Ulasan Grand Hotel Portoroz – Terme & Wellness LifeClass

Sebagai ringkasan: lebih baik membelanjakan lebih banyak wang dan mengambil Kempinski di sebelah. Hotel "Lifeclass" ini adalah kemuliaan pudar. Gambar yang disediakan untuk "Bilik standard double dengan pemandangan laut" tidak realistik. Saya membayar lebih daripada USD 330 untuk bilik hotel yang usang! Pemandangan laut adalah pemandangan di dek kolam lama... Keadaan tempat letak kereta adalah seperti yang telah diterangkan. Petikan penerimaan tetamu: "kami mempunyai tempat letak kereta hotel, untuk mencari ruang kosong, semoga berjaya". Positif: Terme kelihatan bagus dan diubah suai dari luar dan sarapan paginya enak.

Locazione ottima, ubicato al centro della cittadina e a ridosso delle terme, l'hotel offre tutti i servizi richiesti con uno standard elevato. Camera eccellente , un po' scarna la prima colazione, ma nel complesso posso sicuramente consigliare il complesso.

Super hotel. Had a great spacious room with a balcony and sea view. Very comfortable bed and very soft pillows for a great night's sleep. Nice selection of food for breakfast and dinner all self serving buffet style. Selection of juice and coffee from self served machines. Now the down side - at dinner if you did not want a glass of wine or beer you had to buy a bottle of water and no coffee was provided after your dinner. Juice and coffee machines were disconnected. No tea or coffee facilities in your room also. Would have given 5 stars otherwise. Apart from that a very nice room and great hotel on the front a short walk to the the promenade - bars etc.

We had a great time in this hotel, It has a very good location, close to the sea and harbour. We had superior room with half board, the room was nice and big with sea view, the breakfast and dinner was delicious with big choice. The staff was kind and helpful, just some of them was a little not so nice (e.g. restaurant). The bus stop is in front of the hotel, so very easy to go to Piran, it is about 10 minutes and 1,50 EUR/one way. Both Piran and Portoroz is so beautiful, we will come back for sure. I recommend to everyone.

Hotel at the main road next to a private beach. Amazing cakes at Cafe Central and large Therme. The executive rooms are best option and we enjoyed the Thai massages. Friendly housekeeping, front desk. Sure a renovation would be great but overall we liked it.

I had a very big room with comfortable bed. Sadly no balcony and view was on the roof, but in far I saw a bit of sea. I was in first floor so that was the reason. I missed tea makwr in room. In 4 star hotel I would expect that. Breakfast was okay, except cold eggs. But there waa a big choice, delicious juice and decent coffee. All in all it was nice experience. Only huge disappointment was that we were rold we can use parking or garage and when ww arrives there was no parking and we were sent to expensive peivate parking.

horrible, this hotel did not satisfy my company, especially the boss Gordy Farmer who complains after finding too many blacks. I hope this can be resolved. GOODBYE

Lovely hotel with great view. We stayed at room 707 near the external bubble lift with great view of the boats and sea. We walk along the pier in the morning Breakfast was fabulous with plenty of tasty food. At night, we went to the bar opposite for a drink, Bar Ayala. Recommended.

Great stay booked the half board deal. Restaurant and food fine with a decent choice - staff seemed helpful and sorted out table efficiently. Came to table with drinks nice and pleasant ambience. On arrival, we upgraded the room to a sea view without any fuss. I just checked what was available and agreed on the price, which made a big difference, especially as the sun was beaming down in February! There are lots of nice strolls and drinks on the sea front. The hotel bar was a bit busy in the evening time. Had to wait a fair while to be served, but it was ok as the piano man was playing away, so it felt nice and relaxed! Hotel close to everything bus stop straight outside to Piran, which is absolutely beautiful. Found the hotel spotlessly clean. Would recommend. It's our second visit, and we'll probably go back.

We are guests of this hotel for many years now. Every year we come back which stands as proof of our satisfaction. Greatest compliments are for polite and amazing staff, starting with reception and housekeepers, staff that takes car of guests cars all up to people working in restaurant. Everyone is so professional and ready to help. Food is good, delicious and fresh with lots of choice. However, desserts could be better, to be honest. Fruit selection is great. We were disappointed to see that beautiful white table cloths are taken down from the restaurants and that tables are left empty. Now, former high-end restaurant seems like an express restaurant and that's just sad. Hopefully, hotel will bring back table cloths, at least for dinner. That's one small detail that matters so much to guests. We always reserve executive double room with sea view, which are recently renovated. They are nice, comfortable beds and great view. This time it was a bit cold in the room because heating wasn't strong enough, which wasn't case so far. It was cold in the lobby as well. In the lobby there's a pianist who entertains guests, but we couldn't enjoy the performance due to being cold. Location is amazing - in the city center. Me and my company seriously hope that hotel will take care of these little flaws that weren't there previous years. The hotel is connected with Portoroz Thermal Spa (Terme Portoroz) which disappointed us a lot after so many years. But, more about that in Portoroz Thermal Spa dedicated review.

The hotel is a mix of old socialist hotel with a touch of modernization. Still it has its charm and a great location and a adirect access to spa and welness. Rooms are very different and you may get either a versy small or quite nice room for the same price. For breakfast and dinner there is a Swedish buffet. Variety of fodo is quite good, but sometimes food is either undercooked or overcooked. A nice touch is fresh pasta stand in the evenings, and an egg stand in the morning. The dinning room is very cold and staff is unable to regulate the temperature in the room which is a problem if one is sensitive to airconditioning. It is also very crowded. Service is nice.
