Good location and this hotel is located very near with Metro and supermarket. The staff is very friendly. I deducted 1 score for the light at door isn't work. And tissue is empty when i check in. Hotel should be prepare and recheck before customer come in.

Excellent location, there are many asian restaurants and a shopping mall nearby, the metro entrance is right in front of the hotel. The room is spacious and clean.

酒店離老城廣場有3,4公里吧，UBER打車要40元左右。選它的原因是有不錯的早餐，酒店對面是大巴車站，對我們往來CK 小鎮非常方便。房間很大，衹是沙發床不平，睡得不舒服。迷你小冰箱的冰凍層不能用，我們的冰淇淋全溶掉了。我們住了四個晚上。

交通十分便利，購物十分方便，商場地鐵口都在樓下，早餐天天不變還行，房間大但床太小太軟睡了腰疼😣

空調壞了大熱天不製冷，其他位置早餐衞生都挺好。第一天晚上前台處理不了，第二天早上空調師傅來了但我們也要退房了。給經理髮了郵件，可以部分退款或下次住升房

This hotel is ridiculous! It’s way too perfect !
Open the hotel door and there is a Metro station ! There is a supermarket downstairs open until 10pm, trolley station a few steps away, H&M , Zara and a huge mall with excellent food options, bars and restaurants
Hotel is extremely well manteined , they will clean our room and even vacuum it daily
Breakfast is excellent
I was hesitant to stay here but best value for money and seriously I will come back again
Everything was perfect 10 out of 10 all day long

In terms of location, it was a good place near the city center, but the entrance door was not clean at all, and the staff did not take care to clean it well. In one of the rooms, it smelled very much of cigarettes. We were not satisfied at all. This hotel will not be our next choice.

The problem was that the order was for 2 twin beds and in the room, there were 2 single beds. In my opinion, it wasn't twin room.

Nice hotel, great location with Metro, Tram and Bus right at the door step. All sightseeing places fall within 20 mins radius

The hotel was easy to find since it is directly in front of you when you come out of the metro. The room is clean and comfy so that was the good part. The not so good part was the bed because it was bit uncomfortable and the blanket was so thick that it should be used in winter. Since it had 26-28 degrees in the room you could not sleep with the blanket. Another negative point was the breakfast. It was ok but not at all a 4Star-Breakfast. Good range of options but not of high quality.
This should not sound all negative. The bath was beautiful and the price-performance ratio was very nice. So i would still recommend to stay here if you do not want to spend more money.
