去江邊也超近，散着步就過去了。對了，離廬山也不遠，如果去廬山玩住這很方便。 酒店設施：有免費停車場，房間很新，我們訂的房間很大，睡着很舒服。 早餐：早餐還可以吧，炒粉我覺得不錯。

A wonderful stay with a breathtaking view of Tengwang Pavilion. The scenery from the room was stunning, especially in the evening when the pavilion lights up—it truly adds a magical touch to the stay. The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, making it very comfortable to relax and enjoy the view. Service was warm and professional, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and pleasant. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates beautiful views and a memorable stay.

酒店就在高鐵站邊上，出行便利，整體設計高級又有格調。房間裝修精緻大氣，設施齊全且保養得很好，備品補充及時，細節處處彰顯品質。免費的咖啡機，茶吧，開水無限量供應，還有個小的小童樂園，非常 nice👍大堂很大，非常明亮大氣，沙發和茶几都是高級品，遠超很多酒店！ 服務人員專業貼心，從入住到離店全程周到細緻，讓人倍感舒心，環境安靜有氛圍感。整體入住體驗超預期，私密性與舒適度兼備，是同價位裏非常值得推薦的高端選擇。品味之選！！！

我從高鐵站打車到酒店，下車才發現行李箱落車上了，真的要急死了，所有東西都在上面。 前台小姐姐馬上聯繫值班經理告知情況，幫我查門口監控，查到訊息後還幫我聯繫司機，沒一會兒就把行李箱找回來了。真的太感謝1號上班的前台小姑娘和值班經理了！ 前台知道我第二天去爬武功山，告訴我最近萍鄉是雨季，送了我一個登山包，沒想到第二天真的用上了！足以看出這家酒店工作人員是真的在用心做服務，我看到大堂還有一個小機器人，下次過來一定要點個外賣讓它給我送一下[勝利][勝利] 給酒店點贊👍

The room is clean and spacious with a very comfy bed. The hotel provides almost everything you need and allows early check in which is perfect for me to rest a while after a long journey. The hotel is not too far away from major attractions and close to many food stores/grocery shops, it is easy to get quality food around the area. That said, their breakfast buffet offers a good variety of Chinese food, it's definitely good for value and more importantly convenient. Staff are friendly and helpful as always although I'm not sure if communicating in English would be equally easy as the hotel mainly serves local tourists.
