Wonderful stay. Perfect location, is on the busy pedestrian street of Positano but the minute you enter the hotel is a luxury oasis. Beautifully designed courtyard and swimming pool, a perfect place to spend the morning or afternoon. Classic Room was spacious even with a baby cot, not modern but has its charm.
The staff are excellent, especially Antonio at the pool who took such good care of us and always carries a smile and with excellent drinks. The lady at breakfast is also so attentive to our family. Some staff are lacking friendliness which should be reviewed as 90% of the team are generally wonderful.
Great breakfast buffet selection, with scrambled eggs, cheeses, cold cut, fresh fruits, fresh organic juice and pastries.
Early evening in the courtyard with drinks and live music is such the perfect way to end the day. Highly recommend this beautiful property!

This hotel was beautiful and in the most amazing location. It was a calm oasis in a busy tourist area. The rooms were gorgeous which stepped out onto immaculate gardens.
The food was fit for a king. Breakfast was an array of delicious treats along with everything else you could possible wish for.
The staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble.

Amazing hotel in Positano. Fabulous location, it’s not too far up the hill and close to everything. The pool is absolutely amazing, it’s a great place to go and hang out and the pool waiter is so nice! Their breakfast is delicious, love their restaurant and cocktail patio. Rooms are big and clean, great large bathroom. Just overall great vibes 10/10

My husband and I had the best dinner on the entire Amalfi coast at the restaurant at Hotel Palazzo Murat. We enjoyed everything from the eggplant parmesan appetizer to the gnocchi first course, but the star of the show was the pasta with shaved truffles, we loved it so mush we had to come back on our last day in Positano and have it again! Marco is amazing and took such great care of us, he truly knows how to service guests and took care of the whole restaurant! Maria was warm and welcoming and a great assistance to Marco as was Sara. If you get a chance to go this is a must try, at least once if not twice in one week!

Hands down the most memorable stay in Italy. Aside from the amazing views that the property offers, and the convenience of being in the heart of Positano without the hustle and bustle going on outside its doors, Palazzo Murat, is truly an oasis in the midst of the beautiful madness that is Positano. What really made the difference was the personalized attention we received from everyone in the property, from Leonardo, the GM, and Elena, our server for several meals, everyone made sure to make us feel welcome and at home. Can’t recommend this hotel enough!!!

From the moment I arrived this hotel was perfection. Every member of the staff was so welcoming!! The service was impeccable, the rooms and grounds were stunning and the food was spectacular. I loved my stay here and would highly recommend.

Wonderful luxury hotel. Great views and amazing gardens. Location is perfect distance from beach and center. Restaurant very good. Pool is beautiful. Hotel staff and management very friendly, service oriented and quick to resolve any issues that arise. Rooms are clean and spacious.

Bed was very comfortable, rooms are small and a bit dated but not bad. View with balcony is nice and great for pictures overlooking the garden view and a scenic Positano. Outdoor eating area is beautiful and elegant vibe. I don’t believe Any of the rooms have a water view. Not spacious at all but durable with 2 people.
